Ive gone wake boarding with Xtreme numerous times over the last 7 years. Their service and punctuality are amazing. In the most recent 2 outings we had captain Jojo who was great and took the time and pleasure in teaching and improving our wake boarding technique. I very highly recommend them.

I dont know who is answering their whatsapp and managing bookings, but that person is very rude. Dealing with a business starts from the moment you communicate with them irregardless of what actual experience is.

What an incredibly fun couple of mornings! The water was pretty choppy on the first day in Dubai marina (we booked 9.30am, Id recommend 8am or earlier if you can bear getting up that time of day when youre on holiday), so wakeboarding was tough but still awesome fun. We tried some wakesurfing for the first time ever too, and progressed to dropping the rope. On the second day we went to Ghantoot marina. Xtreme Wake are the only company operating from there so the water was super calm and perfect for wakeboarding and wakesurfing. Big thanks to the very awesome Xtreme Wake and JoJo and Kartak. Both awesome instructors. We will be back soon!! :D

A very greedy, unprofessional and rude company culture, the manager uses the terms ‘that’s your issue’ with their customers.They would rather keep 300dhs than fix the problem with their first time customer who brought them 3 people as well. So now they loose 4 customers in total and counting.Dubai is simple, if you make a first bad impression as a business, you will surely feel it in a long run.

For wake boarding and wake surfing, these guys are top.

Enjoyed greatly my 1hr wake surf in the afternoon with a very nice driver with good tips to improve. Captain Jojo did a great job and made it easy for someone who wake surf for the 1st time and had been away from wakeboarding for over a decade! Managed in 1hrs to wake surf without the rope in very choppy waters. Dubai marina has a lot of boat traffic so conditions are not great for wakesurf / wakeboard. But definitely worth a try. Booking was very straightforward, everything ran on time. Boats are top notch for the sport. Great times!

It was easy to book with xtreme wakeboard. They communicate via whatsapp and answer quickly. The boat driver anan knew his stuff and I was able to enjoy my hour of wakeboarding.

kudos to Georgio! Three of us all tried and learnt new tricks today under his encouragement and coaching ;the location is unbeatable - water is quiet early morning.

Very good agency for water sports.Boats are top of the range.Personnel is friendly and welcoming.Material is well maintained.Recommended

Great teacher, fun thing to do in Dubai

I don’t recommend this Company. They will changed your date of schedule like eleventh hour, hours before your schedule ...and we booked and Paid for reservation on 13th of September 6:30am it was finalised and confirmed by email days before our date scheduled.It’s the day of our schedule woke up early in the morning. Excited. we went to the Location sent and I was told that my name was booked on 20th we were shookt by that and I showed them the screenshot WhatsApp convo and email received the schedule confirmed, I just found out same morning of our schedule that they sent me modification email but it was 11th hour which I didn’t bother opening my emails....regarding emails even if I received email and I didn’t agreed for the changes they should have double checked with me and called me if it’s okay. They changed my schedule without my knowledge....take note, they changed our schedule eleventh hour and and they didn’t even bother to call me or WhatsApp me that they changed the schedule. They have my number and WhatsApp and they didn’t let me know that it was changed. Though they refunded us but still disappointed with the poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The location is good only early mornings or when theres less boat traffic on the water. Its relatively close to anywhere in Marina. The boat drivers are all usually very helpful and energetic. They love to teach, which makes the experience smoother.The reason I give 3 stars is that, for regulars, although it started off well, I would say customer service and pricing has gotten worse over time.A loyalty program or better bulk package pricing would make coming back regularly easier.Overall Id recommend Xtreme Wake for your first wakeboarding experience until youre comfortable venturing outside of Dubai Marina.

We booked a wake surfing session at Dubai Marina and we cannot recommend it! The service was very good and the driver very friendly - thank you so much, but the boat (an old Epicwas not made for wake surfing, maybe it is good for wake boarding, but we didnt tried that. The wave was so small and the surf spot in Dubai Marina was also very small and busy (you have a lot of waves from other boats). 500 AED per hour thrown into the ocean. The other location should be better for wake surfing said the driver, but Dubai Marina is definitely not.
