I thought this place was great. 100.000 kip in a town that for some reason has a bunch of expensive "resort"-like guesthouses. (Why people would travel here and stay in a resort I cant imagine.Room was clean and large, A/C worked great, bed was comfy, hot water worked perfectly and theres a decent table in the room to use my laptop with the decent wi-fi.
