A guesthouse nightmare

The hotel is well situated both for down town and the airport. The hospitality as well as the whole service including the transport service delivery system is great. Above all, the price is incredibly reasonable for the quality of the services provided by the employees and the administration. Thank you Wudasie Castel Hotel

Well, the receptionist of the hotel is welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a credit card payment option.However, the hotel is not as exact as what you could see a bunch of pictures in the reservation sites, maybe those pictures belong to when the hotel was launched.The toilet stinks, there could be no hot water sometimes so dont be surprised, even you cant balance the hot and cold water lol.Well, breakfast is included. Its not that much hard to find the location of the hotel and its not too far from the city center or the airport. They have a free pick up and drop up service from and to the airport.

Great hotel, great service, free shuttle to the airport but internet not very is not a problem of the hotel it is country wide...

Very lovely hotel. Staff and management are very nice and extremely helpful. Irrespective of the time of the day, theyre willing to help. They also offer free WiFi and airport shuttle.Theres also a free wonderful breakfast with nice varieties. They also offer shuttle services for local runs at a small fee.The rooms are big and have a balcony for a great view of the city from the balcony. Also nice for chilling in the evening.The bed is very comfortable for a great night sleep. The sheets are clean and the bed side lamps are amazing.The location of the hotel is nice. Not very far from the airport or the main city areas. Local restaurants are also within walking distance. Some bars and clubs are close by too if you fancy wild nightouts.Other occupants here are varied but I think made up of tourists mostly. Its a nice avenue for a great connection and conversationThe cost of accomodation here is also very affordable. You dont have to break a bank to have a good time in Addis Ababa if you choose this hotel.

I had a very nice room, nice bathroom with working hot shower, excellent driver for pickup and drop to airport.Staff friendly and helpful (this morning I left very early and they were preparing breakfast extra for me.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff friendly and pleasant. My only complaint would be that I had no bedside light as the lights plugs were broken

Good place to stay for couple of days near to Edna mall by walking 20 mint by foot the staff were friendly and helpful room clean and the price is not expensive 35 dollars per night but the WiFi was not working in my stay over all it’s good hotel with free pic up from and to airport الفندق جيد لكن ليس فخم فيه جميع الاحتياجات للإقامة لمدة بسيطة نظيف والموظفين كويسين الغرفة مريحة والمنطقة جدا قريبة لمناطق الجذب السياحيةالسعر مناسب وعندهم استقبال وتوصيل للمطار مجانا النت لكً عليه أتوقع كان عندهم مشكلة فيه

room cleanness is very good and wifi is available as well , the staff is so friendly , and the hotel is located on a street full of night clubs and there a market about 3km away from the hotel

Great stay awesome staff, very friendly. Only discomfort was out of the hotels control. During my stay the schools are testing and the government rerouted all internet data to the schools. All of Ethiopia no internet for days..

Only positive, the staff were absolutely great! Friendly, helpful and very polite.Nothing works!!Wifi - not working, was told for a day it was getting fixed, to finally be fixed then not work in our room!!Cable TV does not exist, first night we were told it was getting fixed that night, then got told 3 days later that infact the hotel had not paid the bill therefore had been disconnected. When it came to pay for the stay, though the availability was clearly stated on the website, their card machine did not work- had to do international transfer to ourselves, go to the bank and get cash (this was a lot of work and avoidable stress).The breakfast is average, though the menu says fruit included it was unavailable. The kitchen was often closed so unable to eat at the hotel.Couldn’t sleep, surrounded by bars and clubs so noisy 24/7 and windows are not soundproof.Extremely dim rooms, couple of the lights did not work, so come evening the room was quiet dark.The room lacks many things. Despite stating on website, no bathroom amenities were supplied, stingy on the toilet paper, no tea or coffee making equipment in the rooms.Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Its a very cozy hotel. The staff are very friendly. The noise from outside bothered me a bit but it was still worth staying there.

Simple hotel for good price. Not far from the airport. Offering free shuttle from/to the airport. Simply furnished rooms. They had problem with wi-fi during my stay.

Awesome Ethiopian decor. Need of improvement in the service sector...under staffing...and the rooms adjacent to the main road are not so awesome with the traffic flow outside

A very nice place with friendly staff. Superb location to the airport and the City attractions. Besides it has a nice terrace to watch the city in all directions. Overall its a fantastic place to stay over.

Hotel bom, ótimo atendimento é localização. Do hotel é possível seguir a pé para o castelo e para a cidade tranquilamente. O problema é que ficamos em Gonda sábado e domingo, e nesses dois dias é a noite e madrugada de missas, ou seja, do alto do morro vêm gritos e cânticos que impedem vc de dormir, pois são absolutamente altos...Mas são ossos do ofício dessa viajem né 😊
