No compromise on Quality and quantity..... most liked mandi is camel ...highly recommended... near dubai frame....
Good tatse and friendly staff.and also good location with nice view...kunafa also good and kawa very nice.
We had the chicken mandi and madhbi on a crowded weekend. Their service was top notch even with the crowd. We liked the Flavour of the rice and the quality of the meat on the dishes. Their complimentary tea and the luqaimat was average.
We absolutely love their haneeth ribs. Their ice cream kunafa is also good. Will come back soon for the best mandi in town.
Great quality food. Lost a star because when my partner and her mom went in ahead, sat down and ordered a juice, it took them more than 20 mins to serve it, and that too only after I arrived and had to make a little noise about it. Otherwise, the food was good and tasty, and the service became on point. Dont know if it was a thing that happened because of my male presence. I wasnt best pleased that my ladies were being ignored by the staff.
They serve one of the best mandi in UAE... must try!!
We order 3 types of mandi and all were the best...100% recommended . After coming to dubai I have never seen any mandi restaurants with such a crowd
Zam-Zam never fails to satisfy my taste buds! From their tastiest meat, to their free Loughamat and Tea! And from their very friendly staff! One thing though, just hope that soon they will include the free Loughamat in their delivery. * wishful thinking*
Very good taste. Quantity and quality were both good. Prices were also reasonable.
Had Chicken mandi from there, it’s good and well cooked. Customer service was very good.
One of the most crowded restaurants in karama. We waited for 30 minutes to get a table. The mandi was awesome 😋 overall the experience is good
The food is supper delicious 😋 and the prices are very reasonable 👌. Best place for family lunch and dinner.
Great food, superb taste, my order Hamor Fish Mandi .. Luqaimat and Qahwa also include in deal... i like Dates Chatni.
Zam zam Mandi and Haneeth are best dishes available good food and good service.
Best mandi restaurant in town ❤️Surely one of the best mandi I’ve ever had ❤️The place is always crowded cause the taste of this restaurant is always in demand ❤️I’ve visited al-karama branch were they have two types of seating area one is majlis and other tables n chairs Both types are spacious and cleanThe service is really good despite of having crowd all the time the attend the customers very well and the serving time is less than 10 minutes. The best part about this restaurant is soup, salad, luqaimat and suleimani is complimentary ✅They have various kinds of mandi and madhbi i love both of their servings in mutton, chicken and fish. The meal usually starts with soup which tastes tremendous ( good for appetite )Mandi rice is so aromatic, flavorful and cooked to perfection tastes heavenly delicious.Mandi chicken is so flavourful, fresh, tender and cooked to perfection just love the smoky flavourLuqaimat with well balanced sweetnessWe’ve tried theirChicken madhbi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Chicken mandi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Mutton mandi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Luqaimat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kunafa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Quality and quantity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hygiene ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall 100/10I highly recommend this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not much, as I seen the review visited this mandi. Taste not that much authentic, reasonable price. I can say average taste. Interior and seating also average. No parking space for this restaurant, need to park on A or C parking. Crowded place
One of the best Mandi shops in Dubai with best services and Good Food🤩🤩🤩
Very cold and bad kunafa ever eat from anywhere, as when its inform to the staff and they don’t care about that 👎🏻Food also feel its below average, as its also not hot even on friday night
Highly recommended.chicken Mandi served was very tasty. As a starter you will get a soup followed by vegetable salad.with Mandi the special highlight is the special tomato chutney.Dates pickle was also served which I liked the most and a red chilly chutney for spicy. After Mandi there is sugar balls which tasted so yummy and next was kunafa..by the stomach was full but managed somehow to eat
Best place to order as the quality and quantity are good, highly recommended. Tomato chutney also very good.We have tried both fish and chicken Mandi, Madbi and Madfoon. Rice are well spiced.Though the prices are a bit expensive, worth trying it!
I will not recommend to anyone to go there for mandi.its a malwari Mandi taste not arabic.i will recommend baitul Mandi restaurant Al barsha for Mandi.
