Yoshinoya in Surabaya

I was disappointed with the service provided to customers.They did not provide information and even seemed rude when we asked about the menu and promos.Other than that, the food came in about 20 minutes, quite a long time considering they label themselves as a japanese restaurantHopefully, they can improve their service.

The food is good, also provides gachapon machine.

I dont give 5* because of the rice not consistent in texture. Sometimes its good, sometimes its under cooked. The beef menu is delicious as always.

Its clean and has enough seat. Though most seat the tables has are 4 but you can ask the waiters to add more tables for if you bring 5 or more family member.

My children really love to eat in this place..their special menu is Big Chicken with rice.Their vegetables pickles,was so crunchy and fresh

opening at 10 AM,and i have to waiting for 10 minutes to order . Some menu have to waiting less than 20 minutes, So advice to buy at noonfor the service, depend on mood( lsometimes friendly, sometimes notits japanese resto (friendly culture is the characteristic)

Just another Japanese food. You can wait up to 15 minutes just for 2 original beef bowls and 1 veggie.Apart from its bright orange color, halal stickers and fancy tables (which are good marketing moves), the foods are just OK, not wow.You can find a much better japanese beef bowl for exactly same price. Just because its in a mall, doesnt mean its worth your money. But if you fancy simple eating and long queue or waiting time, this is just good as another fast food chains.

Medium sized Yoshinoya, has outdoor seating, which is nice having lunch with street view. I love Yakiniku beef bowl, great portion and taste. Chicken menu set is good for value, and nice free refill ocha too. Clean and cozy place, with decent ambience.

This particular Yoshinoya has a really bad service time. I was here once on a weekday, they asked me to wait 15 mins for the chicken. Then next time was a weekend and it was a long line and I heard the people ahead being asked to wait for the regular food order. I am writing this as I am waiting AGAIN for yet another chicken order so screw this Yoshinoya. I love yoshinoya but the manager of this particular one needs to be fired!

The staffs are polite and friendly. They always give a smile towards customer.Their food are good enough. I love their fried chicken, it tastes so good.

Good tastes for the food. Free flow for its Cold Ocha Tea. The serve the food in two type of bowl size, medium and large. Their new menu, rendang and green chili is so delicious and not to spicy so everyone can taste it even they dont like spicy food.

One of a good place to eat. Been there several times and never get bored. The taste of the food they offers are so yummy with those high quality beef and chicken mixed with some toppings. Egg mayo is my favorite at this far. Yoshinoya never disappoint me! 💟

Good choice for big portion of food with moderate price. You can also get free flow ocha.It has good service and ambience. It usually plays J-Pop song.My favorite is blackpepper beef bowl. The miso soup also has a good taste.

Its a japanese restaurant. They had delicious rice bowlnya. Also they have menu that have lot of veggies, we can adding topping too here, there are lot varians of topping here. But the price is a little bit pricy. Plus here.

Good place for you if youre looking for a japanese rice bowl with the exclusive bowl and the sense of japan from the interior, the ornaments and the decoration. But, the price is lil bit expensive.

I think it was one the first modern shipping center in Surabaya. Quite old, but still well functioning. There are several hotels nearby, so if you happened to stay at one of those hotels, try to visit this.
