Yean Korean BBQ in Kathu

I love this korean restaurant so much everything is so yummy, pancake, kimchi, BBQ . Recomended !!!!!

Ordered the beef steak. Came with a variety of side dishes and a pan to cook everything. Was delicious! Highly recommended.

Was just wowed by the food . Love korean food and in Singapore we do have some pretty gd ones but this surpassed them all .Must try . Going back there again tomorrow coz really it’s that gd. Particularly loved the beef bulgogi n the kimchi pancake

We came here for a family meal and it was delicious, so fresh and tasty. Two of us are vegetarian and the chef made some of the dishes 100% veggie, which was great. The decor is clean and contemporary and the staff friendly. Will definitely go back when were next in Phuket.

This was my first time in phuket and saw a Korean restaurant and when I went there the food was tasty and it was a good place so I recommend coming here

The only Korean things you’ll get there are the name of the dishes and the drinks!We ordered:1Japchae: it was so watery, don’t ask me how and lacked the taste of at least sesame oil; it’s an easy dish to make that you can never go wrong with, well that’s what we thought until we tried this!2Tteokbokki: nice try, it’s obvious that you used the already packed tteokbokki you can buy from stores and added an egg to charge extra for it. (Failure)3Ramen: what in the world did I just have, it’s just ramen with no flavors; I’m wondering if they forgot to put the spices sachet.At this rate I’m just thankful I didn’t go for Kimchijiggae I would’ve got tomatoe based soup instead of kimchiFood 1/5Drinks 5/5 (they do have authentic Korean beer, so go for drinks only instead)Ambiance 2/5

Came here at around five and the place was not very busy at all. It deserves to be packed though! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so kind. I had gimbap and sundubu jjigae and both were amazing, they taste like what I would get in Korea.순두부찌개, 김밥, 반찬까지 다 맛있었어요 ♥️

The food was good but rather pricey. I think there needs to be more Korean restaurants for some competition.With a lttle better atmosphere i may have given it 4 stars.The service was the strong point they were quick and courteous.

Went twice to Maru as a Korean friend who loves meat recommended us to try. Very good barbecue, we prefer to ask them to cook the meat as they know how to make it tasty and not over-cooked.Love the seafood pancake also! Very crispy!

Beef belly with rice and side dishes were so good :I also loved the dak galbi👍But unfortunately the tteokkbeokki was too bland and tasteless

Kimchi fried rice is stickier than rice cake.Seafood pancake is paper thin and greasy without no toppings.The owner clearly doesnt care about quality. Cant understand positive reviews by some Koreans.

Very nice atmosphere, but food is average. In addition, you cannot pay with a card and washroom is quite far away outside the restaurant.

I went into the restaurant and absolutely adored the food so much that the following week I decided to order via WeServe. The food again, was fantastic, but I found a small shard of glass cooked into my pancake as I was eating it. Im sure this is an unusual scenario, and it doesnt detract from the otherwise stellar food, but Im unfortunately unable to rate this restaurant a 4 or 5 when I almost ingest glass.

The food here is excellent, if I had known how good it was I would have trained my stomach to be able to eat more before coming here.

I have to say that the sidedishes are not well made. Kimchi tastes weird. The soups that we ordered were not tasty. The zhajiang noodle was well over cooked and become very muddy. The grill combo was okey. The worst part is that we both got bad diarré after the food.....

First time trying korean food, that was delicious. Our waiter spoke good english and helped us pick the dishes. I was afraid that it will be too spicy for me, but there were planty of not spicy dishes.

Grate food, so tende meat, nice experience. Can pay with cash. Stuff members friendly, but they dont speak or understand English..and also the bathroom is a no no try.

Genuine Korean cuisine - we had dumplings and chicken, fresh orange juice and delicious ice coffee. Liked it a lot!

Visiting Thailand from the US, I saw there was a Korean restaurant and had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised and found our dinner to be quite tasty. My one critique is that grilling on the tin foil was not that easy and would have preferred grilling directly on the the grill pan. Otherwise the combo bbq option and the beef rib soup were very good and I highly recommend stopping by!

Can not recommend. I ordered korean bbq but they just premade it without even asking me. Also the pretty expensive meat wasnt as good as you could expect from marbled tenderloin beef.

Delicious side dishes, we always go for bibimpap and pork belly to bbq ourselves.*toiletThere is no toilet in the restaurant itself but there is one in the main building. Ask the waiters for the toilet and they will provide a pass key and some toilet rolls to use or umbrella if it was raining. Very hospitable! Main building toilet was alright.*adjacent barAfter or before dining, there is a tiki bar with soothing music (live Filipino bandif u fancy some drink and some chilling time.*massage places nearbyThis restaurant has nearby massage places too, we haven’t tried them but saw there were quite a few about 2-3 min walk.

Our first time eating in a korean Restaurant. I had the spicy soft tofu stew und my husband had gim bap and grilled vegetable. We are very satisfied with the food. It was very delicious and we liked the fact that we could choose the spiciness of our food.A very nice thing were the side dishes which were all for free! We were very surprised and they taste soooo goood, especially the Kimchi. The ambience was nice too, everything looks clean and the staff were very friendly.After our first visit we went there 3 times because it was so good.We highly recommend this restaurant!

Korean bbq but meat is not good, pork is ok but the beef that is more expensive, you expect some nice and tender one but instead is full of nerves. The kimchi soup was good and all the entrees

Came here for sandbox and came across this korean restaurant while hanging out near by beach.Food was excellent. A lot side dishes. Very clean.Coming into this place, I was worried food might taste too sweet or too spicy and not fresh since there weren’t too many tourists, but I’m glad I was proven wrong. If you’re korean or someone who is looking to taste something different from traditional Thai food, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Korean food in Patong Area. Price is a little bit high but the food really exceed my expectation. Try Bulgogi with Kimchi fried rice. Side dishes are free. Highly recommend If you are in the area

We had a simple vegetarian dinner and it was one of the best Korean meal we have in Thailand.It was very affordable.The owner and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Korea restaurant in Phuket Patong area very good service the staff can do the cooking for you or you could do it yourself, I think the boss is korea. I like to say thank you for waiting for my girlfriend and I to finish. It was late and they were closing they waited for us to finish our food. Thanks to the owner or the person managing the shop that day :I will come back with my girlfriend again.

Greeted very warmly. Plenty of seating. The menu was a little smaller than Ive seen at most Korean restaurants but we managed😊. The music was quite loud.The Kimchi wasnt salty like most store bought brands but it wasnt spicy either. A large Chang beer, bottle of Soju and two dishes plus the pork dish was just under 1500B, not cheap but also not very expensive (see the picture). All in all pretty good. Plenty for two people.

Had a BBQ platter. Felt rushed into ordering without explanations of exactly what we were getting. Turned out it was what we wanted. Staff expertly cooked the meat for us. Wouldve ordered more of we couldve ingestion the menu better.
