Wrecking Bar Brewpub in Jonesboro

Great venue! For food, we had the Lamb shank, Steak & three, Spaetzle, and Crispy Cod. All were fantastic! For beer, we had the doppelbock, fest bier, Helles, and porter. Doppelbock was my favorite, but all were great. Service was excellent, and such a cool setting. Keep it up!

Great fries as well as shishito peppers, both made better with their dipping sauces. Non-alcoholic options are good. Wish the broth for the mussels had a little more flavor to it, maybe lemongrass or something similar but still enjoyable as a whole. Would return to try more of the menu.

We’ve been going to Wrecking Bar (the restaurant and brewpubsince we moved to Atlanta nearly 10 years ago and it’s our absolute favorite spot in the city. From the cozy digs to the phenomenal brews, you can’t beat it—for a date night, girl’s night, quick drink at the bar, ANY occasion.But we recently hosted our engagement party upstairs at the Marianna and I can’t recommend WB as a venue enough. We are eloping out of state, but I also envisioned a Wrecking Bar rehearsal dinner, so it was the easiest decision ever when we decided to have a party before the big day to celebrate with loved ones. Katy was so helpful and great to work with. She was patient with my million questions. The venue barely needs any decor because it already has so much character. The food was incredible. People are STILL talking about the pretzel bites. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. This place is so special to us, and now we have even more reasons to continue making it our go-to spot.

Cool vibes, friendly service, indoor & outdoor seating, extensive rotating beer tap list, and excellent elevated bar food. The main dishes are seasonal and portions are generous!

All beers are brewed in house (cellar diwnstairs), and what a good brew it is. Great food to complement beer selection and local gem is not crowded at all.

Roasted chicken and mac and cheese was good; but the food was overpriced. Not much on the menu to choose from.

Went on Saturday and the inside is awesome, old school classic type of vibe great food and service 10/10. 🤝 We will be back.

I’ve been going to Wrecking Bar for five years and I’m always met with great service, innovative drinks, and food that sets this city apart from the rest. I always recommend this establishment, not only for the aforementioned, but for their overall ambiance, to any friends visiting the A. If this place isn’t on your “must visit” places while visiting or living here, you’re doing it wrong..

Get the small side of fries unless you want a gigantic portion - like 5 potatoes, not exaggerating. Great fries but two of us shared and didn’t make a dent which felt wasteful.I got a salad the dressing was almost flavorless - like there was no vinegar or acid at all in the dressing.Cool place, nice staff.

Awesome brewery, pretty good beer. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t have any of the food but the menu looked nice! The space is really unique and we’d love to come back and visit the next time we’re in ATL!

Really enjoyed my experience at this pub. Feels like an old school lived in pub. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh local and felt like was made with care. And everything was homemade except the ketchup (which I think is a home run!). Really happy also this place participants in the Georgia organics program. I know I can come to this establishment with the comfort that they work hard to be apart of the local agricultural community. Using the best freshest ingredients offered.

This has been one of my favorite places in Atlanta for a long time and I can’t believe I have yet to write a review. An easy TL;DR… the beers are incredible. The corn pups cannot be missed. And the pastrami must be experienced first hand.

Service was a little slow, but there was a large private event. We had a ~40 min wait, but took about an hour to get entrees. We weren’t in a rush so it was fine.10000% order the mussels, and dip whatever entree you order in the sauce. They are 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻We literally sopped our burger in the mussel sauce.Cocktails were great too and reasonably priced.

This place is so pretty! The food is really good (try the grilled cheese and the fondue with the pretzel). The drinks are delicious and they have some really varied beer selections.

Ridiculously delicious! EVERY thing we had was excellent from the beer to the cocktails, the appetizers to the main courses- it was all done perfectly. The evening spent here was the best possible ending to our vacation- next time we come down to Atlanta this will definitely be on our must-do list.

We havent been here for a few years but wrecking bar continues to never disappoint!Our server Finn was excellent and helped make our anniversary truly special.Every dish was phenomenal, the charred octopus especially is one of the best Ive ever had.

