a very dirty hotel, and we just checked in it was very dirty, various trash was listed under the table and very thick dust, this hotel is not worth recommending. This is really really dirty

來松山住宿的首選，加大對床睡起來舒適。

優良的服務品質，抽屜有用剩的麥當勞番茄醬包，但是日期有點久了而且包裝還是舊式的，床底下有用過的紙拖鞋，毛巾上有陰毛，床單上有黑黑的污漬，房間格局復古有個性，讓我感受到前幾位房客的貼心，享受人間煙火的一晚，彷彿我不是一個人，有這些零零碎碎陪伴著我，超推👍👍

很多地方破舊沒有整理 空調動力不大夠在阿勾打上看有早餐 實際卻沒有不知是哪邊出錯整體來說優點就是離饒河夜市很近 可以休息一晚的住宿環境

一上9樓入住撲鼻濃濃煙味,房間尚可,只是冰箱殘留上個客人的茶漬,隔音不是很好,但還好大家十點都沒什麼聲音,這次入住睡眠品質算好

Terrible old rotting motel with bad hygiene. Booked for 5 nights but decided to cancel it the very moment I stepped it. Never in my travelling experience, have I ever come across such a terrible Hotel.Please Dont believe the photos at all. Wont recommend anyone to stay there since you can get a way better/newer hotel with a similar budget.Issues faced: 1. The facade is always wet and dripping with Water.2. Room Flooring is sticky and when I raised to the staff, they mentioned they have never once mopped the flooring! Finally understood why the floor is sticky as I saw the staff using sticky roller tape to pick up dust from all rooms! So poorly maintained they cant even afford a vacuum cleaner?! I have to make do with Bedroom slippers to avoid stepping on the flooring at ALL times.3. Cockroach found in bedroom.4. Stale, mouldy, putrid and foul smelling bedroom.5. Charged $200 for checking out 15 minutes later!!!! Never came across in my life! Believe its the Staff who wants to pocket the $200 for himself!!!

電視壞掉用很久沒用好，花很多時間在用電視上，入住享受的時間都沒了，想換間房卻客滿，沒有配套措施。

6月11號晚上櫃檯的人沒學到禮貌

真的 真的第一次這麼誇張 廁所沒打掃 都有尿乾掉的垢 超噁的 最最最誇張的事 枕頭也有尿騷味 打掃阿姨你麻幫幫忙

這次使用國旅卷以500元的價格入住，房間比想像中還要大，馬桶是免治的，隔音也還不錯，很推薦

晚班人員服務態度普通，房間清潔度普通，價格在這附近算便宜，但也沒便宜多少，不要去現場訂房，要在網路訂房價格才比較好。

雖然很便宜，但滿滿的煙味，燈會一閃一閃要拔掉房卡才會關掉，更扯的是還有管理員突然開門才發現有人住裡面

平價實惠的旅店，內部乾淨整潔，住宿環境舒適性優質，物超所值，值得推薦。

整間都是菸味...半夜樓上洗澡的話樓下聽得到...隔音很差，住旁邊或附近的房客開關門聲音極大，影響到睡眠品質（關門幾次就醒來幾次）,以後不會再去了

旅店位在舊住商混合大樓的八樓，不知道電梯是否很久沒保養，唯一一台電梯上樓時會一直晃震，當下嚇得想趕快衝出去但還是撐到8樓再也不敢搭。優點：房間大小適中，就假日價格算是實惠，離夜市也近，徒步可到，電視也算大台。缺點：清潔度有待加強，玻璃桌污漬未擦乾淨有點黏黏的，室內衛生紙不足，廁所捲筒只剩1/3不到也沒備用的在旁邊，床頭旁小桌子是斜的且照明不明所以（？），浴室的浴簾整條發霉嚴重掛旁邊，完全不敢去碰，浴室上方間接照明內凹處滿是灰塵，排風口也都是灰塵，洗完澡後熱氣上升，排風口灰塵沾滿水氣居然流湯滴下來（我的老天鵝，還是洗完澡才發現），室內床頭正上方間接照明處也都是灰塵，對比牆壁壁紙有些髒污且翹起已經不算什麼了...容易過敏者要三思。

