Great tour operator company with very competitive prices and good customer service.I did two tours with them and everything was as promised with very knowledgeable tour guides.A couple of points to note:- the tours are in English AND Russian (everyone is on the same tour), it can be tiring having to listen to everything twice, including one language you don’t understand- wifi was promised on the buses, it worked maybe 10% of the time

Очень рады что за экскурсиями обратились именно сюда. Искали турагентство буквально наощупь, понятия не имели что выбрать, почитали отзывы о Ерани, решили попробовать сходить в офис, узнать что и как. И сразу же купили 3 экскурсии, а потом ещё одну докупили. Очень вежливые и грамотные сотрудники, все объяснили, показали рассказали, сделали скидку (при покупке трёх и более экскурсий). Сборы групп возле Каскада, очень удобно. Всё без опозданий, отъезд, прибытие, посещение запланированных мест-организация хорошая. Из гидов (были с 4 разнымихотелось бы выделить Айка - очень много всего интересного рассказывал, отвечал на все вопросы. Автобусы комфортные, есть вода для каждого участника экскурсии и каждый раз дают вкусняшку (выпечку). Обеды входили в каждую нашу экскурсию. В общем, я смело рекомендую)

Отличное турагентство. Очень гибкие в плане ценообразования. Цены даже ниже чем у "бомбил" нелегальных. Индивидуальные туры можно подогнать под свой маршрут и план посещения. Водители Роберт и Артур профессионалы своего дела - поездки приятные, автомобили комфортные.

Highlight experienced July 9 to 11, 2022. We booked into Holidy Inn Express the hotel is very convenient, friendly staff, great location . The area has a lot of restaurant and supermarket. And during out City tour we encounter a very highly professional tour guide her name is Hasmik Babalaryan. The whole day was fun the guide is very knowledgeable a d fun to be with.The whole day was not boring highlyrecommended10/10 for Hasmik (yazminBabalaryan.

One of the best travel agencies in yerevan. All of their tour guides are super knowledgeable. We went in for couple of tours with them, one a full day and another a half day tour. Both were great. But cant go on without mentioning nareh. what a fantastic tour guide. She takes great pride in her country. We were two groups, where she happily explained everything in russian and then in english for us. She had answers to everything, knows their history in detail. I think all of us wanted her for our next day tour, only to find out she does this only part time and is available once in two weeks or so.All in all, definitely recommend Yerani travels.

Im really grateful to all the staff working in this travel agency. In January I had two separate trips in two days with these guys (Geghard & Harni and Noravank & Khor Virap). Everything was organized well, starting from entering their office,and later then finding the bus, transfer itself, guides introduction to the places, food etc. I like the details like they get ready snacks and water for everyone in the van. Guides are very friendly and informative, willing to answer all the questions you have, even not only regarding the sights, but just about life in Armenia, including its history, culture or language. Also I like when youre traveling at the sights the guides know what you want. They give you the info and they let you free, helping to take photos if youre traveling solo. One of the guide was even willing to sing in the cave monastery, just to show you how good the acoustic is inside.Their buses are cozy, have ac and free wifi. I was on tours with 4 other people. Like the feeling of small groups (instead of following the private tour guide), so everyone can communicate with each other, enjoy the time together, become friends. Thanks for experience, Yerani Travel. I will definitelly recommend this agency to my friends who would visit Armenia in future.

The absolute best option to travel around Armenia! We were able to schedule a private tour in the evening for the next morning and we were provided with the best and kindest driver in Armenia, Mr. Artak, who gave us space and time to see what we wanted and never pressured us to rush. Also, the office staff went above and beyond in order to help us design our itinerary and have the best experience, specially Juli and Syuzi. As to the service itself, a clean and modern vehicle, provided with functioning and very fast wi-fi connection as well as bottles of water. We have traveled last Dec. 8-11 in Armenia and it was a great experience we had. Our tour guide Shasha was amazing plus our 2 drivers (i forgot their names). The places we went to are all great. Yerani Travel is a very good and trustworthy travel agency. I booked two airport transfers and a day-trip to Khor Virap and Noravank there. Drivers were always on time, the vehicles are modern and well-equipped with WiFi. The tour guide (I was unable tomemorize her name and had to call her ‚Sun‘was a brilliant ambassador of Armenia giving very good insights into Armenian history as well as into everyday life. I booked a few tours with Yerani Travel during my stay in Armenia and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend their services. My 2 tour guides, Armine and Arman, were excellent and did an amazing job. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly, and made an effort to provide explanations in advance while we were travelling in the vehicle, so that we could maximize our time to wander around the sites once we arrived. They explained things in both Russian and English, and wherever possible, they split into 2 groups (if there was more than one bus going to a particular locationin order to be able to devote more time to explanations in just a single language. Both were very knowledgeable about both the history of Armenia as well as the present day and more recent history of the country.The vehicles are new, clean and very comfortable... unfortunately the roads are often quite bumpy but the drivers did a very good job of minimizing the jostling for everyone by driving slowly and carefully on the rough roads.Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

