Place is kind of dirty, could do with cleaning windows and walls. Dunkin coffee cup sitting on the food prep table right in customer view. Customer service wasn’t very good, didn’t greet us. Smoothie was good but small for the price.

Small, homey restaurant with great açaí bowl/smoothie options. I got a Lemon Chicken Orzo soup with a Buffalo Chicken wrap which were both really tasty. Because of the small space, they prepare smoothies right behind the counter so it can get loud. Other than that, perfect lunch spot. The prices were good too.

Went in there monday to pickup a to-go order and again had trouble getting service. I am never greeted when I go in there. I eventually asked someone to help me after giving them a few minutes to say anything at all.

This by far is one of my favorites places to go for a quick healthy bite! The lettuce wraps are delicious along with a side of local Kombucha. Great customer service with option of eating outside weather permitting! Highly recommend for those who want to eat clean while out and about.

Best smoothies ever! Made with real, fresh ingredients. The chicken salad lettuce wraps are excellent and all the soups are so so good. Love this place!

Although the food is incredibly fresh and tasty, the space is very small _ tight. Definitely recommend take out or GrubHub.

I wanted to do a juice cleanse, and a quick google search led me here. Quaint little shop, very inviting. I’m currently on day 1, and my first juice was very delicious (Antioxidant Blast). I can’t wait to continue with the rest!

The soups are flavorful filling and delicious. So many gluten free options too! Hidden gem.

Omg. The avocado toast is freaking delicious. Stop what your doing and go get it now. The owner and her staff are always so sweet and welcoming. But, seriously go get the toast.

This is a great little place for a quick bite or dessert. It was my first time there and I brought my family to have frozen yogurt. The staff there were friendly and very personable. The price was incredible for everything that we ordered and it was definitely tastey. I would highly recommend this place for any meal.

Great spot for delicious smoothies! I got the pumpkin smoothie at the farmers market and it was delicious. Its great that they come to the farmers market and the stand is pretty popular. Wish they were open Sunday mornings for breakfast!

Love the Almond Chicken Salad snd the Shrimp Salad. You also can’t go wrong with any of the toasts but especially the banana chocolate chip one, yum! Highly recommend! 😍🤩

We enjoyed a beautiful day as a family walking the Ma &PA trail this morning and followed it up with a stop at YogaFresh for smoothies and Frozen Yogurt. The kids enjoyed their treat and my wife and I enjoyed a low carb smoothie with unsweetened almond milk, strawberries and blueberries. I love places that have delicious low carb options so I dont feel like I am missing something when we take the kids out to eat.

I love YogaFresh. Their soups are delicious, acai bowls are fresh, and their detoxifier juice is what drinking sunshine must feel like. They are extremely supportive of nonprofits, good causes, and many small businesses in the community. If you havent been here, give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Love the açaí bowls at Yoga fresh!! It’s my go to place whenever I need a healthy meal. Staff is very friendly and the service is exceptional!

Yoga Fresh is an amazing environment and the açaí bowls are to die for! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and all the ingredients put into their food. This is my new go-to spot!!

My partner likes this spot but it was closed everytime we visited the Ma & Pa trail over the past year and a half. Today we made it! I had the Berry protein and he had the post-workout, both were delicious although I am personally not a fan of peanut butter in shakes. The workers were also pretty friendly. I was impressed that they stopped the blender to accommodate an older customer who had difficulty hearing.

I was on a rather strenuous walk and got very hungry. Luckily I was close enough to leave the trail and go here. April was so sweet and helpful, as I am not well versed in smoothies. I got a protein one with other yummy in it. AMAZING. Like tasty velvet on my tongue. I will definitely go back for a wrap, soup or another smoothie!

Hands down the best small business/local place to get food, smoothies & juice! I go here almost daily and am never disappointed. Juices are always fresh, soups are delicious & if your vegan/vegetarian this is your best option in Bel Air! 10/10 would recommend

Would rate ZERO if I could. DO NOT order by delivery. Have ordered 3times and TWICE they forgot HALF of the order!! Not worth the time or money, especially if you want to eat a meal with someone(because theyll forget at least one of the meals).

Roughly three weeks ago, I stopped in for the first time to purchase an acai bowl which was delicious. The staff inside are friendly and offer great customer service. Something about this place offers a friendly and chill vibe. I have since went a few times and will continue to support this business! Good is healthy and fresh!

