ذهبنا للفندق الساعة واحدة ليلا على أمل الحصول على مكان مبيت للصباح، و كان في مواجهتنا عامل بنگلاديشي وقف أمامنا متحيرا، ثم مسك موبايله و حاول الإتصال دون جدوى... بعدها رفض إستقبالنا... ربما لعدم توفر مكان خالي!

The Zam Zam hotel has a deep serious water draining problem.Ceilings and walls show apparent signs of serious leaks and “mold”.Yes obvious mold on the walls of a hotel that calls itself luxury and charges considerably per person.In our room, shower water would collect on the ground in front of the bathroom sink and would not drain. It was such a disgusting mess! 🤢😰 we had to put towel over towel on the pond that formed on the floor to be able to wash hands. I think this is unacceptable.On the other hand, the food was good and suites were very spacious. The location is great. But don’t expect much from the reception. They are not very helpful.Also on the day if our checkout, someone knocked on our door at “7:30 am!!!” reminding us about checkout! That was unpleasant as it interrupted our sleep.

فندق لطيف ..غرف متوسطة الحجم لا بأس بها..مع صالة لطيفة ومؤثثة جيدا مقابل الغرفقريب على حرم الامام علي ، حوالي ( ٢ كم )وما يميزه هو كراجه الخلفي الكبير لوضع سيارتك والاطمنان عليها خلال تواجدك في النجفموقعه : مقابل مسجد الامام علي (عو ومرقد الحكيم

للأسف يوجد عدم التزام بالاتفاق .. قمت بحجز سويت VIP لأحد الأقارب وحين الوصول تفاجأت بانهم قاموا باستأجاره لشخص آخر وتم تعويضنا بغرف تختلف تماماً عن السويت .. وأثناء تواجدي في صالة الفندق لاحظت نفس المشكلة مع أكثر من زبون.نتمنّى من إدارة الفندق التغيير نحو الأفضل

الفندق جيد جداً والخدمة جيدة جداً والمكان هادئ ونظيف لكن ينقصه وجبتي الغذاء والعشاء لانه يقدم الفطور فقط مع ان الفطور جيد مقارنة ببعض الفنادق.

فندق ممتاز والغرف واسعه ومعامله ممتازههادئ ويقع على بعد ٦٥٠ متر من الحرمالمطعم الى حد كبير مقبوليحتاج بعض التحسينات مثلتغيير الاثاث القديمتغيير نوعية السمك. السمك الموجود كله اشواككتابة نوعية الاكل وتغطيته حتى لايكون عرضه للذباب اللذي يتواجد بكثره حتى داخل المطعمالفواكه ليست جيده يوجد بها بداية الفساد

مقارنةً بالفنادق في النجف لا أجد أفضل منه نظافةً وترتيباً وهدوءا.تعامل طاقم الفندق جيد جداً.يعيبه بعده نسبياً عن الحرم ولكنه في نفس الوقت على الشارع العام فيما إن كنت تريد الرحلات الخارجية.إطلالته جميلة على بحر النجف.يتسم بالهدوء.
