Went this place on my birthday. Got discount and had lots of fun! Strongly recommend!

Went with friends for my 50th Birthday:it was great and we got out of the room with 1 minute to spare! I would recommend.

Such a cool escape room! It was a unique experience compared to other escape rooms; things were motion sensored and would open on touch!We had Zeth as our host and he was a great host; he was super friendly and nice to listen to.

Took my son and his friend here for his 11th birthday. It was a good time. We did the easy escape room, having never done one before. It was appropriately challenging and I would recommend it if children are in the group. Clever adults would find it too easy, I think, although a couple of the steps were surprisingly difficult for all "easy" room... not hard to figure out what to do, just hard to actually do it. We also did an hour of the VR. It went by fast, so it must have been fun! Kids and adults both enjoyed it. There were glitches though, and help was somewhat slow to respond and that ate into the hour we paid for. To their credit, they gave us extra time when I insisted, but made it clear that was only because nobody was booked after us.

Staff was very informative, helpful and friendly. Best quality escape Ive been to by far!

Called them to book for an amazing experience of escape room but ended up talking to a very rude receptionist. He was impatient and irritated. I am not going to recommend. They should hire new polite receptionist, who know his/her limits.

I came here with four other people today and it was great! We tried the haunted apartment and beat the room, the employee was funny and great and overall a fun experience.

Awesome time! The guys were super great and the room was challenging but fun as well. We will definitely be coming back!! Tried our first VR escape room as well … What an Xperience!

11/10, An amazing escape room with challenging and fun puzzles unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The Virtual Reality was mind blowing and I haven’t laughed that hard with my buddies in a long time, will be coming back next weekend!

Went here for a date with the hubby and it was our first time doing a VR escape room. We had so much fun! The front staff was friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to try the other ones in the near future.

It was amazing! The Escape room was really fun and difficult. And we got to try out the VR which was insane!!!!

Tons of fun.We did one of the in-person rooms with a group of 5 and had a great time doing so. A couple of the puzzles are somewhat obfuscatory, but the unlimited hints provided help keep things moving along.It is recommended that you try to get by with as few hints as possible though, as they can serve to trivialize the experience if abused.All in all, a fabulous way to spend an evening with friends and definitely one we plan to repeat.

Best escape room I’ve ever done. I did the hardest difficulty and it was quite challenging but very fun. Definitely would recommend.

Coming from a player who has over 200 under his belt, I can say that Xperience is among the best rooms I have ever played. Jimmy has amazing technology in his rooms, it fit seamlessly into the experiences for maximum immersion. The puzzles themselves are well designed and very satisfying to solve and the customer service was beyond reproach. Treat yourself to a first class escape experience and book your game today - I played all four rooms and I will definitely be back when Jimmy releases the next one

Amazing! Would do another escape room with them in a heartbeat, would easily be my first choice in Kelowna. Friendly helpful staff. Room was well designed and really got you into the theme.

We did the all the rooms here and all of them were awesome and so creative with the puzzles! Definitely a fun group experience or double date night!

Great game! Tried two games in a day, first is the real life escape room and then tied the vr escape room! There are both excellent games! Fantastic service! Definitely need to try the games here!

The owner here is soooo nice, provide clear instructions when we have no clue to continue to next step, gaming environments are also amazing, will come next time! 5 stars recommended!

We stopped in today for a VR Escape Room and had an amazing time! We did Sanctum which was honestly pretty scary (in a good way!and challenging but doable for us. Shout out to Dexter for being a great host!

I was looking for a fun multi-generational indoor activity and we were SO HAPPY with this unexpected fun activity! We LOVED the mayan room and the challenge to make it under the allowed hour. The staff was very nice, fun and knowledgeable. Thank you!

We had an amazing host named Jimmy that was very friendly. The room was super cool and had a ton of interactive features. This was different than other escape rooms I have experienced in the past. We were able to successfully complete the room and had tons of fun!

My family and I did an escape room on Christmas day as something to do and Jimmy was very welcoming and personable and we had a lovely time! The escape room itself was unique and the puzzles were engaging and not obvious, and we really enjoyed the technology used to "unlock" each puzzle. Highly recommend!