We chose to join the free walking tour offered by yerani travel. The timing was perfect: at 7pm the heat of the day had started to wane away, we even enjoyed lovely fresh air breeze at the end of the tour. We found that tour online but there were no details as to where to meet specifically, the republic square is really big. So at 7pm as we had not yet found our guide, we called the travel agency who specified that we had to meet under the clock tower. We headed there but still did not find anyone. At first we thought we had missed the tour but eventually our guide turned out to be a bit late because of traffic. Liana, our guide was very helpful. I know I ask too many questions but she helpfully answered them all! She also gave us tips about local places to go to (restaurants, vernissage, and some advises on tipping too). One ennoying problem was that the city was vibrant which made it difficult to hear the sentences fully all the time. That eventually became a minor issue since Liana gladly repeated what she had said. The your was both in english and in russian which gave me ample time to look up some information while she was speaking russian. Overall it was a pleasang experience. Well needed on your first day in yerevan

Worst tour ever, at the beginning a van picked me up from the hotel and I had the one of the best sits, suddenly the staff told me that I have to change to another van for no reason but I found out later on they wanted to give my sit to a Russian lady since the sit that she had was so uncomfortable, when I get to the other van it was only one sit by the door and it was a worst sit ever, they added extra stuff to that sit and it constantly was bagging to my stomach, I told our tour guide and even though she knew about it she did not care, it was a super long trip to tatev ( more than 16 hours in a super bumpy road, all over my body I felt pain and uncomfort because of a garbage sit that no one wanted to sit on it even for 1 minutes, I can not believe such a garbage and careless tour and staff, this garbage tour really should have -10 out of 10 but I believe yerani tour staff writing positive reviews and give 5 star otherwise it should get really (-5star, thanks yerani tour careless staff that purposely changed the van that I was in with a great sit to offer it to a Russian lady whom evem couldnt sit on it even for 1 minute, I sat on that sit more than 16 hours and I end up with heavy black marks all over my right side of body with excruciating pain, worst tour ever, please seek another travel agency if you really care about yourself, your safety and want to have a great time, my family and friends will be visiting Yerevan soon and I have told them tl avoid Yerani tours at any cost. If you are an English or foreign speaker except armanian or Russian or from Ukraine, they dont give a dame about you, I experienced it unfortunately and please just take your business elsewhere and find a better tour agency that respect you and do not do such to youUpdate: upon arrival to the yerani tour office on the same night at 10 :15 pm , I spoke to the manager and staff about the issue and they understood my point and compensate me a bottle of wine ( which I returned it and a trip back to my hotel and transportation back to Airport. Manager was a nice guy and promised me to change the setting of the vans sit that was caused ba great pain.I hope that Yerani tour change the setting of the sit next to the door

Did the tour in both English and Russian :I never felt left out of a conversation as she would translate for us. The site were beautiful. Office staff was very accommodating, and friendly. Thanks everyone , love you.We made six trips with four different guides. Yerevan walking tour, Dilijan Lake sevan, Echmiadizin, Amberd fortress, Garni and Khor Virat. All places are wonderful.

While in Yerevan we took two tours with Yerani Travel. One shorter tour to the Garni Temple and the monastery complex of Geghart which included a up close look of how Lavash is made. Our tour guide Nerses (hope spelling is correctdid an outstanding job. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind. We did ride in a smaller tour bus/van. It was a great time and because of Nerses we booked the tour to Tatev, Areni winery, Karahunge and Shaki waterfall this is a very long tour majority of it driving- again with the smaller vehicle..pros on the smaller vehicle is that it can get closer to some areas ..cons are that the road to the sites is EXTREMELY bumpy and long. It is not as comfortable, being said we did see a group on a large bus that parked much further away and several people had a hard time to make it up some of the slopes. Either way Yerani Travel cannot control the roads condition, but I wish I would have known so I could have brought a comfy pillow. ...Also, we had been in Armenia for a week and had not been able to get a good picture of Mt. Ararat- when the guide noticed it was clear viewing he stopped so everyone could get a great picture. The prices were reasonable and Nerses gave the tours great memories to take home.

It was very easy and a confirmation e-mail was sent to us.For the group tour, the starting point is their office in Yerevan. If you have booked a private tour, you will be picked up from your hotel.We had an excellent english speaking tour guide Diana who was so helpful and intersted to make our trip comfortable and as informative as possible.If you are booking a tour with Yerani, be sure to ask for Diana !

Great private tour I did through the Lori Province in Armenia. They had great communication with me via e-mail to set up the tour and were able to meet my needs with the personalized route I wanted. The tour itself was wonderful. The driver, Gurgen, and guide, Lilit, were both great. The tour was in English, and Lilit did a really good job with that, explaining all about the stuff we were seeing and answering my many questions. I got to talk to the driver a little in Russian (the tour company seems to do all things in English, Russian, and Armenian, but there might be other languages available on request). We saw a four sights (monasteries, churches, and fortress ruinsand stopped for a good, traditional lunch at a riverside restaurant. They picked me up on time right from my hotel, which was great. The only slightly inconvenient bit was having to go to their place to pay, but they took credit cards, so that was nice! I highly recommend them for private tours.

Very affordable. Well organized. Friendly tour guides. They keep repeating Areni wines in two separate tours. Which is a bit of waste. Also that can do two closer tours into one.
