L’hotel és senzill però està bé… a les fotos ens semblava que estava més apartat però esta just al costat de la carretera. Hi hem estat be. El servei amable. Ens hagués agradat habitació amb balcó i llit de matrimoni

Esta muy bien ubicado la estación esta delante. Tiene la piscina climatizada para poder bañarte en esta fecha aun haciendo un poco de frío. Desayuno y cenas muy buenas. En las cenas tienes el primero que es buffer y los segundos a la carta y cada día cambiaban menú .

Hace una semana, mis amigos y yo nos alojamos en este establecimiento. Disfrutamos mucho de Andorra gracias a ellos. El servicio excelente, nos sentimos como en casa… Nos entraba el desayuno y la cena, y estábamos encantados con cada día tener tal variedad de platos para elegir. ( había buffet+ un segundo y postre)Nos entraban excursiones y sin lugar a duda pudimos disfrutar al máximo de la experiencia. Muy recomendado. Volveré en cuanto pueda 🙏🏻

En principio bien , hotel cómodo y bien situado. Los empleados casi todos amables. El punto negativo: el hotel acepta mascotas, pero no acepta que lo dejes en la habitación y te vayas. Te lo tienes que llevar contigo, con el trastorno que eso conlleva (restaurantes, caldea…). El problema es que no lo avisan con antelación. O llamas para preguntar o te enteras una vez estás aquí y no tiene solución. Salvo este inconveniente todo lo demás perfecto. Por cierto el empleado que nos informó de esta situación, le faltó un poco de tacto y le sobró bastante soberbia.

Habitación amplia y con balcón. Muy buena limpieza y detalles como tener una cafetera con cápsulas en la habitación. Piscina descubierta climatizada no muy grande pero suficiente para un chapuzón

Es un hotel sencillo y sin grandes pretensiones. Esto lo hace muy familiar. Todo el servicio es excelente, los camareros encantadores, el personal de recepción muy amable y los dueños del mismo un encanto también. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La comida del restaurante de buena calidad y abundante. Un lugar para repetir sin dudar. La ubicación es muy tranquila y agradable.

Para mi a sido una experiencia muy buena hemos ido con amigos y el hotel es muy familiar y tranquilo, tiene piscina, puedes llevar a tu mascota, el restaurante muy bien no te quedas con hambre y los trabajadores muy amables todos. Para a los que opinan que no hay aire acondicionado la verdad es que no es necesario las temperaturas son para estar y dormir sin aire no hace faltaVolveremos a repetir sin duda 👍

Sitio muy tranquilo. La habitación estaba bien, la única pega era que a una de las cortinas le faltaba la parte que no deja pasar la luz y entraba mucha luz, y que la ventana daba directa a la piscina y no da sensación de seguridad.Por lo demás muy amables y lo mejor de todo que se puede ir con perros, que se agradece mucho.

Hotel muy acogedor. Desayunos y cenas abundantes y de calidad. Buena limpieza. Personal atento y muy agradable. Vistas preciosas. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores.

Hotel was pretty good, but WiFi connection is very low. Perfect to disconnect.

We had the best room on the 4th floor with a balcony and amazing view. The food was very good with lots of variety. The staff was very friendly. We had extra coffee, tea and good wifi in the room. It was clean. Nearby there is a gondola and ski bus stop.

We loved our stay at this great hotel in Arinsal. The food is exceptional and was a great highlight of our stay. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed here on skiing trips for the last 5 years. Great value and great meals, close to lifts.

Hotel is in beautiful place with very good breakfast and dinner, staff are very friendly. I have some notices . It would be better to clean the rooms and wi-fi was very bad in the room.

Hotel is just perfect for skiing trip. Simple, elegant and tasteful. Very clean and well maintained. Staff in reception and the restaurant are extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. Food is largely mountain fare, (bit like the Tyrolbut theres a good sprinkling of fish and seafood. Food is freshly prepared, portions are massive and quality is exceptional. Great with children, understand why its often booked up, lots of repeat guests.

