This cosy hostel in a former quarry worker's house is at the summit of Honister Pass beside the Honister Slate Mine and 7 miles from Derwent Water lake.Dorm and private rooms have functional modern decor. Family rooms are also available, and towels are not provided.There’s a shared kitchen, a restaurant serving optional breakfast and dinner, and a packed lunch service. Other amenities include a lounge, a bar and laundry facilities.