I primarily go there for their excellent soups, but have enjoyed healthy lunches there too. Their juices are great too. They will even set you up for a cleanse with their juices!

This place is a gem. The food is good and fresh. I am vegan and my husband is not so this place is perfect for us. Its such a cute and friendly place. I love it.

Great local place for, obviously, yogurt, but amazing acai and soup bowls. My personal favorite is the Madys smoothie. Soup is good for cold weather and smoothies perfect for warm days. Have a small amount of on site dining, but thats mainly for brief stays. You can also find them at the local farmers market making smoothies or soup bowls

My son lives in the area and takes me here. Best Acai Bowl either one of us has had anywhere. The base is exceptionally flavored and nice size portion. We both never stop yumming with each bite! Kudos!

Had a half sized protein smoothie bowl with yogurt, granola, chia, and honey. It was delicious! Also love their juices and soups.Dont count on it being quick - you will have to wait whether there are people there or not, but its totally worth it!

I was super excited about my acai bowl yesterday. They were a bit busy and I was in a rush-I got my order to go. When I opened my $11 dollar bowl it was only 2/3 of way full with about 10 cashews and sprinkle of goji berries and granola. I have been here before and enjoyed my bowl, but today was really disappointed with the quantity of the acai and toppings! Dont think I will be going back...

I love the soup and the smoothies but it takes a really long time to get your order and the teenage girls working have a long way to go to understanding customer service.

Full size or half size acai bowls are available. You also get to choose what type of blend youd like with the acai (pure or with fruit)and whether you want it blended with coconut water, almond milk, frozen yogurt, etc. Service was great. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of vegan and vegetarian selections. Will be back!

A little taste of the west coast right in the heart of Bel Air. So amazing they offer keto-friendly, vegan and allergy- free food for every diet. From hearty winter soups and wraps to acai bowls breakfast bowls to summer evening frozen yogurt, this place has it all.

Today I stopped in for my first Acai Bowl and was pleasantly pleased. The taste was awesome and I will definitely be returning to try the cold pressed juices and the over night outmeal bowls.

It’s a tiny place but the soup is delicious. We got soup and wraps. They taste fresh and very flavorful. The people are friendly and obliging.

We’re so happy to find this place so close to our house. The açaí bowls are great, even the apple juice used in the bowl is fresh squeezed. We will definitely be back!

Delicious! We had a shrimp salad wrap, a chicken salad wrap, soup and yogurt for 2 adults and a 1 year old. The price was less than expected for superior and friendly service, along with many appealing menu options. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back.

Just had one of their new açai bowls. Tons of options and a really awesome execution. I highly suggest everyone go try one. I dont know of any other açai bowls in the local area either!

May 15, 2017On Friday May 12, 2017, a very chilly day, My two sisters and I went to put flowers on our grandmother grave for mothers day, after that we talked about going into town to get something to eat. On the way into town we passed this cute shop that had a sign that caught our eyes, soup. the sign had other writing on it but all we saw was soup. We had already passed this cut place but found a place to make a u-turn and went back. Let me tell you this was the best decision we ever made. When we walked in we found that this place sells healthy foods. We ordered the butternut squash and apple soup and a shrimp wrap. The best soup we have ever tasted and the shrimp salad wrap was the best. You need to stop by and try their food. If you dont you will miss the best food you have ever eaten. Thanks to them we will make that our place to eat when we are in town. Linda Grussemeyer

Carries wonderful vegan, vegetarian, diary free and gluten free food options as well as regular options. They carry frozen yogurt w/toppings, lettuce wraps (shrimp, chicken, Chic pea), flavorful soups, granola & assorted nut, and other snack and drink options. If you have not had the soup from here you have to try. The soup menu changes daily with more choices of soups in the fall and winter season.

YogaFresh, soon to be renamed Juice Tree, is the only place in Harford County that you can go and have fresh veggie/fruit juices made right in front of you. Very healthful and delicious. They do multiday cleanses or juice fasts that I have done several times. They also have wonderful soup when the weather is cold and now they have lettuce wraps and salads. It is small but cozy and the staff are very friendly. It is not far from the Ma & Pa trail too, so it is easy to stop by before or after exercising. They even have a pre and post workout juices!

My family Loves Yoga Fresh in Bel Air. Its under new management and has gotten even better! My favorite item is the made to order fresh juices! We also taste a difference in their yogurt compared to other places. The taste of the yogurt is TOPS and you can tell they use HIGH Quality products!!