Came here last minute with a couple of my friends and had the absolute best time. We started by doing the Rise or Iztamna Escape Room and the technology was far above any other escape experiences on the market! What really made the experience so awesome was the staff! A big thank you to Jimmy for being such a good host! Was incredibly attentive and had a great sense of humour! He even let us try some VR after we finished our room! Will be returning with friends and family!

Overall incredible experience! Our group of 4 began the night with playing a 4-star difficulty escape room which was full of unique puzzles and challenging brain teasers. Provided my group has played many escape rooms in the past and we know the tricks and common themes, we beat the room in 40 minutes. After we had finished the escape room the owner, Jimmy, generously offered my group of 4 the opportunity to play some games in their VR room for free. My group was extremely surprised with the kind offering and had a great experience!! Thank you again Jimmy!

Our Host was very friendly and welcoming, he answered all the questions we had before we could even ask them!The escape room theme was great, puzzles were challenging but not impossible and the flow of puzzles was one of the smoothest weve experienced.Its also a great value for the price point - would highly recommend those looking for a hard crank on the brain gears.

Ive done a few escape rooms in other cities and this one is far by the best so far! It was my boyfriends first time doing an escape room and it was definitely a great introduction for him. The electronic games are so much more challenging and interesting than traditional padlock rooms. Would definitely recommend to friends

Such a great experience! The haunted exit room was awesome. Really interesting and challenging puzzles and each room got increasingly terrifying!!! We got our first taste of VR......jumping out of a skyscraper! It was insane!! I was still shaking an hour later. The owner was great and made the experience totally amazing. Thank you so much!!

We showed up to do one escape, and ended up enjoying it so much we did a second.Haunted Appartment, great eerie atmosphere and engaging creepy puzzles. Loved it!Hidden Kingdom, great theme and in depth puzzles you will need to take your time and work through it! Great room.

By far THE BEST escape room I have been to. The amount of detail in these rooms makes you feel like you left the real world behind and I absolutely love that the escape room had room after room after room for one game. Most escape rooms start off in one room and leads to to one more and thats it, but this one kept the rooms coming making it very enjoyably and surprising. it was so much fun. Already booked our second game and we cant wait!

Excellent escape challenge. Ive done many all over North America and this one stands out as one of the best. Took my 9 year old, and had an incredible time. The challenges are unique and well executed. The staff (Trevorwas engaging and well versed. He took the time to assist (some challenges are difficult with only 2 people). We loved it so much we booked again for the next day. Thank you for a exceptional experience!

What a blast! We did the Kingdom room. This place uses puzzles and tech instead of keys and locks. There is an iPad that gives hints at 3 levels so that you can move along in your game. If you are really stuck, there is a button to call for help and the ultimate hint. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Next up is trying the VR games run by the same company.

Awesome place! Best way to spend your time with your friends! We had a group of four and had a wonderful experience! Variety of game choices! and Chris can provide you the best service on VR even if you are new on it!

We were a party of 5 and had a great time. The hostess Breanne had us laughing all through the introduction and in to the room.I found this room had a series of puzzles that you could do in any order but all the parts added up to open the next group of puzzles, versus other escape rooms where the puzzles were very linear and you had to do one at a time to keep going. I found this as neither a pro or con, just a different style.Another thing they did, was this room had absolutely zero number crunching or code breaking. Again I didnt find this either a pro or con as all puzzles were very well thought out, just something I found was a little different.I only found two negatives, but neither were big enough to change my score. First one was that some of the doors stayed open unless you disassembled the puzzle, which left doors and latches to trip on or take a shin if you werent careful. Bad idea in a pitch black room with only tiny LED lanterns. The second I had was that one of the puzzles had no sign that we completed it. No click, no door opening, absolutely nothing, and it opened a lock on the opposite side of the room. We re-did the puzzle 3 times and went through every single hint numerous times before we accidentally bumped the latch open, realizing we had it right all along but wasting at least 15 min of our hour. I wasnt sure if this was deliberate or accidental since all of the other doors flew open on their own, so I decided to not dock the rating.All in all we had a great time and are on the wall of fame!

My son and I had a great time. What a great way to have fun. The staff is super helpful even if you are clueless on how some of the games work. The two of us had separate rooms and were able to talk to each other over the headset. We will go again!
