Im giving this place 5 stars because it was OPEN! Unlike the one in Moreno Valley right now due to remodeling & the one in University that for no reason closed at 4 today!! Plus the guy taking orders was loud & funny.

The staff is friendly. The food is fast and good. They have great coupons.

They dont ever answer the phone and the cook was so rude as well as the cashier the last time I went there. Honestly one of the worst customer service ever. I would avoid coming here.

Worst yoshinoya ive ever been too they never answer the phone the chicken is always undercooked or very very overcooked and burned the beef is salty and way less then ive ever gotten at any other yoshinoya abd the service is subpar forget about asking for condiments absolutely sad i will not be going to this yoshinoya again forget it Row sushi has way better beef bowls quality and quanity beef for 6$!!

The food can speak for itself. But itTaste like I tried to make a teriyaki bowl at home and I messed it up.Also your food got me sick thanks.

The food was terrible and the portions are too small for the price they charge.

Love Yoshinoya, but I tried calling 4 times and the staff wont answer their phone. So i ended ordering food from somewhere else. Wouldve given them 5 stars if they picked up their phone

This place do not want to serve disabled people. The employees is very unprofessional and rude. My family will very again eat or buy anything from this establishment.

Not worth the time to stop at this resteraunt, staff is unreliable when it comes to customer service. I really try and give my honest and most appetizing aspect in every review to make a difference in this public opinion.

Well it wasnt a very very enjoyable experience, However it was not a totally negative one as well.The young man that assisted me that day really really look like he did not wish to be at work, as far as the quality of the food, the rice what okay, it seemed to me like it had been sitting all day.I made it to the shop approximately 10:30 11:00 daytime. The beef had no real flavor to it, Its not like it wasnt edible it was just Flavorless and a LITTLE tuff.The habanero chicken was a bit better but that could be because I like HOT & hot was, but it was still on that bed of Old feeling rice.I cant say Ill return, I dont know yet.

Great place to go for an good healthy food. I got 2 plates with beef and chicken with rice and veggies 😋

Walked in and ordered from the nice gentlemen behind the register. Proceeded to pay and was told they wouldnt accept my 100 dollar bill. Its 2020 not 1920. Asked if they would please take my order while I got change. And again was not allowed to do so. Walked next door to Burger IM and had no problem ordering. It was a little more expensive, but i didnt care. Its all about accommodating the paying customer.

They gave me the wrong food. Then they gave me some sick looking vegetables then get mad when i ask for my money back

Other than the parking situation at this location, everything is pretty good.Service is a little on the slow side because I feel that there arent that many workers at this location, but the food has always been really good consistently.

This is my abosultly favorite restaurant... Ive never been to this location, I normally go to Fontana or Palmdale but we were in the area... I got my normal bowel and some egg rolls. YUCK! It was all really really disgusting... It didnt taste at all like its normal taste... My brother had bones in his near which it never has. The egg rolls tasted like dirt and the rise wasnt cooked all the way! Im just so sad because this is my favorite meal. It tasted like yesterdays left overs!

The place was as expected. It had all the usual Yosh choices. It was clean and the service was fast and pleasant. The food tasted good as usual. It is located in a convenient place right off the freeway exit.

Very acceptable prices. Friendly service. But waited a long time to get food.

Always my goto spot for good food and better service, very friendly staff!

very bad management. he food took so long to get out, the tables were dirty, the floor had trash on it and the trash can was overflowing. and it wasnt even busy during this time. the staff was standing around and playfighting when they should have been cleaning up. ive been to a lot of yoshinoyas including 3 different countries and i have to admit this is the worst obe ive ever been to.

Oh the combo bowl is great.The only negative about this location is the parking. Dont forget to get your parking ticket validated.

The original beef here at this yoshinoya does not look or taste as appetizing as any of the other yoshinoya Ive been to

Low quality food high quality staff.I walked in and wasnt a fan of how the place smelled witch is pretty wierd but that happens sometimes. So I decided to give it a try and quickly had a great experience with the staff very nice and professional.👌 But then I get the food and it is very noticeable even before I start eating that the food is very low quality. Sadly will not be returning but not because the staff just the food.

The food today was super good, really enjoyable, thanks to the cook. The cashier was also very nice!

Super fast service this visit. We got our food in less than 5 minutes. Love the classic beef. It reminds me of a place I used to eat at at the mall as a kid, Rice King. The food is simple but delicious. The staff at this location is more friendly than the Fullerton location.

whatever how many times I say how’s it going or thanks , there’s never any reply from the employees. Most horrible employees I ever met in my life.As for food, I ordered a large beef bowl and I found 2/3 are vegetables ! Come on! It doesn’t worth 8 bucks at all! Never come back again.

This place is a rat trap do not go.Warning... if the employees fail to keep the place clean, there is a chance your food is not clean either.As I walked in I thought every thing would be good, but the cashier was hard to communicate with she wasnt very friendly...Skip this locationafter finally ordering what seemed like a degrading task, I took a look around the place.First thing that came to mind, was the horrible smell and how dirty the floor was. This place is a gutter.Simple hygiene goes a long way.These people take no pride in their work. They were to sorry to even mop the floor and provide a clean environment.Not to mention the portion were very small and they cant even get a simple order right. Although I had a coupon, I still feel ripped off.This place is not worth it, and i will never recommend.I wish I would have took pictures of how dirty the floors were...There is something about all the restaurants in the University area that have low down dirty feel to them.Please avoid this place and all restaurants in the area.

I just wanted to let people know that kevin and Moses are exceptional employees. Some customers took my friends food and we didnt realize. We had been waiting for her food. They remade her plate for us and gave us a cookie! Thank you kevin and moses!!

Ive gone here many times and sometimes the food is alright and other times its terrible. The cashier/attendant was VERY high and had a terrible attitude. The food was cold in some parts and hot on others. Not a very pleasant experience

The guy that works here has been there for years & I enjoy Everytime I see him there Very pleasent ... God knows I love a beef bowl with veggies

Food is good, but it seems they are understaffed. The cashier was running around trying to do everything he could while I only saw one other person cooking in the back.

Ate there a couple time, each time I go there theres a odor, like a gas leak. I dont know what it is but it makes me think twice about going there again..

The lack of communication and technology is what makes this place so bad. The food is good but the service is bad and there rude to there customer. They dont let you use your e-coupons, you have to find a printer if you want to redeem a coupon. Last time I checked it was 2018 not the 90s.

Ive been a customer at this location for years. the problem is that i like to order my food on the phone and pick it up. The employees never answer the phone, no matter how many times ive complained about it.

Food was bland,90% of plates are rice! Small food selection and is over-priced! Would not recommend!!

First time actually at a yoshinoya, but Ive had my moms left overs plenty of times and it was delicious. But this time Im kinda disappointed. The vegetables are obviously not fresh, it was more bland than usual, and the atmosphere was not nice. The cashier was obviously not in a good mood. She was short with the customers.

The food is fine. The wait times are often really long due to being understaffed.

The food was great! I didnt the fact that the cook was moping the floor; rinsed his hands with water (onlyand then made my food. Had he touch my food with his bare rinsed only hands....I would have been out of there. Other than that, it was good : )

The food was ok but the staff werent great, they had a serious lack of professionalism a d kept yelling across the restaurant at each other, if you think someone sucks at their job you probably shouldnt tell your customers

This place made me sick on 7/3/2016 I took a few bites noticed something didnt taste right so I threw it away... What do you know woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and diarrhea... Forsure Ima be callin the health board!!!
