I had a Veal Steak in prunes juice, simply delicious, felt like home cooked Good service and fair prices, definitely I will come back next time in Kyiv.

One of the nicest traditional Ukrainian spots for real tradition dishes in the city. Something like Ukrainian version of American diners. :Very tasty dishes and nice staff, really reasonable prices. Definitely stop here to grab some sweet and saulty pies and buns,take them to go and enjoy in some nearby parks.

Probably on of the best restaurants in Kiev, real food for honest prices (really cheap for the quality), the only downsides are not enough waiters, and quite long waiting time if you take something fancy. If you take some kotletka po kiivski, all will be quick. I used to come here every lunch at work.

My favorite place ever to eat pirojki ! Ive been going there for almost 25 years now and the quality hasnt changed : the pirojkis are warm, coming out of the oven (especially around 9 am/10 am), everything is fresh and tasty, the dough is just like in the traditional recipe ! I highly recommend the Cinnamon roll, the poppy seed pirojki, cherry pirojki, raspberry pirojki and also the tvarog one (sweet cottage cheese), which are my favorites ! You can also have some Kompot drink which is delicious ! Moreover, the restaurant is just lovely and they have a terrace in summer !

I used to come to this cafe quite often since I had been living nearby for many years.But our last visit with my family was a great disappointment. I was shocked, to be honest. We wanted to have a lunch with my parents and kids so chose this place.When we arrived nobody was around ( do I ask for much? At least a person to welcome you and show the table to sit?My husband decided to put two tables together because one table was too small for our company. And then the lady by the counter ( I know her from my childhood but this time she was so rudestarted to yell and that was so disgusting. Th real boorishness. We were shocked and just left, although we should have asked for an administrator. And you know what? After she started to yell nobodyfrom the staff showed up.This place has a lack of good service, for sure.

A Soviet style cafe. The staff was friendly and service quick. The солянка and borscht were definitely not the best you can get in Kiev (too much salt). The beet salad was not the best. The crepes with meat were great.Would definitely get the pirozhki again. (Separate section of the cafe).

Not a good place for visitors, who came here to taste scone in a safe calm atmosphere. A lot of visitors dont wear mask. When I complained, I was scolded in a loud tone. I was under the impression of the stuffs unwillingness to speak English

We adore this place. Good coffee ☕ and mouth - watering buns (plain and delicious, lots of pastries and desserts. One of the favourite cafeterias in Kyiv for breakfast , branch and lunch.

Tell you what, here you will find the best pastry in Kyiv. Officially. With all possible fillings - cherry, apricot, cranberry, sea buckthorn - you name it! You can order it "to go" or sit and enjoy your meal in this ancient atmospheric cafe with a cup of sweet tea or whatever. Dont forget about delicious cakes. And a whole menu of traditional Ukrainian salads and dishes. This place is a paradise for a sweet-tooth.

The best and rare vintage bistro with pirojki, shuba, deruni and a lot more in Kyiv centre. This place exists since 80s and almost didnt change till now. Hope it will be there for a long long years!! Thank you guys

Food is delicious! Taking into account low prices this place is ideal for me the lunch times. Bakery is also great! There always is a Q there, but these buns worth it.

We used to eat here from time to time. Last visit my kid spot this plastic item in the pasteries while chuwing . We have ask for administrator and chef, but no one appears. Waiters are just make their excuses.this is not the first time they are not accurate while cooking. Be carefull.
