Youth Firenze 2000 in Florence

The room is very small. Host is really helpful staff friendly. Location is in a nice neighborhood but far from attractions. Good price in Florence but almost a hostel.

Very close to a Hostel. The rooms are just OK. Small with only one chair. Our luggage barely fit. But it is quiet and staff is helpful. It is fairly clean. We needed help with luggage 🧳 up the stairs. They complied. Not really close to attractions but manageable.

Loved this place. Great price! Room was huge, clean, AC was good, water pressure nice. Breakfast is simple and plentiful. Great location for walking around to many of the major attractions. The host Drita ("light"is lovely!! Smiles, laughs and so helpful. Id stay again!

I stayed here mid August when humidity 40degrees our room was cool AC was working good. Clean and spacious. Very Basic room has hair dryer on plus side, for travellers from UK it’s the 3 pin plugs, but also down side no blackout curtains it was a white vale curtain which by 6/7am it’s light in the room.Lovely people working here they are very helpful. No fridge in rooms but they will be happy to store any of your own bought stuff in the main fridges in the bar/restaurant hall. Breakfast was decent buffet with a coffee machine, orange juice/water machine, croissant, ham, cheese, cornflakes, yogurts.This hotel is in the quiet part of Florence district to walk to the main centres san Marie/San Marco 20mins or you can hire bikes there everywhere and best can drop them off anywhere you want cost €2.88 per ride one way. There’s afew great restaurants near by this hotel a Chinese restaurant 2doors down, buffet sushi across the road €15 , coffee shops and a supermarket. Be aware shops around there were all closed on Sundays and most cafes and restaurants open for lunch and closed again at 3pm until late evening time from 7pm.Go to the Michelangelo view point for sunset which was so beautiful a taxi from hotel was €8 well worth seeing when there. Room in poor condition. Probably the worst i have ever stayed in. Very drab with a skylight window which was covered over. 2 sockets not working and fixtures and fittings not very sturdy. Smelt of cigarette smoke..breakfast just OK but not as photos with no fruit in sight. A bit too out of town as there were no restaurants or bars nearby. Just as well we didnt spend much time in our room. Would not recommend this hotel . Avoid it if you can

Hotel molto carino, abbastanza vicino al centro di Firenze e vicino a servizi primari come Supermercato, anche abbastanza grande, farmacie, negozietti , autobus e punti ristoro. La manutenzione della camera era scarsa, ma era pulitissima e molto funzionale, con aria condizionata naturalmente. Il personale gentilissimo e amichevole, molto professionale, anche la colazione self service con ottimi prodotti. Prezzo non molto conveniente per 2 notti, ma considerando che é vicinissimo al centro e la colazione é inclusa, ci può stare. Buono, ma può migliorare.

Good service at the reception. Some didnt speak in english, but still very helpfull. Acceptable breakfast. New made beds every day. Above expektations. A place we can recomment. All employes are helpfull and smiling.

Sono stata due giorni in questo hotel “da incubo”, all’arrivo la mia stanza odorava di fumo e, nonostante abbia arieggiato, la situazione non è cambiata. La doccia aveva la porta rotta ed era stata riparata con lo scotch, il letto invece aveva una tavola invece delle doghe che sporgeva da una parte. Pulizia molto scarsa e personale davvero poco cordiale. La colazione del mattino era pessima, la cioccolata sapeva di caffè e tutte le bevande erano innacquate, gli insaccati e i formaggi avevano un aspetto poco invitante e la pulizia del locale era davvero scarsa. L’hotel è pure lontano dal centro quindi non vale la pena camminare circa mezz’ora per poi essere trattati indegnamente. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno.

I stayed the with a big group of students so we rented almost whole hotel. Our room had awful cigarette smell that we couldnt get rid off. The room was very dark, it had only two small windows that were hard to open. The room got really cold at night. The heating was really loud but it worked. The bathroom was clean, they took out our trash and made our beds every day. All fabric (bed sheets, towelswas old and not in a good condition.We found random hair in our beds. The bed frame was covered with beige fabric and it had many traces of cigarette ashes and body fluids. The breakfast was always at least 15 minutes late, they always brought some fresh bread but there were no other options. The staff was nice. The hotel is situated 30 min walk from main turist attractions.

Very clean room and bathroom, not so far from the center of the city, but not so close either, 20-25 minutes walking, there are buses, 5 -7 minutes from the hotel to the center, 3 stations.We had a nice, light breakfast, some pastry, good coffee, juice, salami, cheese, cereal and milk. You can also enjoy your breakfast or coffee on their terrasse. If you like eating a full, rich breakfast, no, it is not the place. Big towels, big beds (we find a bit noisy the beds).