房間有很多明顯的不乾淨（地板有骨頭.厚重灰塵.寶特瓶蓋……），備品不足（四人住宿，毛巾礦泉水拖鞋只給兩份，廁所連衛生紙都沒有）。

［地點］離松山車站有點小距離（步行約13分），在16度c氣溫若拖著行李廂會流汗。［房間］簡約感風格，還有窗戶可通風（很幸運！）而且居然有這樣小巧的浴缸（算是小驚喜嗎？🤣），重點是有免治馬桶。

在booking下單，到現場時櫃臺告之晚上10:00才能入住，不能退費只能貼價差才能入住，提醒下單的人要注意小心商家的條款～

上樓至8樓櫃檯一出電梯立刻濃厚的煙味（牆上還貼著禁菸的告示）搭電梯至客房9樓，走道上地毯地墊超級髒房間也是陣陣煙味，開窗也散不去空調不冷，電視畫質解析低，浴巾上有毛髮面對床右手邊插座不供電隔天起床想沖個澡，手上爬了一隻蟑螂⋯訂了兩晚，這種品質真的不敢再住第二晚，將上述告知櫃檯人員，人員淡淡的說了聲沒有辦法退訂，頂多幫你換間房也沒有一句道歉真的非常建議各位入住請三思。

住過所有平價飯店感覺最差的，一進大樓就濃濃菸味，整個樓層也都是菸味，難怪櫃檯小姐態度那麼差，連個謝謝都不會說，正眼不抬，房間又悶又臭，除了菸味還有霉味！家中冷氣壞掉急找了一間飯店睡，沒有細看評價真是失策

雖然價格便宜，但從櫃檯、走道到房間，菸味都非常的濃，對於不抽菸的人來說很痛苦，不會再入住

週六住一晚1000元，很划算，浴室的馬桶和洗手面盆用的是Toto日本衛浴品牌，浴室乾式分離，空間大好使用，浴室空間大約一坪半，房間大約3坪半到4坪，床滿大的，用的是美國蕾絲床墊，躺起來舒適。現在可能疫情的關係暫時沒有提供早餐了，不過這個價錢在台北很超值了，也沒什麼好要求了。

絕對不會再來第二次的旅店一進房間沒有備品就算了去跟房務員拿備品態度還不好，房間還沒打掃乾淨都是灰塵還很多螞蟻在床頭爬來爬去跟櫃台反應櫃檯小姐低頭做他自己的事愛理不理道歉還很沒誠意🙄糟糕的一次住宿經驗

入住前根本沒通知說樓上會裝修，出差來台北工作都至半夜凌晨 回來想好好睡個覺 卻被巨大的裝修聲吵醒 且無法更換房間！ 爛到出水 ！櫃檯小姐有夠沒用

Rooms are a bit big, but you can see dirt in the carpet, especially in the corners. My daughter found a worn socks (from a previous guest I supposeunder the bed, when we checked in. Bathroom is decent enough. What turned us off is the smell of smoke coming from the ventilation. We had to ask to move to another room to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was so-so, congee thats tasteless, but with good coffee and soymilk. Most staff dont speak English well enough, only one receptionist, Lucas, is fluent and very helpful, which makes this review earn 2 stars instead of 1.

Ok location, pretty clean, pillows flat, staff nice, room old.

I could not see any cleanliness here. The room looks clean at one glance, but when you begin to check areas that are not easily visible to your eyes, you begin to wonder. The cabinet has unpleasant smell so I can’t put my stuff in there. The wallpaper seemed so old that it has a creepy vibe to it. I was also so surprised that the hallway carpet looks old and dusty too. It hasn’t been washed at all maybe. As a foreigner, this place is far from Songshan Station. I know it is healthy to walk, however you can’t appreciate it when you are tired roaming around town. This is by far the saddest hotel experience we had. :’(

Room is clean, new and look very nice. But we encounter a problem, rooms light bulb suddenly burning cause alot of smoke. We reject to stay and they allowed to refund for us.

Almost no meat for the free breakfast. Friendly staff. Very comfortable: full HDTV + Set Top Box, clean bathroom...I love it!! Enjoy it if you have chance to Taipei
