بہت ھی خراب ھوٹل ھے۔ بتمیز سٹاف اور مالک بھی انتھائ بتمیز ھے Ac والے کمرے کے چارجز لیتے ھیں اور بغیر Ac کے کمرہ دیتے ھیں شکایت کرنے پر جھگڑا کرتے ہیں جرنیٹر اور Ups کا وی کوئ انتظام نھیںتمام آنے والے دوستوں کو مشہورہ دینا چاہوں گا کہ ذم ذم کے علاوہ اور بھی بہت سارے اچھے ہوٹل ہیں سوات میں ان میں سے کسی کا انتحاب کر لیں تا کہ آپ کو کوئ پریشانی نہ ہو

This hotel is located at bank road mardan near college chowk.. room for 2 person was best with air conditioner.. we pay 2000 for ac room.. well we have visited almost 12 normal hotels in mardan .. but zam zam hotel was the best one in mardan..

A sufficiently suitable at a very suitable rates in the mid of the city. Very populated place, rooms are sufficiently airy and washrooms are sufficiently clean and the hosts are excellent in hospitality. Overall, I recommend the hotel for a reasonably and sufficiently comfortable stay.
