Small, relaxed wood-hued eatery doling out classic Indian street eats & curries plus wine & beer.
The food was very stale and smelled horrible. Would never recommend this terrible restaurant. Waste of money.
Very disappointed I asked for chicken jalfrezi but what come was definitely not a jalfrezi it weren’t hot one bit no chillis in the curry at all Plus my mark shroom rice didn’t have no chillis in. Garlic and coriander naan bread was dripping grease and was that tough I could cut through it with my knife. The curry they sent was nice but I didn’t want that I needed a hot curry to cure my hangover plus the chicken looked like it had been cooked in a frying pan by my mum not chicken tikka which is what I expect from a so called 4.7 rated Indian. Sorry but would never order from here again
Delicious authentic Indian food.Great find, one of the best Indian restaurants in Merseyside
Wonderful food exceptional service can’t wait to rebook thank you
Fantastic and tasty food.We loved it
Really good, cheap Indian food! Mad decor but definitely a great place for curry
Its rare to find a really good Indian. I just did. Perfect poppadoms, peerless paneer, praiseworthy pulau.
Food was amazing and the service was fantastic...I will be going back..
Beautiful food, I had Chicken Tikka Massala and it was one of the best Ive had. The staff are lovely and service is quick. I will definitely be visiting again soon
Food is fine..but the staff is extremely rude....especially the waiter Hriday...the timings mentioned on Google is till 11 pm but the waiter Hriday tries to close the restaurant at 9 / 9.30 pm itself asking the guests to leave as soon as possible.
Had a good curry here. The menu had some good things on it. The staff were really friendly.
Very tasty meal. Great service.
Delicious!! I ordered: Tadka Dal (spicy lentils), Bombay Potatoes (potatoes cooked with spices in onion and tomato sauce), and Vegetable Karma (vegetables in a creamy sauce, i think it’s coconut cream. It’s my favouriteand Punjabi Vegetable Samosa (there were 2 of them). Large portions, everything was very tasty, just a bit too peppery for me because I’m not used to but still enjoyable. I attached a pic but I had already started to eat… Thank you very very much!!
Terrible service, food, attitudes. Its under new management and nothing like the lovely food and staff who used to run it. It used to be the best in town not any more, with these new owners and new menu which lacks many things. What a waste of nearly £50.Will never go here again. They got our order wrong, served it in the wrong order, food was over cooked when it eventually arrived. No one apologised, they tried to blame us for their own incompetence.
Brilliant! Everything was just perfect, from the food to the service. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a memorable evening. 💛
Delicious food, served by friendly staff. Well worth a visit
Exceptional food. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. What more to ask. We used a Groupon voucher for our meal, but honestly it was worth paying full price for. Best Indian food in town. Weve eaten here and Prescott Road now and BOTH Yukti restaurants are amazing. This one is less traditional Indian in styling, but I liked it. It felt light and comfortable.
First time at Yukti 21/10/21 was amazing food starter to the mains, great service throughout and a special complement from the chef, which was amazing too, thank you to all of the team at Yukti
Thank to the team at Yukti.Had a very enjoyable evening Sunday 17/10/21.Good food, excellent service.
This Indian restaurant is a hidden gem. Definitely recommend the Lamb Biryani 👌🏼
This place served fantastic food and at a reasonable price. These dishes cost us just £20.40. However, I felt really sorry for the member of staff serving us, he was running the entire place by himself, taking orders, serving food, pouring drinks, taking payment and seating people - and a table of 15 came in as we were there. Whoever runs this place needs to have more staff - no one is paid enough to run around like that.
great food for a great price! The appetizer sampler was incredibly filling and gave us the opportunity to try all sorts. wonderful staff, would definitely go again
Fabulous food at a very reasonable price. The garlic nan was, in particular, the very best I have ever had! Beautifully light with a crispy outside texture, not stodgy like most garlic nan in other restaurants.Would definitely go again next time we visit Liverpool.Only wish they had premises in Leeds 🙂
Good service. Friendly staff.Unfortunately, for me, the food was a little bland like they have toned down the spice for the white people but have taken it too far.I prefer more of a kick with Indian food so i was a little dissapointed. The mixed grill starter was nice and the naans that came with the main were good too.
Good food at great price. Nice presentation and staff.
Great selection of meat and vegetable meals. Really enjoy taking the family here. Staff are so friendly and helpful so if required help with the menu just ask. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Did not disappoint, fabulous service and delicious food! First time eating here as we are regular visitors to the Prescot Road restaurant. So delighted to see different menu options but with the same care attention to detail and fabulous spices. Great for families lots to choose from and reasonably priced.
Very good restaurant for Indian food
Visited here for the first time on the weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and warm welcome. We ordered our food and it came quite quickly, the food was cooked to perfection and portion size was plentiful. The toilets were also nice and clean. We couldnt fault it and we will definitely visit again.
Amazing food and service! The staff are so hospitable 10/10
Order from here a lot and always amazing food! UberEats messed up an order today and the restaurant were brilliant and helpful, despite Uber being useless! Great restaurant with some brilliant curries, can never order too much! Will continue to order from and eat here as regularly as possible!
