I order three cup milk tea, but totally tasty different because no sugar at all . Where can I complain and refund me back the money. Wasting my time

It’s no comparison with other outlet. Totally feel like low fat milk. Totally don’t feel like “Boba” drink. Rm12.50 buy a cup of low fat milk. The worker feel like not very welcome for my guys to visit also. Very disappointing. Hope you taste what your shop is selling. You won’t feel like worth to pay for it.

Taste is very muted. No quality control. I’d advice the owner read this and do something about it soon...

First time ordered the brown sugar boba milk from this branch on grab food. Boba was hard to chew, taste wise not so good and no brown sugar taste. Somemore, I clicked on no ice and extra boba. I didnt get what I wanted, definitely wont buy from this branch again because the staff that made this drinks is lousy.

Nice that there is 1 reserved parking spot for customers. But this branch is terribly stingy with their portions, making it not worth buying from this branch

So far my favorite bubble tea place because they have strawberry milk with bubbles 😅

A but disappointed, quality is not up to the price. 20% of the boba is not really cooked, its still hard in the center. Quality control and standardization are always the problem with franchise business.

Most people will assume that the brown sugar boba milk tea is too sweet. However, I found the beverage here is quite okay. Pretty much worth it.

First time trying this branch, burnt taste from boba and not cook.

Brown sugar pearl is not entirely soft and chewy. I have tasted the ones in Singapore which is nicer and more addictive. Maybe the pearl need to be cooked slightly longer because the inside is still alittle hard.

Staffs need to put on more smile :I was confusing which drink should I take when I first time visit, i stand in front the counter abt 5 minute and the staff didnt advise which drinks is nice. So sad:(

Worse boba ever. I had tried the exact drink in the sri petaling branch, the taste is much different from this. Bubble is soft with no chewy texture and the milk is creamy but no brown sugar taste at all. Will not come back again.

Having tried a few other bobas, this is my personal favourite. Its very milky, and the pearls are chewy and sweet.The price is not cheap, but Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

The boba does taste great. It is overpriced for something I can get that is very similar at other shops. The value proposition needs to be better. The shop was empty when I came. Which is a relief but also shows that XFT is no longer worth it.

Here boba tea will extra charge you RM1.50 if you order less ice. They said because they will add more milk inside.

Is all about marketing the actual product dun really taste that great. If you had not try before , you can try but I dun think you will continue after that. It just not that great.

Like their pearl compare to the rest.. Soft and chewy.... Good place to grab the drink without any long queue like SS15

their place is comfy and suitable to hang out. I ordered mathca, the drink is not sweet but when drink while chewing the bubble, it become perfection.

I can’t believe that people actually lined up till an hour for this lol it tastes okay, the milk is creamy. The balls are delicious and chewy. The drink has a caramel taste for me but i personally find it too sweet for my own liking. I like the cards tho its a nice fun sweet touch to the whole boba experience

The brown sugar boba milk had an average taste. The boba is sweet and nice but the drink was so-so.

The milktea is really too sweet for me, might not be my choice of milktea.

Brown sugar pearl milk was not too sweet and tasted goooooood!

Their signature boba drink taste very nice even thou that it is a bit too sweet for my taste.. Finding parking is a challenge, but giant supermarket is just a walking distance away.. Will definitely come back

Line is not as busy as other outlets, Drinks were well made, Would recommend the Boba brown sugar black tea latte, the pearls were a tad bit sweet for my taste.

The drinks are very nice especially the boba. Despite of the smelly and dirty toilet. Its a turn off. :(

Bought their brown sugar boba milk and brown sugar boba milk tea . Their brown sugar boba milk is so good it was so creamy. While the brown sugar boba milk tea is suitable for those who like less sugar drink. I was amazed with the service it was fast. Parking might be difficult cause the area is quite packed.

The milk is creamy (for their signature drinkand the taste of it really made me impressed, the pearls are really soft and it doesnt take ages to bite finish the pearls. But parking can be troublesome and people will double park their cars and it does affect the traffic. So avoid passing by there if you can.

They have the best brown sugar boba fresh milk ever. No long queue needed, no long waiting. The bright and clear store is the signature look of Xing Fu tang.

Ordered flagship drink which is brown sugar boba milk during this special opening promo time. First tried and you can feel the difference of the boba (bubblein term of the taste and texture. The boba is more chewy and rich in black sugar taste. Also, it is not considered as milk tea and more specifically it is mixture of fresh milk and black sugar bubble. However It is quite a sinful drink to me as it doesnt allow you to adjust the sugar level. Price wise it is above average. Maybe I will opt for cheaper bubble milk tea.

Love the caramelised brown sugar smell which greets me upon stepping into the shop... the signature brown sugar boba & matcha drinks are nice..
