Wow, great food was amazing!! Will be back for sure. I had the Big Burrito with pulled pork and all the good stuff, really happy with the service aswell. Highly recommend.

Always clean and the food always fresh

Greeted at drivethrough and asked to wait politely. Had a little wait as per normal with zambreros but nothing crazy ever.

Service is terrible. The many times I’ve been here and my order has been wrong or missed every. Single. Time. Really don’t think I’ll be coming back ever again. Staff seem to be young and have no idea what customer service is.

Sick of being asked to wait before I can order every time I go through drive through. I sit there to silence for minutes at a time not knowing if theres an emergency or some other issue.

We dined in as a family and the experience and service we received was beyond amazing!!! Food was great, service was great and we got what we asked for, we definitely will be back again for lunch or dinner, Tim who served us for dine in was so lovely and welcoming especially towards our children who are fuss pots!!! So thankyou again Tim for your wonderful service especially the service with a smile!!!

Came into the store today for lunch Emily was amazing made the experience really fun and had lots of product knowledge and was really funny

First time visitor and really enjoyed the wonderful staff, restaurant atmosphere and the best Mexican meal ever.

Last time I went with the partner the onion tasted off..Other then that really good.

Is it just me or other people get some young kid with no experience to serve you! Meal looked like it was his first one he made and slow, dont think i will be back for a while. If you want vegetarian nachos with no meat, why would guacomole be an extra???😉

Amazing customer service and the food is always delicious!!

Got there on Monday 5/9/2022 at 6:00pm and was closed when it said it was open till 9:00 tonight what a joke.

Ordered 2 Bowls, added chicken and black rice to 1 Powerbowl and Extra to a normal bowl, arrived without the extras but had the standard rice removed, no extra chicken and basically paid an extra $10 and got less than what I should have!! Not real impressed and the cost is pretty up there for what you get anyway.GYG for the Tex Mex

Rude customer service by the new young brunette woman! Made it a big fuss to add extras to my order! As it must be coming out of her wages! And my burrito looked like a cricket ball, learn how to wrap, it’s your job…Order burrito, received a damper.Back to GYG i go.

Took over 15 mins to receive my food even though I was the only person in the drive thru and for it to be wrapped like this….

Disappointed, waited over half an hour to order and receive food.

Awful experience here today. First of all waited for 15 min at the speaker box until I decided to just drive up to window, when I waited another 10 minutes. I was told we had someone training on drive thru and they just left. So no one was looking after drive thru? There were another 2 cars behind me also waiting the same time. I placed my order and they handed me a pork bowl, when I had ordered chicken. She went to remake the order but then handed be a burrito which I cant eat cause Im allergic! Third time I was handed a bowl expecting my usual order chicken with guacamole. It had been 35 min in the drive thru at this point and I was running late to an appointment so couldnt be bothered asking for a refund or discount. When I finally got to eating my meal, it was the same PORK not chicken bowl from the start which was sat there for 15min, with no guacamole that I had paid $2 extra for!!! Not acceptable. Waiting for 35 min to get not only the wrong order, but one that cost less than what I paid for. You guys are normally good but i am very disappointed.

Long wait time for being the only person ordering at the time. They made the wrong order. Phoned to get the order fixed and no answer. Drove back down to have the staff tell me I ordered incorrectly. Super rude to me considering how patient I was being after all the hiccups. Not great for my first time ordering from them 😕

Everyday new employees and they don’t know what the hell they doing they give less food and always they short of something like no forks no beef no tomatoes no onions then why you open???😂

Every time I go through the drive thru there I ask for no tomato as I am ALLERGIC! I always get it put in my burrito. When I get home I find out and call the shop and they NEVER ANSWER! I leave a message and NEVER get a call back. I never get compensated for the burrito I can’t eat and it never improves. They are lucky I can’t afford to sue them for the health issues they cause me every time I go! This location is an embarrassment to the company and embarrassment to the hospo industry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!Edit: they always reply asking me to email them but I have twice before and they never sort it out. I’ve left a message, why don’t they just call me back? Poor management

You need to remove yourself from Doordash if you are going to ignore food orders for 2hrs.... Ordered at 6pm, eventually after multiple drivers leaving though your terrible service, had a driver have to go through the order with you and finally deliver my food at 8.30pm.When husband called your store staff member was extremely rude and had no care that we had been waiting 2hrs.Terrible service!

