Wyndham Garden Guadalajara Expo in Nicolás R Casillas

Unfortunately, we had such a horrible experience. We checked in and as soon as we entered there was a leak in the bathroom and the bedroom had black mold. As soon as I reported this they mentioned they knew about it but were not able to fix this on time! A leak and black mold is not something you want to wait on to address it. As we were walking up stairs to our room there was a lot of food from previous nights and bugs on the floor. Also, initially when I first booked this hotel I booked it for a king size bed and ended up giving up a 2 full beds. 🙃 2 nights later the food is still there.... never again will I be booking with this company ever again.

Horrible and rude costumer service by the front desk lady, her name was Elizabeth also by the manager on duty Eduardo. I will never stay there again.

Horrible customer service, don’t validate deals they say they will, RUDE staff, disgusting rooms. Horrible phone customer service as well. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. DONT WASTE your money at all.

WYNDHAM, NOT DISINFECTING OR CLEANING ROOM FOR WEEKS DURING A PANDEMIC, BUT THEY STILL PUT YOU IN THAT SPACE AND WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IF YOU DO NOT COMPLAIN (see pictures).My worst time ever in a Wyndham.Very disappointed and it doesnt matter if you have been a member to the rewards for years.My stay was 1 night, December 21th. 2021, two rooms. One was a special PET room for me and my little dog, which they charge you extra, and that is understandable.But when I entered the room it was confirmed that they never disinfected. There was no door sticker claiming to be cleaned. This is during a pandemic.Then I noticed the bathroom, and it definitely looked like it hasnt been clean in weeks (see pictures). I couldnt believe they just put you in such a room and do not care.With covid time, one is used to travel and work from hotels, Not only to rest. And they did not have a proper chair to work. Instead they just put in that room a garden outdoors chair. I mean come on.The solution after my complaints was to move me to a different room at 10pm.And when I asked to cancel because of the conditions, they said they can, but will charge me everything anyway. What a joke.Then the manager at night said that I might talk to the manager in the morning and ask for a refund or discount.When I do this, the morning manager didnt even want to talk to me.She just said because they moved me, no refund or discount is valid. But when I ask for a cancelation, they tell you they will charge you anyway. So they kind if just corner you to stay or throw your money away and get a different hotel.Impressive and very disappointed as this was a family trip and also working remotely during these difficult times.What a great support Wyndham.... this is sarcasm.EspañolPésima mi estancia en Wyndham Guaralajara Expo.Una decepción y sin importar ser miembro de Wyndham rewards.Mi estancia fue de del Diciembre 21, 2021 al 22.1 noche 2 habitaciones. La solución después de mis quejas fue moverme a un cuarto a las 10pm.El gerente de la noche sugirió hablar con el de la mañana para un reembolso o descuento.En la mañana, al intentar esto, por prácticamente ponerme en una habitación contaminada, me dicen que no, porque si me movieron a otra.La cuestión es que cuando uno trata de cancelar por que la habitación no está en condiciones sanitarias, aun y cuando ellos ya te metieron ahí. Hotel is nice, could use some renovations. The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. The problem is the internet. All across the hotel the average download speed was ~3mbps download and 1.8 mbps upload. In the room the signal was spotty at best and would constantly disconnect. I would not stay there again for a work trip. For a vacation? Maybe

This hotel claim that’s a pet friendly place and even though I reserve a unit pet friendly I was charged an additional fee the pet areas was a 6foot yard and nothing else, among other issues

Stay away! You could be lucky and get one of the few remodeled units but if you get an old one expect a 1 star hotel. I requested a better room but was denied. Our room was way different than what you see in the pictures they have online. I told the guy we wanted to cancel, that I was Ok to pay for the first night. He said that was Ok but that I had to talk to my agency (hotels.com which is Expediaso they could give me a refund for the other 3 nights. After I talked to someone they said they were going to call the hotel to negotiate the refund, they kept calling for a couple of days but no one answered. When they finally talked to someone at the hotel the manager denied the refund. What this hotel does is illegal, we stayed in the room for less than 10 min and got charged for 4 nights. We are planning to file a complain with PROFECO once we get back home. What they do is false advertising, the rooms they show online are not the ones you get. If you want to risk losing your money or staying in a drepressing place go ahead and book your reservation in this place. Good luck!

Although the building is a bit tired and could do with refurbishing, it is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are efficient and friendly, the sanitation measures are excellent and the parking is safe. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast (which is served in the adjoining Holiday Inn building). I think that we will be back but hopefully some improvements will be made to the rooms by then. The gardens are beautiful, well kept and a tranquil space which can be enjoyed from each balcony or verandah.

Building is not new but its got all you really need! There is a gym, american buffet breakfast for most part of the morning (delicious by the way), pool and very complete rooms. I personally have been very comfortable and feel fulfilled with the service here. Good location in the city to head out on different sets of excursions.

Clean and very friendly staff. Rooms are showing their age. Included breakfast was next door at the Holiday Inn Express. We will stay here again.

This is one of the best dog friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are perfectly set up for traveling with a dog. With the beautiful and spacious courtyard we spent more time than expected sitting on the porch or playing outside. The pool area is beautiful and heated to a reasonable temperature and we can’t speak highly enough about the daily breakfast. It was a difficult decision of which delicious thing you wanted, but luckily you could get as much of what ever you wanted. 😍 we will definitely return here for our annual trip to Guadalajara.

Terrible place, a true shame. I made a reservation for 2 Pet Friendly Rooms for 200 USD, when we arrived at 2:00 am they told us that they had no availability buy just blaming their own website. They did not protected us in another hotel and the only rate that they came up whit was 3 times the price at Staybridge. Because of the pets we had to go to a motel for the same price without the perks offered. Do not booked Wyndham anywhere. They dont care about their clients. Worst experience ever had in such nice city.

They renigged on my reservation because of dogs, which were called out when i made reservstion.

Its a nice hotel, I just spent one night there, so there are many things about it that I dont know, but my room was cozy and I had a nice, quiet and relaxing night

This place has a nice reception but rooms are the same old rooms with lack of maintenance and old furniture and decoration. It could be "cheap" but it cost more that it worth.

Rooms smell to drain. When I reported they just said: nothing we can do. This is a section of of the old Holiday inn Hotel and only the front looks nice. Rusted doors and old furniture is what you get. Not coming back to this hotel. Good service from staff but the hotel is not nice.

Had a great experience with Wyndham my family was very accommodated. Only negative was in the middle of sat night just past midnight somebody tried to come into our room we my wife woke to reassure that the room was locked and I was so tired she didnt bother to wake me until the next day I ask the front desk to move us which they did I was very appreciative of their services I will definitely come back with my family I cant say enough about the Wyndham family Ill consider you guys friends and I will continue to do business with Wyndham and Associates.thank you in advance the California family.