Such a cool place to stay. Really nice reception, good breakfast with fresh croissant, bread rolls, cheese, salami, juice, coffee and jam... The price was perfect when you are interrailing. Air conditioning in the room. What else you would wish for😍 it is also a easy walk to city center so we really liked it.

Great stay, comfortable and spacious room, exact same as on the pictures, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we had some trouble with our air conditioning and the staff nicely gave us a new room the next day, but then the new room didn’t have hot water in the shower, the walls let all the noises go through you can hear people showering , talking, moving around, the doors are also very loud, if you do fine with noise then great otherwise you can get woken up a few times during the night

We arrived after midnight and the hostel had a 24hour reception so we could still check in. Our heater didnt work and after making a complaint about it we could change rooms. Staff cleaned our room and replaced towels every day. The breakfast was okay but the same everyday and not a lot of options.

Receptionist was great (Aldoand breakfast was great! Bit off center but oh well. Good walk! 👌😎

Good rooms, a bit far from center

The hotel offers nice breakfast, staff is friendly, bathrooms are kind of clean. Overall it is a decent hotel. But the reason for the 1 star is that there are actually bed bugs I suffered a lot of bites during my two nights there.

The staff was great!! They were very helpful and polite. From the first minute they gave us maps for the city with the places that we gave to visit. They help us even to close a trip for Siena to Pizza by a group.If we ever visit Firenze again, we will make a reservation there for sure!! 😁

The people who work here are amazing. All have been extremely nice and helpful. I had trouble opening my room door and every time the workers assisted me right away and were kind. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need. The location is still close to city center but still quiet. Highly recommend!

Good location, walking distance to centre via the river. Supermarket 5mins away stocked with everything you need. Good Aircon in rooms if not a little bland but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and courteous. Good budget hotel. Beware of sitting in patio area in evening, got bitten alive in 5 mins by mosquitoes .

In a good location for restaurants and near a great supermarket. Rooms are ok, basic but good for the price. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Aircon is perfect. Breakfast, typical Italian with plenty of choiceLocality - an easy walk to Ponte Vechio and old Florence.. a stroll along the Arno and plenty of bridges to photograph the old bridge from. Just 15mins walk to the Pritti Palace.Basically a good budget hotel away from the mass tourist crowds. No queuing.

If You need short stay in Florence its brilliant. Rooms are pretty clean. Location is quite far from City center and out away but for price we payed its understandable. Reception wiling to help with everything. Directions, printing tickets.

The place is perfect, clean, friendly ppl etc, but the gas in my car was stolen on the road that i parked, just in front of the hotel 🤔🙄

Friendly staff. Quad room with 4 singles was spacious. Bathroom was spacious but the shower was very small. Good water pressure. Air conditioner was subpar. Parking only on street and difficult to find. Late check in (we checked in at 01:30), which after 2200 or so is an apparent rarity in Italy.

Beds are ok and the coffee is very good. But the breakfast was not as good as its shown in any pictures. It is very thin in variations and less more fruits as on the pictures.

Tiny window next to the roof. Wool blankets, fold-up beds. Looks nothing like pictures, cost too mucg

Affordable clean rooms with a bus line that take you to the city center in minutes.

Good value budget hotel. Friendly staff, approx 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. Would recommend.

A small but nice b and b with good service and not to far from town. Its also close to 2 bus stations that can take you to and from the railway station aswell as to town. Overall a very good experience.

Very good hostel, up to standard of hotels. (Minus the small details such as a fridge and very fancy interior.The internet is fine and the bathrooms have towels as well. It is a not to far walk to the city centre and main views. To sum up a very good hostel and if it would be a hotel it would be decent enough to spend the night to visit the city.

Pretty big rooms, with a nice bathroom. Great clean up crew and nice staff. Unfortunately no fridge.

Nor a bad hostel, but not great. Stayed here because I got to Florence late on a Saturday and everything was booked up.Clean enough, but I found the owner to be very authoritarian. Rules were posted everywhere. Also the building has a very strange layout - feels like a converted old folks home.They also nickel and dime you, with fees for every amenity.On the bright side, the owner was helpful with giving directions around the city.

Ok beds, have to pay for wifi and ac though. Friendly staff.

Near by the center and cool areas (San Frediano, Santo Spirito, Oltrarno). Clean. Bus connections.

Thats a really good place to sleep and its pretty close to the center of the city of Florence. But you have to pay for the wifi.