We tried 2 dishes and both were awesome and the best thing is easily digestible. I am a fan of it now. And the hospitality was something which I didnt expect. Theyre are really nice at their job. The sweets were also awesome. The herbal tea they serve after food was very refreshing. What more should I say. Love this place.
This place is situated opposite to Dubai Frame. We went there around 10pm. The restaurant was crowded. But they have lot of dining tables, so we got one. They served mutton soup first. Then we had mutton mudghout. After food they served sulaimani and sweet. We ordered Kunafa as well. The service was nice. It was not authentic arabic taste. But still it was nice enough.
You will get delicious Mandi and other tasty food from this restaurant in affordable price. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Mutton haneeth is good me and ma friends try already 5/5 rating . Now weekly one time visiting .Another one chicken mandi is not good the chicken is very hard same like fried chicken 2/5 rating .
Great location Really nice staff. Food was prepared very quickly, it was really tasty and for a very affordable price. Thumbs up
One of the best option for Mandhi in Karama area. Five star for the service. Friendly and attentive staff.Wooow... We really enjoyed the food.I also love the free mint tea😁
Once we came out of the Dubai Frame after spending there for a couple of hours, we felt hungry. And as we were passing by Zabeel Park, my son prompted, “Dad, can we go to the other side of the road to try out Mandi at ZamZam?” I nodded in no time. This is the first outlet at Karama centre, Dubai incepted in 2009, just beside Lulu Hypermarket. The Karama one, where we got in, was a two-storied restaurant on the roadside with options to enjoy separate family diners as well. It was lunch time and hence we took a platter combining of Green salad, Raw Hot Chicken Soup, Chicken Mandi and then Kunafa and Sweet Balls as dessert. I find their chicken soup completely different (both in colour and tastecompared to one we’re normally acquainted with in India. This soup is light with no added spice except salt and smells raw meat. Also once you finish off this soup, you feel tremendous hungry. So, Chicken Mandi is an apt choice under the circumstances. Now, what is Chicken Mandi? Mandi, originated from Hadhramaut, Yemen, is a traditional dish. This extremely popular staple dish in the entire Arabian Peninsula is an awesome combination of rice, chicken and a host of spices. Traditionally, Mandi is cooked in a tandoor. And hence, it is considered as healthy since it is prepared in less, or zero oil. Chicken pieces are big, nicely cooked with zero grease and hence get smothered nicely by the softest pressure of a jaw.I had never heard of Kunafa before. Its a traditional Arabian delicacy consisting of kataifi, a spun pastry soaked in sugar syrup and stacked with cheese or other ingredients like clotted cream, almonds, pistachio, rose water, or nuts. It is popular in Egypt, Turkey, Greece, and the Balkans. You feel heavy once you take a bite. My son liked it a lot, Though find it nothing extraordinaire.
Excellent Mandi dishes (Yemeni dish in Dubai. Great service and food. Many choices too.
We visited this place on Friday lunch so was jam packed since now Friday is a working day. Having said that, worth a visit. They have ample sitting area and the staff is really courteous. Mutton mandi stands out but try haneth as well. Though, Haneth is expensive but you will love the tender meat.Do visit this place if you like mandi and that too for Friday lunch.
I just love mandi. But there is something special about Zam Zam mandi. The quality and taste is absolutely delicious.Just like the owner of this group Mr Shaijal Hussain (whom I have heard lot about due to his good deedsthe staff have been trained to be kind, humble and customer friendly.Perks of waiting for the takeaway (luqaimat and sulaimani)
The least pleasing Mandi experience I have since I moved to uae 15 years back?!The food is just bland!! The meat portion is average and rice is not slow cooked. In fact rice arrived cold even the meat, and when I reported that food is cold, they took the plate and heated it in Microwave instead of changing it. Overall, food is not fresh and I will never come back or recommend it !
Very good food mash’Allah. We enjoyed it but we found the starters was a bit too spicy/hot. The rice very well cooked and the mutton was fried I think. It would’ve been better if it was grilled. I have no comment on the juice cocktail because it was just amazing 5 stars for that 😁 overall very nice experience and the staff was very good too !
The best mandi in town. They have the authentic taste. First they serve the soup, followed up with black tea and dumpling sweets in the end.
