In the middle of the night my room had a power cut. All rooms have electricity . Why staff did not assist in settlement..??? say wait until tomorrow. .feeling so bad .

Amazing Hotel and excellent staff members (securities, drivers, receptionist, restaurant/Sheff/waitress, housekeepers, all management personnel...). All staffs are very polite ans helpful, respectful, committed, professionals. The rooms are very clean/large and comfortable. The location is close to everything you would need. Very good for anyone especially families with children. They have fair prices and very good wifi connection.I give a special thank you for Mr.Birhan, Mr. Habtamu and Mr. Abiyot(driverfor helping me and my daughter at the time we really needed help.I definitely recommend this hotel and we will be going back again.

very good staff and very helpful. takes care of me and my children. room 702 is very large for a family. as a 2 bedroom apartment. the hotel is close to everything. good for families with children.

Very clean and amazing hotel in Addis. Its way affordable compare to other surrounding hotels. Their service is top notch and I will definitely go back when visiting Addis.

This is my first time staying here and it definitely wont be the last! Ive tried a few different hotels in Addis and I think this one has had the most hospitable staff, is very comfortable and very clean. Its also an excellent location! Shower has great water pressure, bed is comfortable. Staff were very attentive!

Lovely Hotel in Bole. Driver picked us up as per schedule and we were in the hospital Tel within 10 minutes. The staff were very good and accomodating. The family room was nice and big with a separate living area. Some aspects of the room may need some repair work but all in all it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks

I was at this hotel in July and it was so difficult to get to the hotel as the road was short road to get to the hotel from the main road was being built (restored). BUT, it was quite easy to make an access to the hotel as there was wide open space not supposed to be closed

They do have best coffee and Machito, the receptionists are very positive to help their customers. The place is close to Fantu Supermarket and you can buy anything what you want to prepare for your self