Poor service by the older blonde worker. We have been here a number of times and she seems to be rude.

Dont get the chips and drink deal on uber eats what a waste of money. A half full container of chips isnt worth it.

Ordered nachos for my son. They were not included in the food we had delivered, but we were charged for it. I asked for NO salsa in my bowl as I HATE coriander, I got A LOT of salsa. All the food was COLD. How hard is it to follow a simple order?

Just ordered a burto and two nachos. I had the best service from Montana and Mel. They were so friendly and had a sense of humour. The store was clean, the food was the best Ive had in a long time.Definitely nailed it.

Slow but excellent service. Standard lunch break on way to Brisbane. Always delicious.

Unsure how this is $15 worth of food? Fist full of lettuce, 1 litre of sour cream and 1 piece of beef… so disappointed with this. Had to head to next door subway for a second lunch as I was still hungry after this, what joke 👎🏻👎🏻

Just had the worst pulled pork Burrito ever..... my partners was the chicken and said it was ok. I ordered the pork, no tomatoe salsa, minimal to no rice or pork, no guacamole at all, not the sauce I ordered only to receive mayo to which I dont like. My whole Burrito consisted of lettuce and corn really! Dont normally receive bad meals from here but tonight was something different. I will return hopefully for a better experience next time. This meal was delivered to Ripley.

Make sure you allow plenty of time to get through the drive-thru.. every time Ive been through (thurs-sat eveningsits been a minimum of 10 minutes, often more. They appear to operate on the very minimum levels of staff.Otherwise their food is great.

No response from drive thru speaker box for an extended period - approx 5-6 minutes around 2pm. Multiple staff outside on break/smoking. Drive round to go into store. No urgency from staff. Went elsewhere. Shame because your food is always good.Update: Whilst eating my lunch, I just watched another car have the same problem and drive away. Technical problems?

It has been awhile since I had the beef nacho and was most dissappointed with what beef flavor and stale nacho chips. Zambezi wont be on my list for takeaway again.

Not one to usually complain about a restaurant, but this place has really gone downhill the past few months. Food is bland and way overpriced for what you get; our burritos (not that I would even classify them as suchwere so understuffed with next to no fillings and doused in sauce. Wasnt a good experience.

The staff here have always been nice and accommodating. Its reasonably priced and tastes delicious. Weve visited a few times now and have been happy with our meals and service.

Came through today and had the loveliest girl serve me and the food was amazing as always. Definitely be doing the little extra drive to go to this one instead of my closest Zombreros

Weve just ordered through door dash.Received our meals just fine however the order was incorrect and missing an item.One meal has cheese and sour cream throughout (when it was not requestedand the person it was for can not have lactose so was unable to eat the entire meal.My meal was missing some additional add ons that had been requested, along with my drink being missing from the order.All 3 meals were cold and having things so badly incorrect and paying $80 dollars for it - Im thoroughly disappointed with this experience

Awesome food, service and venue. Super clean, quiet and the food was delivered quickly. Genuinely enjoyed myself. We got 3 items and it was done in under 3 minutes.

Ordered their new ‘summer salad’ paid extra for corn and salsa. Got to the window to pick order up and they inform me they have run out of kale salad. Instead of refunding me whole amount and substitute or offering another meal. They refunded me $1 then dumped lettuce and iq salsa in it.

Food was good and enjoyed by my two boys, leftovers were helpfully bagged up for later. The service was fantastic and wish I knew the name of the lady that served us but sadly dont recall, she was very helpful. Kids played on the PS4 for a while after eating, although only one controller was working so had to take it in turns. The only issue I did have that the staff werent actually aware of, was that the background music that was playing played the explicit version of James Blunts Youre Beautiful, glad the boys couldnt hear in the PlayStation Room. Recommended and would be happy to return.

Very polite staff and super quick service! The cleanliness of this store is outstanding. The food is always mouth watering but with a pleasant flavour. The staff always friendly and always explain what ingredients are free and what is charged. If I could replace the star system with power burritos, this store would get five burritos!

Drove past this place so many times and alwats wanted to check it out - well I wasnt disappointed. Had the Nachos - It was great!