The mix mandi is best, fish, chicken, mutton mandi and tea, kunafa and luqaimat all together.
Great food, superb taste, arrangement for families who need to sit separate and in privacy.... Luqaimat and Qahwa on the house.... Dont forget to visit Zabeel Park after the food.....
Must visit place for authentic arabic cuisine. As a starter they provide soups and veggies, then comes the mandi with meat, tomato chutney, dates and chilli pickle. Its super yummy though it has less spices. After the main course, Luqaimat and gawa which is the traditional items of arabics are given. Both are delicious and super combinated. Their Kunafa is also the best. Overall zam zam mandi gives a satisfactory feel.
Staff at the entrance are lost, crowding around. During weekends staffs at the entrance should be doing crowd management. Food was good but service staff should be much more precise and clear on there recommendations and suggestions. Everything else was good and keep it going Zam Zam.
Most preferred place in Karama for chicken Mandi. We had chicken Madfoon, it was tasty and well cooked. Came with starters- soup n salad. 🍗🥣The complimentary sweet balls and special tea in the end were also the highlights. We had kunafa for dessert which was also delicious. We went during evening time before 7pm, hence it was not much crowded.
Very nice food, and complimentary tea and sweets at the end, place is nice, staff is nice, good price, the fish hamour mandi is delicious. Would be even better if they had more vegetarian options and also if they did not use plastic tray for dessert, plastic cutlery and plastic cover for the table, as plastic is so bad for the environment. Reusable dishes and cuttlery are better!
Best mandi in UAE. We can sure that its the best. The major attraction is the Mutton Mandi. The side dips are all good. Sitting and majilis are available. After mandi they will provide Black tea and sweets , That so good. The staffs are all good and suitable for family.
Authentic Arabian TasteThe quality and quantity is really great according to the price!!Love the Arabic Sweet Kunafa amazing it was.
Visited Mandi at karamaI would say this was a great decision as the food and the service is simply amazing.Loved the mixed mandi.. the mixed mandi we had had generous amount of spicy prawns, Arabian style mutton and chicken 65. Each one of the portion has its own unique flavour and taste and aroma. This was recommended by a very helpful manager Mr. SAIVAN. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE.I want to also mention that I got to see the Iftaar menu which is between 12 and 14 aed . Its a perfect meal for one person both for yourself and also for you to help another. Its for takeaway only but highly recommended. I saw the quantity and it will simply great for a fasting person.Ps: soup and tea were complimentary ;)
No doubt its always my first choice whenever thinking about mandi. The test of the dishes always makes me feel like once more. Though always little late on serving after ordering, but the test never disappointed me.
It’s very famous and old restaurant. Their food are delicious and budget friendly. Also outside this restaurant you can have a view of Dubai frame . Food quality is good
Amazing mandi / madbi place! Had heard a lot about the place and finally had a chance to try it out. The food was bursting with flavors and the meat was done perfectly. They also offered complimentary sweets and tea! They also have private cabins with floor seating arrangements. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes. Place was not crowded and were following all covid protocols.
Excellent arabic food i ever had..Chicken madfoon was really delicious. They will treat us with salads, soups and sweets, tea which are complimentary . Dont miss out to try the kunafa.Service by Mr.Rashid was the best we ever had..
Just one word amazing from soup to food and ambiance is just clean and refreshing. Staff is humble. Every mandi restaurant has its unique taste and flavours and zam zam has follows it same. Highly recommended to try with friends and family with a good view of Dubai frame from outside.
Staff costumer service is great. They help you out of their way.We tried mutton Mandi. They give spicy chutney with it. Also comes salad and soup.Soup 5/5Mandi mutton 3/5. Not fully cooked.Mandi rice 4/5
Loved the food . We ordered king fish mandi and mutton mandi biryani. The biryani comes with chicken soup, spicy tomato saucy stuff, salad, Arabic tea, dates chutney, spicy chili mix and sweet balls dipped in dates syrup. The king fish fry was too good. One biryani is enough for two people but then one should not share. The ambience could have been better. The Arabic tea served at the end of food was too good. And sweet balls I couldn’t stop with one
