The weather was cold and rainy so we decided to have a bowl of hot noodle soup. The micned chicken noodle soup was amazing with the right mix of taste ! Ordered the siew mai and oo long tea which is good too.The staff of the restaurant was very hospitable too. They checked with us if the food was good and they are indeed wonderful. Good Chinese restaurant to visit in Lucerne !
MoreBEST BUBBLE TEA EVER!!! OMG ONE OF FHE BEST THINGS I EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH (order the taro one)
MoreThis is, by far, the best Chinese restaurant in Luzern. The pork belly soup is absolutely exquisite - I get it almost every time I come. The food is authentic and the staff are incredibly friendly.
MoreVery good Chinese food in town. The food is authentic and the teas are also very good. There is always a long queue so you should book in advance or wait for a while.
MoreHands down the best meal we had in Lucerne. The owner is so welcoming and friendly and the artwork and pieces she has for sale are beautiful.
MoreWow! Come here! Get the Yun Nan Tea House Silk Tofu Rice Noodle! Have a rose tea while youre at it. Spectacular!
MoreThis place is a hidden gem. This shop sells beautiful teapots and high quality teas.It also operates a restaurant.Usually, I dont expect restaurants to have these two things. But this restaurant is special.I ordered some dishes and some drinks. All of them were on par with high end Chinese restaurants.Casual Chinese restaurants usually use MSG.Since cheap ingredients are used, the ingredients themselves have little taste, so the technique is to supplement with MSG.This restaurant is casual but does not rely on MSG.There were good ingredients, good skills, and good spirit. The service is also pleasant and kindness. My only regret is that this wonderful restaurant does not exist in my city. I cant come here without traveling.I hope this restaurant continues forever.Someday I will come to Luzern again just to eat at this restaurant.I appreciate the wonderful experience.
MoreBest shrimp dumplings I had in Europe, and it is not even one of their most famous dishes! We weren’t hungry back then. I hope I will have the chance to come back and try everything!
MoreDo order the chicken soup which is very fresh. Toufu noodle worth trying as well. Beef noodle ok. Spicy level 3 out of 10 might be more suitable for most people.
MoreNice and authentic. You can indicate the level of spiciness. The staff are friendly and make good recommendations
Moresuch a lovely, authentic chinese restaurant! the owner and staff are incredibly nice and friendly. the interior is gorgeous and they have so many teas you can try. we ordered the chicken rice noodle soup (not spicyand the spicy rice noodle soup with pork and with beef. so delicious! we were missing chinese food on our 2 week trip here and this soothed all our cravings.
MoreAuthentic Chinese food. Spicy beef noodle soup is a must try. Ordered with spicy level 6 (from 1 to 10), it’s really hot but so flavorful! You have to finish all the soup. Spring roll was crispy and delicious. It could get really busy during lunch or dinner time.
MoreThe Spiced Pork Belly Rice was very delicious. Spice level can be chosen. The Mixed Dimsum, which consisted of 3 Har Gaos, 3 Siew Mais and 3 Dumplings, were yummy as well. For drinks, we ordered the Peach Red Tea with Mango Pops. It was refreshing and the Boba pops in your mouth when you bite it! The staff were friendly as well.
MoreVery delicious Chinese food. Is original taste. Service is good, place is very clean. The tea drink that they make is chill. The price is reasonable..!
MoreOne of my favorite places to eat in Luzern :)It is a small Tea House offering different teas, bubble teas and some Traditional Chinese food as well. The owner is very nice and the food always very tasty 💛
MoreAuthentic cuisines that taste exactly the same if not better than the food we tried locally in Yunnan. Absolutely recommended!
MoreGreat place if you’re craving for legit Chinese food. Ambiance is superb and the owner is so nice and accommodating. 👍👍👍👍👍
MoreThis restaurant feels like a three Michelin star restaurant which serves incredible food at a very reasonable price point. I had the best chicken feet in my life and I actually met the chef to give him my compliments! We ordered the spicy beef noodles soup and it was great as well. Very clear and refreshing broth, with thinly sliced beef cuts.We also ordered the beancurd rice noodles (豆花米线which is not on the menu. This secret dish is a must-try, because of the amazing combination of spices that resulted in a divine flavor. The restaurant owner also had a great personality which made us feel welcomed.10/10 - Highly recommended.