Fabulous staff and location - will be going back

Well this was our second holiday here, the first being over Christmas. We loved the place that much we decided to go back again. The staff are very friendly, amazingly helpful, and always on hand. The hotel is just what you need for a ski holiday, close to the gondolas, has great food in the restaurant where the restaurant staff were equally as happy and helpful, very professional and quick with their work. Being a family friendly resort the staff made you feel like part of their own family, and being our second trip, it was nice to be recognised as well.While the rooms were basic, thats not the reason you go on a ski holiday. There was plenty of room in both rooms we stayed in, they were always clean and warm. One thing Id like to see more of is places to hang jackets and salloppets after a days skiing.Many thanks go out to all the team for making our holiday another wonderful experience

Happy, well catered and tidy hotelStayed here twice the the 18-19 season, both times were a pleasant experience.Rooms - the first room I shared with a friend, two single beds. The second time alone with a double, the beds were comfortable and clean, the singles were a little small for me, but then again Im not. The double was plenty big enough. Theres enough room for two people to move around and have Ski kit everywhere drying out, 2 lots of kit would surely be the limit however. The bathrooms were a reasonable size and I could fit into and enjoy a hot bath, a plus for sure. International TV on a decent flay screen TV, Tea & Coffee (I didnt partake), a telephone and a room safe (key/lock at an extra charge). Couple of small issues reported about the rooms reported at reception were corrected by the return in the afternoon.Food - Buffet breakfast in the morning, selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, meats, eggs, toast, etc... you get the idea, something for the majority. Evening meal was a buffet starter and choice of 3 mains and 3 deserts, on the whole good food, cooked and presented well, Im a fussy eater and I didnt go hungry. Drinks served to the table or available from a smallish barThe Hotel - Mostly quiet, a little up the hill and away from the bars, once I got used to the sound of the stream I slept soundly most nights, the days activities usually helped a little. Check in and out was a breeze, there is a seating area just off reception, not sure what its for but I kept seeing people in there staring at screens, draw your own conclusions. I understand there Ski storage, I didnt use it, think its downstairs next to the garage ? They offered a free transfer to Arcalis area, in a mini bus. That was lovely, far better to the coach youd normally have to fight to get on and back A+, there is a elevator to all floors.WIFI - Through-out, really good coverage, when people are awake and using, you can browse slowly, but other times its quite responsive, I uploaded a few videos in the quieter hours.Surrounds - Theres a stream, it runs past or near most of the hotels, you can hear it from the rooms that face it, as I said it didnt bother me after the first night. The closest bar (excluding the one downstairsis 2 minutes down the hill with more another 1 to 4 minutes further. It gets steeper each night to walk back to the hotel, at least thats how it feels. Paths are limited, you will have to walk on the roadId definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, nice food. Only reason no 5th star is ski locker facilities are below par.

I am incredibly disappointed with this hotel. We booked them through a skiing package website, where you explicitly review all the amenities of the hotel, as well as terms and conditions, and the hotel stated they allow dogs of all sizes for a fee. We happily booked the hotel for a non refundable fee. When arriving there, the receptionist informed us nonchalantly that dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the room. I understand the hotel might have reasons for this rule, but its something ESSENTIAL when booking skiing holidays.This completely destroyed our skiing holidays. We had to take turns watching the dog and werent able to ski together on any of the 7 days we were there. I am absolutely angry at the hotel not just for this non-sensical rule (which, fine, they have the right to impose), but mostly for not putting this up at the moment of booking. You would assume if youre advertising yourself on a skiing website that people book your hotel go home skiing.The breakfast is measerly with poor quality ingredients, donuts, cheap cereals etc.2 stars for the cozy room and the nice view.

Excellent hotel with lovely friendly staff. Great views from the pool in a quiet area with good bars n restaurants nearby. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable, also with fabulous mountain views. Its even pet friendly n had loads of dogs checking in the last night we were there. I would absolutely return again