Awesome atmosphere, great beer selection although I wish they had a red ale. Only a few main meals but delicious especially the ribeye steak. Limited on-site parking but street parking easy to find close by. Our waiter greeted us with "welcome to wrecking bar brewpub ... where everyday is a special holiday."

Best beer. Great food. Coolest building. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice outdoor area. In a neighborhood full of great restaurants this is one of the best.

This place is my forever number one spot in Atlanta. When we moved here in 2016 it was the first place we ate, when we moved back to NJ in 2020 it was the last place we had dinner and when I come down to Atlanta for work these days it’s a must stop for me. Incredible food, awesome beer and creative cocktails. Don’t think, just go.

Great little spot. Food was delicious to the point you have to force yourself to stop eating it. Service was great along with the veer and cocktail selections. Looking forward to trying it again.

Awesome chill vibe, great staff. The food is awesome farm to table style, with the best meats & did I mention the pickled veggies!!! Oh yeah! The best rotating tap selection!!! You have to stop in!!!

Best food I have had in the state of Georgia. And thats saying a LOT... I have been places in GA exclusively for food stops. At first I was wary of going so far out of where our conference was based, but the difficulty of getting there without a car? Totally worth it. The service was stellar and drinks were excellent, and the food... omg the food was fabulous! We had the pimento cheese, the roasted cauliflower, and I had the meat and three steak salad. Everything was delicious. (Bonus: I left something there and they were super about getting it back to me.Next time I am in Atlanta, I am totally coming back. Oh and great atmosphere too! Five stars earned.

Excellent selection of a variety of beer styles. I had a flight and reach one was exceptional. The food was even better. For of us had different dishes and all were impressed. My crunchy cod sandwich was cooked well and crunchy as advertised. The fries were also great.

Great service and great beer! The charred octopus was meh, the schnitzel was awesome, and the pastrami was great as well.

I felt cheated with the charcuterie board because it was so much smaller compared to the pictures the earlier reviews. It was good but not worth $32. The WB Pimento was great but grilled sourdough to eat them with were a little hard. My husband really enjoyed the charred octopus and highly recommends it. Their drinks were no doubt amazing, hats off to the bartender! Our server was just absolutely the best...very attentive and personable.

An evening walk ended in a couple of perfect beers paired with a pimento cheese (+sourdough toast, kimchi, kraut, and house pickles!appetizer. My favorite for either a longer super lovely dinner or grabbing some quick local brews.

One of my favourites in ATL the beers are amazing, service is great and the food is just to die for I really love this place. Went for the octopus which was very nicely charbroiled and grilled (good level of smokethen we have the code burger with a refreshing tartar sauce and the beef pastrami sandwich which was to die for although a tad too greasy but still amazing. Also very dog 🐶 friendly which was great for our Bull god Rocco! Will be back thanks for everything. B

Great spot for a casual night out. The vibes here are really cool and it feels like a fancy brewery. Very COVID friendly as the tables were all spread apart and the staff all wore masks.The food was way better than I expected. I got the falafel burger with a side of Mac and cheese and Id definitely order it again next time. The burger had a lot more flavor than falafels typically do and the patty was huge and fills you up.Love the drink menu as well- they had a good assortment of unique beers that I dont normally see at other places.

The pastrami sandwich had kimchi collard greens that didn’t taste like kimchi and didn’t make any sense in a pastrami sandwich. My wife liked her 3 salad/steak dish. Honestly, the food didn’t live up to the hype but the space is fantastic. The stone walls, paintings, and the lights made me very comfortable and I left happy, despite the food being just ok and a little too expensive for what you get.

Wanna get drunk and munch on tasty sides? They got you! I cant literally express how much fun I had here. Me and my fiance came to this restaurant to try their services, and didnt get disappointed!!! Their tray of cheese and meat was amazingly paired with their choice of beer which has been selected through their extensive beer menu.

Happy to have visited for the first time last Friday. We sat at an outdoor table near the front of the building. Service was good. Food and drinks were tasty. They’re doing an excellent job of making the best of a difficult situation.

I come here often and literally am never disappointed. This place is a gem and the entire package. Casual beer after work? Fancy date night? Wrecking Bar can do both. The beer selection is always changing and growing. The food is beyond impressive. They are well seeded in the Atlanta Farming Community (even having their own farmso you know you’re eating fresh and local. Great comfort food selection (I recommend their fries and Reubenor there is always something new and unique to try. Pictured here is their watermelon salad and chanterelle toast. Incredible!

