I stayed in this hotel for three days, the only positive point of the hotel was its view. The sound of the street from the window and the voice of the residents of the next room could be heard from the wall as if there was no wall. Very very ordinary breakfast. The cleanliness was so poor that we saw cockroaches in the coffee and hair in the cooked vegetables. Even though we told the manager about the cockroach and hair, he told us without any apology that you can change them. Every day after returning from outside, the card did not open the room door and we had to go to the reception

the room was very dirty, for the first night our pillows didn’t have cover and no towels in room, room was very noisy you hear even the next room talking and also the window was not sound proof and it like you sleep in the street, the hot tab water didn’t work and when we ask housekeeping to fix it, it took 1 h to come and fix it, the breakfast was awful we found the beetles in coffee, there was no one in front desk to help carry luggages at 7 pm and the guy didn’t have friendly manner:( never suggest any one try this hotel

1/5 for :- the view-4/5 for :- Room is so tight- beds are tight so- the air conditioning is very poor ***- soundproof is suboptimal

I have stayed in Yildiz Life hotel twice in Aug 2022. The location is good. Rooms are big, the restaurant is ok. However, the staff are not cooperative and the service is really poor. I got a room with broken shower head, i went down to talk to the receptionist about it twice and told me they we will fix it same day and they never did for 3 days!!

Wry noisy due to the sound from the highway traffic. Breakfast is very limited with additional charges for specific requests. No room service and housekeeping after working hours.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great. Close to literally everything with a beautiful view of the black sea.

Recommended for everyone. A very nice and cozy hotel with spacious rooms. Just beside the main road and black sea shore. View was excellent both from the room and terrace restaurant. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks yildiz life hotel staffs.

The hotel is very expensive. The place is suitable, but if you plan to stay near this place, you can find a duplex apartment with excellent views and very high quality and at a price less than half.

An excellent hotel! We enjoyed our stay there. Very clean and neat rooms, good location, good breakfast with a view and most importantly a very kind and friendly staff which makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed.I would like to mention the guys on the reception for their kindness and good attitude especially Abd Alrahman, Emre, Bilal, Muammar and Alihan.I would definitely go back to this place again.

Stayed 5 nights with this lovely hotel and as family we really enjoyed staying with them. Large, clean rooms and comfortable. The hotel is easy access to all attractions. We will get back to it again

I absolutely cant recommend this hotel. Actually I would give zero stars if it were possible. Read below why.Despite a reservation 6 months in advance via Expedia, our room was cancelled 5 hours before our check in, during our 12-hour drive to Trabzon. The flimsy reasoning on the phone that was declared a burst pipe turned out to be a lie. On the spot we were told the next lie by blaming Expedia for allegedly offering reservations without their knowledge. Although the hotel had more than 6 months time to notice this and to cancel our rooms it came as described above what the Expedia explanation also shows as a lie. Moreover, the hotel did not help us in any way. The replacement was not of equal value, let alone higher. On the phone we were also treated extremely cheekily by the hotel manager who didnt even feel it necessary to show himself personally. From our own effort we found a cheaper and higher quality replacement. There we learned that our rooms probably fell victim to greed, as many hotels often charge double prices to Arab tourists.Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Eigentlich würde ich null Sterne vergeben wenn es möglich wäre. Lest unten warum.Trotz einer Reservierung 6 Monate im Voraus über Expedia wurde unser Zimmer 5 Stunden vor unserem Check in, während unserer 12-stündigen Autofahrt nach Trabzon storniert. Die Fadenscheinige Begründungen die am Telefon als Rohrbruch deklariert war hat sich als Lüge herausgestellt. Vor Ort wurde uns die nächste Lüge aufgetischt indem man Expedia die Schuld gab dass sie angeblich ohne ihr Wissen Reservierungen angeboten hätten. Obwohl das Hotel mehr als 6 Monate Zeit hatte dies zu bemerken und unsere Zimmer zu stornieren kam es wie oben geschildert was also die Expedia Begründung auch als Lüge aufzeigt. Zudem hat uns das Hotel in keinster Weise geholfen. Der Ersatz war nicht gleichwertig geschweige denn höherwertig. Am Telefon wurden wir auch äußerst frech vom Hotel Manager behandelt der es nicht mal nötig sah sich persönlich zu zeigen. Aus eigener Anstrengung haben wir dann einen günstigeren und höherwertigen Ersatz gefunden. Dort erfuhren wir dann dass unsere Zimmer wohl der Gier zum Opfer fiel, da viele Hotels wohl von arabischen Touristen oftmals die doppelten Preise verlangen.

Breakfast and Turkish tea are delicious. The Black Sea view is wonderful.
