Bright murals in a small Japanese restaurant with balcony & terrace, offering sushi & noodle soups.
Not the best experience and sushi conveyor belt I have tried. Its more of a fast-food concept I guess, but anyway quality in the ingredients was missing. The price felt very high for what I was eating. And the service was a mix, the cashier was annoyed at us for some reason and the weiter was polite but also in a rush or something because they where about to close.
Yoojis is a great sushi place in Zurich. Weve eaten here many times and always get taken care of. Like so much in Zurich Yoojis is not cheap but then again not much is! The food and service are excellent and our group of 4 was very satisfied with our recent visit. Thanks!
Love this place, friendly staffs and fresh sushi!
Thats the classic upper average sushi place. Its good but not outstanding.Staff is nice. There are different ways to eat there:- quick grab n go sushis with a few table to eat- a running board- a proper restaurant upstairs
Great location, tasty food and good ambience. Very good for a quick lunch or dinner before the cinema.
Always the same plates onthe bandNot always fresg
Nice, the food was quite OK, but also not mindblowing, especially for the price.
Freshly made sushi and small japanese dishes on a running board. You pay per plate. Be aware of prices so you wont get an unpleasant surprise in the end Im a regular at Yosjis for many years.
Great "too good to go" deals.
Best sushi I ve ever eaten !!! Better than in every other sushi shops. Its delicious and the staff is lovely.
The overall impression is positive. The choice of sushi variants could be greater. Service team was fantastic.
Soso, really show compare to Asian sushi rolls
An alright place for quick sushi, but not comparable to the best. But this is normal with chains. Wide choice menu and some staff are great. Room to improve. However we come regular.
Accommodating friendly staff and a vibrant environment. The food is quite pricey for the quality you get, but for a quick bite to eat it is sufficient. Just dont splurge here if you hold your wallet dear
Great value for decent very sushi 🍣
Good for a quick bite, the tablet ordering feature is useful. Sushi train means no wait for service. Friendly staff.
Small but nice decoration.Sushi: not very high quality but for sushi beginners , a good place to enjoy.Location: center at Bellevue
Just fantastic. Super food and so kind people working there....
The food was great, the staff there even better, theybwere super friendly and funny. it is a bit expensive tho but its a normal price range for sushi in swiss
Im pregnant and there were quite alot of things I was still able to eat that werent raw. It was pretty good, fresh and flavorful! I enjoyed the concept as well with the rotating sushi and being able to place it in front of you and it shows you what it is. Very cool, will deffinitely be back to try more when I am no longer pregnant.
Very average Sushi especially for this price. I also had some serious stomach issue shortly afterwards. Yojis is usually better.
The Sushi is definitely not the best Ive ever had but I quite enjoyed the whole experience. If you want high quality food maybe find another place, if you want food fast and enjoy fun things like ordering over an ipad (Im usually rather old fashioned in that regard, but I love doing this as out of the ordinary like thatthen its a good place to go
Its mainstream restaurant, with no fresh fish or good preparation. The miso soup was over salted as well
Great for a quick bite. The garden overlooking the outdoors areas was lovely
Chicken instead of tofu soup. Always check your take out order. Had to go back super annoying. Hope the two soups dont go to waste..
Its very comfortable to eat here. No stress, relaxing and the food is good too.
Yoojis across the main station attracts a nice crowd, but the turning sushi bar below will soon leave a seat free for an accidental tourist or busy business man.
Its got sushi. Youll like the sushi you bought here, not least because you are now poor as a result of buying sushi here.
This is such a terrible place. The rice in the sushi was cold AF and hard !! Fishes on the sushi also very cold. The only think we liked there was tea. AVOID!!
Sushi fast-food, average quality food, nothing special, quite expensive
Yooshis is a chain of conveyor belt sushi restaurants. Decent food at relatively payable prices given that Switzerland must import all seafood from abroad. Young people will love it here with the excitement of conveyor belt dining and Yooshis large choice of creative inside out uramaki rolls but fine dining gourmets looking for meticulous sushi dishes beyond the basic tuna, salmon, shrimp and tamago will be better served at the Sala of Tokyo or the Sayori, both of which have real senior sushi cooks.
If you like sushi then both location and sushi chain will bring you closer to a creative splendor of sushi dishes, here.
Good place with very interesting system of ordering food. Quick and polite waiters, good quality of food
If you want sushi in Zurich this is the place to goto, I dont know to much about Swizz culture not sure how Suzi was evolved in Zurich, I guess same way as in any landlocked country. Many of the fishes used in Sushi is ocean fish, and keep it fresh to serve in Zurich is amazing. The sushi I had not going into details, was tasting really fresh and all I can say yummy. If you hungry for sushi in Zurich this is the place to go.
Not really tasty sushi in the take away..Rice is badly cooked way to hard.!Don’t know about the in house food.. hopefully better
Their Sushi Band is great, with lots of different choices, also during non- busy hours.
Very nice place with genuine Japanese sushi atmosphere.
Fast food. Good option if you have no time, you are hungry for fish and rice but not that desperate to eat coop-sushi 😉
Pretty good sushi place in Zürich with conveyor belt and normal seating area. Quality of inside-out sushi was not always perfect.
Ok food, pricee as all sushi, but I like the way the sushi runs past
The sushi is a bit tasteless. The fish has obviously been frozen which affects its structure.
Food is inconsistent. Sushi belt has no times on the lids to say when it was put out which I dont like. A lot of the time the prawn tempura is very soggy. Overpriced for the quality.
I went there for lunch with a friend recently and enjoyed the outside sitting arrangement. When its summer and the weather is good, I would highly recommend you sit outside to enjoy the breeze of fresh air, and the food, in a nicer setting. The staff is always very friendly, and the food is always nice. With Yoojis you never go wrong for sushi, though I find that the sashimi dishes and sushi dishes on the menu are quite expensive for the quantity you get. I was surprised when I compared the photo on the menu and what I ordered to find out that it looked considerably smaller than on the picture. As such I would recommend to take a bigger plate and divide it with friends if youre coming with friends or a partner.
If youre craving for simple sushi on the belt or simply for take-away, then this a good place to go.
Great option for conveyor sushi! I recommend sitting on the back part as you can get more options rather than the frozen factory made dishes offered near the entrance. Keep in mind that you can order stuff from the ipad provided to you when you seat by the conveyor. Not cheapest option but it offers great quality.
Yoojis offers a variety of Japanese foods, including ramen noodles and sushi. Unfortunately, the latter is factory made and usually served too cold.
The sushi was good and the staff was nice. The place has a modern look, but I think its a bit pricy (50CHF/person)
It is kind of fun to pick dishes off the conveyor belt. And if you are so inclined you can send messages to random strangers in the room using the terminals. But it is certainly not one of the best restaurants around.
Worst experience since long! You sit and wait. If hungry you push on a screen to call the waiter and hope something happens. Yes it does. The waiter comes and switch off the ring sign and leaves. No greeting, no taking orders, so my advice avoid this place there are other yoojis in Zurich.
Went there on a random Monday evening at 6.30pm. Barely got a table as they seem to reserve everything upstairs. We were very surprised that they changed the menu in a way that if you want a sushi platter for two people it is CHF 75! Everything on the menu is outright expensive as well.We ordered the CHF75 sush platter for two that but very surprised again to see that the quality of the rolls went down big time since our last visit. Summary: Way to overpriced for below mediocre sushi.Sorry Yoojis but youve become a total rip-off... wont come anymore.