MoreI would like to say that this is the most delicious authentic chinese food in Switzerland. The owner is really friendly. Saturdays are the most busy day and you should better reserve a place if you go there between 11-15 oclock.
MoreA welcome sight after 2 weeks of cheese, cured meat and rosti. Authentic Chinese food with great Spices and noodles. Great conversations with the lady boss as well with incredible tea. Highly recommended!
MoreThis place legit saved us while staying in Lucerne. Super authentic Chinese flavors with surprisingly consistent execution and attention to detail. Love the rice noodle soup (especially the spicy chicken with mushroomsand chicken feet. Also one of the only places to get vegetables that aren’t salad. The teas are really good as well. Had a mango red tea which was made from high quality tea and fresh fruit.
MoreWhere to even start with this gem of a restaurant?! First, the owner is a woman with a fiery, no nonsense, hilarious and enthusiastic personality. Ask her about how she started the restaurant, where she sources her ingredients or how she makes the teas and youll be rewarded with wonderful stories. The food is equally delicious, flavorful and spicy (if you ask for it). The ingredients all come from high quality sources and mixed together with thoughtfulness and the knowledge of her heritage. We met some regulars outside before going in and this place is loved by tourists to locals. Highly, highly recommend.
MoreIt was an amazing experience. The first thing you notice when you come in is the very calm and welcoming atmosphere with tea-themed decorations and nice seating. I always recommend asking the staff for their recommendations if youre not quite familiar with the cuisine and the beverages a business offers.I had the silk tofu, freshly made, with a beautifully seasoned broth, some meat, some veggies and amazing noodles. The owner and the servers were very welcoming and knowledgeable and I didnt really feel like leaving too early, so I enjoyed some different teas and had a great time escaping the stresses of our modern, fast paced world.A must try if youre in the city of Lucerne!
MoreAdding a little bit of veggie and quail egg would be more balanced and authentic. Still recommends nevertheless!
MoreVery authentic Chinese restaurant, perfect respite on a rainy day. Give the siewmai a miss (skin was too thickbut the 牛肉面 and marinated pork with peanut sauce were exceptionally tasty!
MoreThe most amazing Chinese food you can get I guess in whole Switzerland, whole Europe? The noodle soups are mouthwatering and taste so authentic… the owner is so naturally friendly and passionate. I hope this place will exist forever… thank you!
MoreDecent price and tasty food. They have variety of dumpling options too. Service was good too. Very clean and well decorated in the inside as well. Definitely recommend!!!
MoreAuthentic Chinese food in Lucerne, great service!
The most authentic and delicious Chinese food we have ever tasted.
Decent food and warm hearted shopkeeper.Strongly recommended.
Authentic & delicious Chinese food, loved the spicy beef noodles, chicken soup and of course, high quality bubble tea
MoreBy far one of best Chinese food we have ever had. Highly recommend the cold noodle salad and a silk tofu dish (it’s not always on the menu). We went there twice in three days in Lucerne. Definitely the best food we had in Switzerland. The owner was fantastic. She is super sweet and funny. We enjoyed the food and experience.
MoreOne of the highlights of Luzern trip, the silk tofu rice noodles(豆花米线)is amazing, I visited twice during my stay, hopefully I can visit again.
MoreEscaping a hail storm in the midst of summer, we found ourselves in front of this beautiful little gem near the Kesselturm parking garage in the Old Town of Luzern. The fantastic yet subtle smell of fresh made Asian food reminded me of my many visits to China.Inside we found a charming owner who served me wonderful Jasmine Tea and my son the newest crave Bubble Tea.My Dim Sum was absolutely delicious and fresh. So was my sons plate of chicken with vegetables, which I only got to photograph after he already took a bite.My dessert, silk tofu, made from scratch, with a light syrup to sweeten was worth trying as the mixture between the tofu and syrup made a nice blend of flavor I hadnt experienced. But next to the tea and the food, what I really enjoyed, was the service and short but interesting conversation with the owner.Reminissing of my travels to China and finding in the Yun Nan Tea House an authentic moment of China.Worth going any time!