The Wrecking Bar is one of the most pleasant places my wife and I have visited in years. The atmosphere, great service, great food, great beers, and great craft cocktails make this establishment a favorite for us that we will try to visit every time we are in Atlanta.

On all counts, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub delivers. Whether you love beer, wine, whiskey, or cocktails, you will find something tasty to drink. The house beer really good, particularly the IPAs and sours. The food is delicious and locally sourced. I love the cheese, tartare, and pastrami. The icing on the cake is a friendly and knowledgeable staff who can always recommend a new item to try.

This restaurant is very nice, need and my siblings at a wonderful experience here! The entrance is a bit hard to find but the staff are very courteous and friendly. They have a great selection of beers, so many delicious flavours and their cocktails are good too. I was able to find something Vegetarian on the menu that they modified for me with no issue and it tasted great. I would love

Food and waitstaff were fantastic. I cant say enough about the whisky selection. So many rare and hard to find items. I loved it.

Beers were excellent but the food was a little underwhelming. We ordered the corn pups for an appetizer. The sausage was overseasoned, too salty and too much pepper. The cornbread coating on the other hand didnt seem to have any seasoning at all leaving the dish unbalanced. The burger with fries was a solid dish and the cook on the burger was spot on.

Beer: Amazing. I got a flight of 6 and each one was great in its own way. When they say theres chocolate or citrus in the beer you can actually taste it.Food: Very good. I got a veggie bahn mi and it was excellent.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Richard for being an amazing waiter

We had a great time at the wrecking bar. They had a special menu for the year end and the normal menu was also great. Highly recommend for a fun date night

They’ve got some great beers and they’re always coming out with more. The burger is solid and it’s a really cozy spot. The feel inside is like a cozy restaurant on one side and a neighborhood bar on the other. I really love how it all comes together. Their beer releases are well run and I always look forward to new beers from Wrecking Bar

Great brewpub with delicious dishes!It’s located a bit away from Congress centre, but worth the visit. Chill atmosphere, vibrant, very crowded. Servers are friendly and helping!First of all, their beers are great. Very well balanced, quafable, mouth-watering!! Especially, NE IPA and sour beers were great!!Plus, the foods were so lovely. Perfect burger, refreshing salmon sashimi taco (whaaaaatand classic charcuteries. Really liked the chicken liver paté and cured meats. So lovely.Must-go place! I wish I could buy some crowlers!! Will def visit again

Amazing your flights that let you experience the broad range of what they put together, as well as excellent tasting appetizers and amazing main courses. The scallops were to die for but theyre not enough to share- not that I wanted to. They were good enough to eat all of them myself.

We had the corn pups, pastrami sandwich, wheat berry salad and grits. We couldn’t decide which dish was better. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Really an incredible spot. The front of the building is cool but the inside is just a find! The ingredients are all quality, the service was fast and pleasant and the food was delicious. I had no idea this was a brewery! I’ll be back very soon. The kolsche was excellent and so was the boysen the yard!

This place is really cool!! Located in the back of a real cool looking building, and it had a very underground-brewery vibe going. The whole inside was decorated in stone and had darker lighting. The cocktails were made ever so precisely/elegantly... they are truly craft cocktails!! The bartenders were hard at work and seemed very good at their job!! (they more than quadruple-tasked at one time). The food seemed a bit overpriced, but it smelled AMAZING!!!!! I only ordered the cheese dip with a pretzel and vegetables, which was pretty good. I just wish I was more hungry for real food since it smelled so good!!!! This place is located slightly out of the area of all of the other bars and places, but it was just a short walk for me.

Pricey, but good drinks and food. Be ready to spend for your good time. We had the fries and a meat tray. Would order both again. Beautiful environment. Very nice staff.

Love their in-house brewed beers and the coziness of the space. I like their creative and locally-sourced plates with a wide variety of options. However, every time that Ive eaten here Im always taken aback by the amount of salt in the food. Other than that...its a great spot.
