Ive visited before and just had a drink. This time i had lunch with friends and the food was lovely actually.

They told me I need to take my hat off so that the camera can see my face. I asked if while I pass entrance or for the hole night. They replied “the hole time I’m inside”.I just turned around and left. I’m amazed they didn’t asked me to tie my laces for everyone safety!

Fantastic service very friendly team! Very welcoming. Food is ace! Drinks are crisp. Lots of tvs for sport!

This is our go-to place for after football drinks and food on a Sunday, great service, great prices and great food and drink selection.

They did not think they had beer I wanted so poured me something else. Then they realised they did have it but still left me with what they d already poured. I feel they should have chucked it and given me what I d asked for. Also generally not that polite and it was about £4.70 for a pint, more expensive than I m used to, being a Weather Spoons man normally. Quite clean though and plenty of space, although it was off peak hours.

Very good breakfast at such a reasonable price served very quickly.

Came to Yates in High Wycombe for a Lunchtime bite to eat & a Drink with my Girlfriend. I had the "Club Sub" & a Pint of London Pride & my Girlfriend had the "BBQ Chicken Wrap" & a Diet Coke. Both were very nice & havent had a good Pint of London Pride for ages. This place is nice and great choice of Food & Drinks to choose from.

Went here for lunch and it was really tasty. I had the southern-fried bbq chicken wrap which was perfectly cooked and well presented. My boyfriend had The Club Sub which was huge and he enjoyed it. I also liked that they didnt pile on the chips and only gave you a small portion.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Have come here with my boyfriend a few times to watch the football and every time has been ridiculous. We came for a drink a couple of weeks ago, firstly the bartender (young red headed ladywas being extremely rude as she didn’t believe i was of age even tho i had my ID and am 21. We ordered 2 drinks which we were then charged a third because she messed up one of our drinks and had to change it to what we asked for. The price didn’t seem right so we added it up and realised she’d over charged us when my boyfriend went to ask her to refund the money which she’d over charged us she responded by saying the prices had changed (in an hour?even though the app said it was cheaper. I then went to order another round with another employee and it was in fact the price we knew it was. I asked to speak to manager who was polite and refunded us the money. Appalled at the fact the girl lied tho, overcharging because she made a mistake is not on and then lying about it, Hope she hasn’t done this to anyone else honestly ridiculous. She then proceeded to speak to other staff about the situation and as if to make us feel as though we we were in the wrong????

Good food, good drinks, good service! Some creepy blokes who wont stop pestering the women but theyre few and far between and typically only on nights when theres live football! Overall though a very decent place but yeah, watch out on champions League nights!

The pub itself is a good size, clean and tidy. The food though was quite mediocre. The chips just tasted of the cooking fat the and southern fried chicken was quite bland. A good place to come but the food let it down

The worst experience ever. Most of the ingredients were missing the childrens fish fingers were still frozen. The chicken sticky barbecue came out as sausages not chicken. The curry was not even warm. And after waiting 45 minutes for the childrens ice cream there wasnt hardly any ice cream in the bowl and a tiny little bit of toppings. And just to add to the disappointment the customer service was the worst Ive seen in years. They didnt even apologise or offer any money off

Great space for a good night out. Breakfasts and fast food are good. Sometimes a bit quiet at night, so pick your night if you want it busy. Open LTE - often perfect if you want a quieter late night.

Popped into yates for a meal with my mother in law great service great foodSpotlessly clean I even mentioned to the manager when I was ordering our drink how good the bar was stocked upIt seemed to be they had every drink possibleThe only problem I found was I visited the ladies and there was a couple of toilets with no locks on the doorsBut I wouldnt drop the stars because of that small faultI did find other toilets with locks on and our time there made up for that small problem very enjoyable and the manager that served us was very polite

I love the place, always clean, good environment...Unfortunately, the service has been ok only a couple of times.When we order on the app they are missing constantly food or drinks even when the place is nearly empty. The members of the staff have never been friendly to us and unfortunately, its time to go to a different venue.

Visited here at the weekend , although quite busy I was soon found somewhere to sit and our drinks order taken . Service was really good as was the food ..thankyou to the young lady who looked after us ( Michellewould definitely recommend a visit ..

I absolutely love the staff in Yates Michelle is an amazing lady always welcoming you with a smile and a Conversation always does her best to sort out food if its not in or out of stock and replacing it with something else so I give Michelle 5⭐️. 😁

I would recommend my friends and family to this place for a day out as the food is spot on and the atmosphere is superb, if your gonna take a trip to down there try the quadruple burger with bacon and honestly it was amazing. Thank you to all chef and all the staff for having us and making it an amazing experience for all

Went out with my friend for a drink. It was near to the closing time, so a bartender said we have 10 min to finish our drinks and we understood. After like 4 minutes the owner came to our table and tried to take a drink from my hand and throw us out. We werent aggressive at all and the owner was acting towards us with no respect and he became threatening. Im never gonna visit this pub again. The owner is worse than the animal but still he claimes hes club is doing well with clients or without. If its confusing to u no wonder. This whole place is a confusion. Unpleasant atmosphere and owner set only on making money without worry about client satisfaction. Wont go there again in future for the horrible treatment me and my friend have received.

Im not a drinker. But going with a large group of friends and watching everyone enjoy the evening, I can confidently say Yates is a great place to go for any kind of evening! A wide selection of drinks, plenty of room at tables and on the floor, and with a knowledgeable Team who are always cleaning, always helpful and always ready to make sure people stay safe while they drink.The music is great too, with a DJ who builds the beat steadily throughout the evening and throughout the night to keep people dancing and singing. This really is a fantastic place to spend a night with friends. If anything, I have to note a slight wait at the bar, though the crowds do excuse this quite a bit.

There is nothing else than ordering food youre really excited for, only to find they bring it and simply do not give you the one ingredient that makes the meal... Without even telling you before that they didnt have it!!I ordered the full Chip Shop experience, fish, chips, battered sausage, peas, all made perfect by topping off with Curry Sauce.. Except they had no curry sauce. Its like having Sunday roast without gravy! 😿

Called in yesterday for lunch with my son and his girlfriend. A really nice experience. Charlie the barmaid was very plesant and attentive. Some people are cut out for customer service and it certainly makes it a more welcoming envirronment to be served by someone who clearly enjoys their job.I hope the company appreciates what a great employee they have and look after her accordingly!!Thann you..

Was really surprised how good this place was. The pub was clean and very well presented. A brilliant range of food, particularly for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and welcoming.Food came quickly and was well presented. The food tasted great, especially for the price.Definitely going to be back.

I wasnt a fan of Yates in the past but I think theyve stepped up. Drinks are pretty standard but at a good price. Grub is reasonable and its a decent place to watch sports, followed by a little boogie afterwards.Went there for new years and had a good time. We pre booked to get on the guest list and Charlie kindly offered us a couple bottles of prosecco on the house. They had a jagermeister ice sculpture on the bar which they were putting shots through. Bit of a gimmick bit of was fun none the less!

A mildly lively bar during the day, serving good honest "Pub Grub".With live sport on offer across many screens dotted throughout the establishment, catching up on sporting results or taking in a live game, is simple - turn up, get your drink, sit down & watch. 😃