MoreSo, so, so good! Authentic rice noodles, tasted just the same as in Kunming. Will definitely go back soon.
MoreWent here twice in two days. The first day, we had excellent dim sum and sauce, and great spicy beef noodle — love the kick! The jasmine tea helps with the (welcomedburn. The second day we had the spiced pork belly with rice — it was rich and full of flavors, I’d come back to lucerne just for this — and spicy chicken noodle that’s lighter but full of herbs. I had also the rose petal tea — perfect for summer! The service was fast and super friendly, so happy to have come here in this short trip to Lucerne!
MoreFantastic place with nice food and service. I am also from Yunnan, China. The rice noodle here is exactly the same as it in my hometown. And you can order the rice noodle with tofu(the one in picturehere, although it is not in the menu 😉 Besides, the tea is also very good here💕
MoreVery authentic Chinese Yunnan food! The best rice noodle in German speaking Switzerland!
MoreA MUST visit in Lucerne. The humble name tea house doesn’t do justice for the elegant mix of tea culture and authentic food from Yunnan, China.Sit down at the tea station for a sip of experience, the friendly owner talks me through a journey of history of the tea culture at her home town. All the tea here are imported from family tea farm in China, delivery of fresh tea leaves every few weeks. You will be amazed at the careful selection and curating from the knowledgable owner.Don’t let the tea indulgence distract you from the outstanding Yunnan food offering here. The chef is a retired head chef from 5-star hotel in Shanghai. As a native Chinese myself, this is hands down the most authentic Chinese food in Switzerland, top 10 across the whole of Europe in my books. From satisfying your taste bud, to immersing yourself in an authentic culture experience, this is an elegant gem in Lucerne, only a short walk from Kapellbrücke.
MoreI am a Chinese living in Luzern and this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. The food is authentic and tea is imported from Yunnan, China. Recommend everyone to come!
MoreVery authentic Chinese food, good service, and nice food! Definitely have to try the bubble tea
MoreGood and affordable tea, friendly service, speaks English. I tried a tea egg here for the first time and it was a tasty experience. They also have other small and big bites to have with the tea. A good variety of tea, too. They also sell loose leaf tea to take home with you.
MoreThe food was really good. Especially the shrimp dumplings and the pork belly. The tea selection is fantastic. However, be warned that the owners English isnt great, however it should be easy enough to get by.
MoreI love this place! The owner is super friendly, service is great, and most importantly the food is delicious! It is pretty authentic and there is a great selection of Chinese teas.
MoreTranquil atmosphere with the best service we have received in Switzerland. The owner is so attentive, everyone feels to be a special guest. This is the place to switch off, with amazing homemade rose petal cakes and quality tea 🌹
MoreJust had my birthday noodles in this place. Excellent dinning environment, excellent service. The lady owner is very nice. Id like to recommend it.
MoreVery very delicious. Its a great place for meals.
I cannot believe this place exists in Switzerland. Went there in the late afternoon for tea and noodles and was greeted with the friendliest service. The entire place was full and we were the only non-Chinese table. Had delicious oolong tea (though pu erh comes Yu Nan so better try thatand the spicy chicken rice noodle dish with a mixed dim sum platter. Everything was absolutely amazing!!
MoreThis place is such a hidden gem in Luzern with so much variety of tea and they brew it with care. The atmosphere and decor is so chill and definitely Instagram-worthy. I had the Rose Ice Tea - so refreshing and delicate! while my friends tried another kind of tea. Definitely coming back to try out the others from the menu. They also have wifi there so its a great working environment too.
MoreVery cool place to hang around with friends for a tea or just a quick asian meal. Really relaxed atmosphere and they have some really cool equipments for to drink teas with. It is an eye opener and the price of the meals is just really reasonable.
