Would be 0 stars if possible…Maybe the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed (actually I sat in the room for 10 minutes and had to leave). The bathroom made me want to throw up, and the thought of sleeping there was too much. I’ve slept in some bad, cheap places but this is the first time I’ve ever walked out. Mattresses were also essentially just planks of wood. I hate to write a review like this, but people need to be warned... I wish I was.I’ll let my pictures tell the rest of the story…

فندق متواضع و جميل و الغرف نظيفة، الحمام داخل الغرفة. و الإدارة ناس محترمة و السعر مناسب و كويس.و اهم من دة كلة...أن موقعة فى أول السوق التجارى بجوار محطة سكك حديد اسوان مباشرة.

Very bad

Very clean and organized budget hotel. quiet rooms except the train horn sound which is mandatory 😏 Polite and friendly staff. had some toilet problem and they got it fixed on time. prime location right beside the nile corniche, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, nearby hotels & the local market. only 2 minutes walk to the railway station and only 20 mins ride to the airport. Recommended.

تجربة جيدة جدا الاشخاص هنا يمكن ان تشعر انهم اصدقائك اكثر من اي مكان اخر النظافة هنا جيدة مرحبين بالضيف كثيرا يوجد عيب واحد فقط في الغرف والتكيف لكن كل شئ جيد هنا يمكن ان تشعر انك في بيتك و الامان هنا اول شئ يمكن ان تشعر بة

シャワーは基本水。建物は古いが部屋の掃除はしっかりされている。1人なのに何故かトリプルの部屋案内された。スタッフは割と親切でアブシンベル神殿ツアーもここで申し込んだ。

The room and bathroom are very very very filthy. The bed sheets, blankets are so itchy and they didnt clean it. At the time i want to check out, the staff just passed my room key to the new customer waiting at the reception without cleaning the room first. Although their manager are kind, the staffs are rude and have no manners. It is a totally a no go.

2월 중순 기준~ 괜찮습니다. 더블룸 200파운드에 뭘 많이 기대하나요. 주변에 전부 쌈 싸백 파운드 부릅니다. 절대 안깎아주고요. 이집트 숙소 컨디션은 5만원씩 주지않는이상 다 거기서 거기예요.2박 묵었는데 투어상품 팔려고 찰리가 말걸길래 퓌곤하다구 미앙미앙해 하면서 엘베문 닫구 방 올라가니 이후로는 별로 귀찮게 안했어요. 투어 필요없으시면 그냥 숙소만 이용하세요 위치도 좋고 가성비는 좋아요.그리고 숙소 앞 1분거리 코너에 있는 치킨 맛있어요 한마리 50파운드

2월 중순 여행 기준가격 보다 못한 숙소.더럽고 불편하고 불친절하고 투어상품을 팔기위해서 혈안이 되어있다.투어이용안하고 대중교통이용해 돌아볼예정이라니 말도 안검 ㅋㅋㅋ 개무시 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ온수도 안나오고 와퐈비밀번호도 기기문제가 있다고 얼랑뚱땅 알려주지 않는다.사진 올려서 보시면 아시겠지만 방에는 청소가 안되서 담배꽁초 굴러다니고 화장실 더럽고 개판임 ㅋㅋ돈이 더들더라도 다른 숙소를 추천하며 예산이 없다면 어쩔수 없이 묵으세요.

Absolutely filthy. This place has the potential to be a wonderful place if they just maintained normal levels of cleaning.I recommend the owner take steps to clean and update their mattresses/pillow otherwise more and more travellers will not wish to stay here. I don’t think the blankets were washed between guests either because my blanket was crusty with what I assume was body fliuds.Pillows and mattress stained dirty black.Bathroom was leaking water everywhere.Better hotels with comparable prices can be found elsewhere.I have left pictures to show.

O hotel é bem sujo. Recomendo só uma noite e não mais que isso. No quarto que fiquei tinha arcondicionado e ventilador mas não tinha WiFi, paguei 120 EGP. A localização é boa, bem perto da rodoviária. Os tours que eu fiz com eles foi Abu Simbel por 200 EGP e Felluca boat por 200 EGP o barco só para 2 pessoas. Recomendo negociar o valor dos tours pois tinha gente na mesma van para Abu Simbel que pagou 150 EGP.

The Yassen Hotel in Aswan is minutes from the train station, and is located right down town close to the souq, and many inexpensive restaurants, and for a double with AC 9which worked greatand a fan cost 140EP, the cheapest place in Aswan. They advertise that the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen, breakfast is included, there is free Wi-Fi, and the staff are friendly and they want you to feel part of their family. Sounds awesome, and it could be if they hotel lived up to what they state, unfortunately they dont, and one needs to know that they are not getting what they think they are. Our room was filthy. Cigarette butts and sunflower seeds on the floor, the fan was so caked in dirt that when used it, dust flew off. There was no top sheet on the bed and the blanket provided looked like it had not been washed in years. We used our sleep sheets. The kitchen had a 2-burner hot plate and that was it. One could never prepare a meal. Breakfast was included, if you asked for it, and consisted of 2 small buns, 1 small piece of soft cheese and a small container of jam…pretty pathetic…but it was included! WIFI, only worked in the lobby sometimes. For the 5 days that we were there WIFI only worked once in the room. We discovered that the day staff unplugged the upstairs routers, so do not rely on it, as two guests discovered and who were working and traveling. They advertise a friendly atmosphere, however the staff were always sitting watching TV, playing on their phones, and the day staff was rude, always shouting, and did not represent the hotel well at all. More than one guest complained about how the day staff treated guests. The Yaasin is run by a manager who is always friendly. When we booked on the internet he called us to confirm our arrival, told us how to book a ticket on the train, and met us at the train station, but his staff, especially the day staff, does not follow his example. The Yassin is cheap, well located, but you defiantly do not get what they advertise. We have stayed in many inexpensive, substandard (by North American and European standardshotels, guest houses, and hostels around the world, and "Cheap and Cheerful" is usually our motto, at the Yassin, this could not be applied. A good place to stay, but you definitely do not get what they advertise!

Worst hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid two days money. but next day the owner insisted that I paid only one day and didnt pay Abu-simbel tour money. (of course I paid alreadyThe bathroom toilet broken and the bed covers are not changed.

You will get a basic room, with 2 beds and private bathroom. Its good for value against money. It costs 100 LE for single for one night.

No apto para gente de sueño ligero. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto era muy ruidoso y la cercanía con la estación de tren hacia que el silbato de la partida de los trenes se escuchara fuerte. Sobre todo el de las 5:30 a.m.

Nice and affordable place for backpacker. The hotel was situation in the market and very close to Aswan Railway Station

I expect what I paid. Good wifi, Good individual bathroom, Good air-condition, and good location.

Für den Preis noch ok (30 LE = ca. 4,08 € Januar 2007). Die Hin- und Rückfahrt nach Abu Simbel für 60 LE = ca. 8,16 € konnte man dort buchen und man wurde von dort abgeholt.

Good for the price as I took triple room shared with 2 friends Dec 22nd, 2017 and we just wanted a place to leave our baggage and sleep at night and it was suitable and they even can offer you some tours.You just have to have your soap or shower gel as it was not in the room.Hot and Cold water available and working.Good for Solo travelers or even groups who are not looking for luxury hotels but only budget ones.
