Quality dishes. Not your "typical" Chinese restaurant. A tad better service and 5 stars might be reality. Very clean also and nice enough atmosphere.

Had a buffet lunch and it was very good. 12,50€ I thought was very good value for the amount and variety of food on offer. Its a popular place so during the lunchtime period it can be quite busy.

Yangtze is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants Ive been to. The food is fantastic.

Dont let appearances trick you. This is not a gold-dragon and red plush joint. But the food is outstanding. Very well prepared, and not a 9 to 5 pseudo Chinese effort. Delicious, authentic and diverse. Watch out ; spicy MEANS SPICY. Well worth several visits. The staff are nice too.

Super tasty and authentic feeling food. The spicy dishes are really spicy so be careful if you are sensitive. We come here every time we’re in Turku. Don’t forget to order the meat buns as a starter!

Good place to have a late lunch. Food is good, staff is friendly and although the place is small, when a table is emptied, they clean it up very fast for the next customers. Been a few times and havent had to wait more than a few minutes. Lunch buffet has a few options for vegans also.

I ordered via Wolt the tofu with vegetables and Sichuan spicy chicken. Both dishes tasted fresh and authentic. Not too oily and flavored perfectly. The portions were huge and they also included 2 big boxes full of rice. Delivery was prompt and delivery person was nice and polite. Highly recommended.

Oh gosh! the first Chinese buffet in Turku that I really loved.

Compared to other Chinese restaurants in Turku it is overpriced and options are very Limited for buffet. I have given a three star because the food quality is good otherwise it should get only two stars.

Friendly place with a lot of gluten-free choices! Lotus root appetizer is recommended.

Ive been eating in Yangtze for several years now and Ive never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly :)

This was my second time here. I enjoyed the food, the taste of Asian foods is quite authentic here. I ordered kungpao chicken and chicken chili pepper (if i am not mistaken? Kinda forgot the menu name). Both tasted delicious and well spicy. However I think the portion decreased from the first time I visitted. The service was nice from all the waiters and waitresses. I hope I could try the lunch buffet soon after the pandemic ends 😊

The restaurant told us to wait 25 minutes for our food to take away, but we keep on waiting. We inquired how much longer we need to wait. They first said 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, then they said 1 more minute. We ended up waited for 50 minutes at the restaurant for lunch take away! Suggested to order food online first and pick it up later!

I have had a trio of take-away dishes only once, and it was very impressive. Food was really well made and remained delicious over the drive back home. Especially General Tsos Chicken and double-fried pork were to die for. Restaurant itself was very neat and the atmosphere was inviting and modern. The customer service was great and they clearly take care of corona precautions and overall cleanliness. I saw some very good looking pans and pots on other customers tables and I will definitely be back!

The service was slow, waited about 40 minutes for the starters. The tables that had arrived later than us, got the starters and mains before us. The fried chicken with the sweat and sour sauce that I ordered for the main was really dry and not crispy at all. So the visit was a big disappointment.

Great Chinese food would recommend to visit if you are craving some. Also they are one of the very few who do dim sums in the town although the selection is very limited.

We went to this restaurant and at first we were really satisfied with the food, which has a good quality. We asked for two plates because we usually eat very little and one portion is enough for the two of us. Unfortunately the chief waitress was very rude and charged us 4 extra € for rice, even though it was included in the meal. When we confronted her with that extra charge, she answered, that it was because they had two clean the extra plate. This happening really ruined our experience.

The lunch they serve here is incredible. Full off fresh wedgetables and spices. The meat is of high quality and very skillfully prepared. Flavour, texture and appereance is all on point. A place where many asian people come to eat their lunch, and thats a good indication on the level of the food.

Typical Chinese food! Like it so much, attached some photos, they are my favorite dish and soupe. For visitors who are with cars, you will find the parking just near by, you will find it easily when you pass by. Recommended!!!!!

The most authentic Chinese in Finland, hands down. Usually no need for reservation which is beyond me as this place should be occupied at any hours. The service aint bad and it is very clean and really cozy... Some satisfactory time you will have there. Many delicious vegan/vegetarian options, too. Recommended.

Nice restaurant. Seems fairly popular. I was a bit unlucky with my Cola as it came stale, but the wait staff was really accommodating. I chose to just drink water instead. Food was really good but I learned that I prefer Thai fried chicken over Chinese fried chicken. You live, you learn.All in all a good experience with good food and service. Can recommend.

The buffet is great and the meat varieties are chicken,beef and pork. They have a good starters with fruits and soup. Pretty wide selection of main course and a dessert. You should remember to talk coffee or tea which is included in the buffet menu. Service is friendly and prompt. The place is clean and tidy. Lunch time is usually very busy.

The best Chinese restaurant in town. Everything I’ve tried there was great, but I keep going back for the cumin lamb. The lunch buffet is really good value compared to the evening prices.

Went during lunch hour to enjoy the lunch buffet, for a really good price. The food was quite good and with decent variety. The place itself was a bit crowded but the atmosphere was overall quite pleasant.I would have given a five-star review if it werent for the poor positioning of the buffet which created quite a bottleneck while trying to fill up your plate. Another unfortunate thing was that the buffet did not get refilled as frequently as the customers emptied it, causing for further wait for specific dishes and a longer line.

Maybe the best Chinese kitchen in Finland? Young and capable entrepreneurs with very good service and exciting menu. They also serve outside of the "common Chinese" food, including the American Chinese General Tsos Chicken, pork intrails etc.Highly recommended!

Great tasting Chinese food near the city center. Possibly the best in Turku, but for me it has been the best yet. Every meal Ive had has been delicious. The staff is friendly and the interior is cozy. The dishes are expensive, but they are worth it. They also have a take-away option, which I have been using myself, but the experience is better when you eat in the restaurant.

We had the crispy pork and shrimp. Both were delicious!

We visited this restaurant to compare it the Yangtze River restaurant in Littleton, Massachusetts, in the USA. The interior of this Yangtze is serene and modern. The hostess speaks English and is very sweet and helpful. We had a difficult to please tween child in the party and the hostess was super patient explaining dishes. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and arrived quickly. The drink menu was varied with selections like elderflower press and Somersby cider. The only limited thing we found was the dessert menu, but that was more due to western versus Asian tastes. We enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch the next day.

Food quality and taste were excellent. Service was excellent and added to the overall experience. Were Asian and have dined at many Chinese restaurants in Europe... my wife and I agreed that this was the best weve had so far.

Went here to lunch buffet for 10 €. Exciting flavors and dishes I havent seen at Chinese places before, all of which ranged from interesting but not to my taste to phenomenal. Great service as well. Only a picture of ribs included because we finished everything else before considering shooting a photo.

My favourite Asian restaurant in Turku. The ingreadients are fresh, unlike in many other places, and the food is tasty. The only problems are that its often very crowded and closes quite early.

Authentic and tasty food. As close to Chinese food as you can get in Turku! Clean and modern interior. I bit more expensive than others but totally worth it. Seems to be a busy place, so prepare to wait a times or reserve a table or order to go.