First time visiting and will 100% be going again, food was amazing staff was very helpful and the restaurant was very clean! Plus the price was good we didn’t believe we had the right bill when it came as we ate so much!! Couldn’t fault any service
Having read the reviews we decided to try this restsurant and we werent disappointed!! Having asked about the menu ,I decided on the Lamb chops for a starter, they were extremely tasty and full of flavour.....mouthwatering....10 out of 10! For the main I went for the LambChidabaram with spinach....again a very tasty dish ....medium heat.....my tongue zinging with different flavours ....all washed down with a nice cold pint of Cobra....9 put of 10!! The waiter was really friendly and very keen that we understood the menu .....he was happy to chat to to us about Liverpool as this was our first time here!! Highly recommended 👌 👍
Visited this place tonight. Booked without any knowledge of the place other than some good Google reviews. Was a bit worried as we had invited some friends hoping that it was going to be good. Arrived and was a bit worried as from the outside it doesnt look much. Well we were wrong. The food was fantastic, the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for us. Recommended some food, gave us extra onions barjis as they came on a plate for 3 but there was more of us. Complementary deserts. It was really quiet night in there and in my opinion should have been packed as the quality of food is 5 star. Lovley and clean inside too. Such a shame the virus has had such an affect on these small businesses. We need to support places like this. Will be recommending and returning. Bravo.
Cannot recommend Yukti enough. We visited back to back nights and were more than pleased with the entire menu. Mostly small plates so great for sharing and trying a variety of Indian dishes. Friendly people, very fair prices. It is a place I will always visit on trips to Liverpool.
Very very good food. The chef was amazing. The service was first class. We asked for the food to be spicy and it was made to perfection. Will definitely recommend this place for a great dinner experience.
Lovely service and some great vegan/vegetarian options! Dietry requirements are clearly marked on the menu and staff were happy to explain what was available. Good mix of standards and original dishes, most of which can be bought in small portions for sharing around the table. Have been back once already :)
Honestly the best naan bread Ive ever had! All the food we had was amazing and they even made a dish that wasnt on the menu! And the service was excellent. Really friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend eating here.
I found the establishment agreeable. Nice decor and feel to the place being underground. With regards to food we only ate a main, because there was nothing on the desert menu which appealed / rather limited so this is the only down side to the food. The steak I had for main was the rump, well done which was done nicely for the style.
A friendly warm welcome by the manager. Who kindly took us to our seats. The drinks and food menu price are so reasonable. The drinks have a variety of soft drinks since I dont drink alcohol but a vast selection for those who do. The food menu really well priced for the quality of food provided. I been to many indian restaurants which are Bangladeshi owned but this is true authentic Indian food which made me miss home so much more. The portions are really decent amount as well. Cant honestly wait to bring my friends and family back again!
Nice people, tasty food. A lot of curry places do food thats a bit one-note and indistinguishable, but not this place - lovely, distinct flavours in each dish, especially the mixed veggie starter. Friendly staff and decent prices too.
Absolutely brilliant, from the minute we walked through the door till we left the service from the staff was excellent. Food was top notch and very reasonably priced. if youve not been and you like Indian food make this a must !!!!!!!
We had such a beautiful meal here back in July that we had to come back so booked the first cheap flight we could find and landed in here for 6pm 😀 My partner and I had a meal at Yukti on Wednesday evening. What a lovely place , brilliant , modern decor with guitars and Beatles pictures . Excellent meal with authentic Indian cuisine which has the best ever taste.
Fabulous Indian Food! Staff were very accommodating when I asked for “butter chicken” which is not on the menu. Very generous serving sizes and clean restaurant. The staff were also extremely friendly! Will only eat Indian from here from now on! Highly recommend!
From the outside this looks like a cheap, gaudy takeaway, but inside its actually quite a pleasant restaurant with a beatles theme. The restaurant advertises itself as Indo Asian fusion, but apart from one small part of the menu, its a pretty standard Indian restaurant menu. The standard of the food is, however, far better than average. Good flavours that are subtle rather than overpowering and reasonable portion sizes and price. Service was also excellent despite the restaurant being temporarily short staffed on the evening we visited. Well worth a visit and do try the paneer, its excellent.
Perfect place to visit when you are in the search of Good indian food. The staff is too friendly and can make dish customised upon request.Checkout this place and experience lip smacking food
A lovely little gem of an Indian restaurant. The food and service was of top quality. The waiting time was minimal and the waiter presented our meal with care and what I can only describe as pride. Has to be the best Indian meal Ive every had in Liverpool. Would highly recommend.
Lovely meal from a lovely restaurant. This place was recommended by our taxi driver. His friend was the owner, so made us a reservation. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cant wait to visit Yukti next time Im in Liverpool.Thank you
Delicious delicious food and excellent service! Get the fish thali and cauliflower. The staff were so friendly and sweet and gave me a cake for my birthday!
Fantastic food and an almost too good level of service. The starters have a nice variety and the mains were delicious. The lamb curry i had was almost perfectly seasoned and never strayed into being too spicy. To top it off the pricea are also very reasonable.
