Wow JUST WOW!!! ordered at 6:50 told at leat an hour. Ok fine 8:30 no pizza 8:35 pizza arrives NOT EDIBLE looks like someone shook the boxes.. Oh I get it you are busy but come on.. I"d be happy to share my call log 6:47 order, 7:32 call to get amount to have it ready.. Bravo on the customer service!! Your response speaks volumes...

Order the Deal #4 from here recently, and I have to say the food was delicious. Definitely one of the better pizza restaurants I’ve had in a while in taste and presentation.If you like Buffalo Tenders, this is the spot for you 💯

Besides having the best pizza and calzones in the city, yesterday I had a chicken stir fry wrap and it was amazing!!! The chicken tasted so good. With only a few workers, I am amazed by the quality of food they make. Everytime I go in, their busy but seems to make the food so good. I always recommend Palace Pizza to my family and friends especially if "Coach" is working.

Always make a trip to Rhode island in aug to visit family abd must stop here for a pizza

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER!! Mind you I eat here almost everyday, always leave a tip & never have had an issue, until YESTERDAY!!! I ordered the garlic cheese bread which was LITERALLY just a roll of bread with some cheese & garlic seasoning in it.. didn’t even leave the premises, tried a bite of it and was absolutely disgusted, so went inside to ask for a refund & the owner VERY RUDELY told me no& gave me an attitude & even though I stated I order from them ALL THE TIME he told me he doesn’t care to lose my business. I will NEVER eat here again, despite how much I love the food ; I will not be treated like that or talked to like that! I’ve seen plenty of bad reviews where they wrote back & tried to reconcile their wrong doings, but the fact that I walked right back in the store & let them know I was an unsatisfied customer and got talked to the way that I did… You’ve lost this customer for good.

Worst pizza I have ever received in my life. Completely inedible- the top was clearly burnt and the dough was raw

This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. It is my go to spot to order from. However the last two experiences I’ve had with the restaurant have been negative and now I won’t go back here anymore. This last experience was the nail in the coffin for me. The delivery driver Travis Champaign refuses to deliver to my house just because I got a divorce from his friend. No other issue with him other than I’m no longer married to his friend. Mind you it’s been 2 years since the divorce. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional to be told that I am being refused service due to the driver having a problem with me. I was offered to pick up my food from the business but who wants to go in there after being told something like that. Never mind the time prior when I called to give feedback about my salad not being edible. The way that situation was handled by 2 different employees was horrible also. I’m so very disappointed.

Excellent food. Ive eaten almost everything on the menu. And so far everything is delicious. They give good size portions. I like the steak and cheese calzones the Best . Pizza is fantastic, the pasta dinners are amazing. You definitely want to try their grilled chicken salad. They are always busy, but well worth the wait. The staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woonsocket palace pizza, its a diamond in the rough!

Portions and quality suffered quite a bit when new owners took over, they have gotten much better as they have settled in. I am starting to go there again.

I ordered the pasta with meatballs baked in the oven with cheese I have to say it was delicious!! You need to try the dynamite pizza it’s awesome!!!

Man this place is great, been getting food here once or twice a month for a few years and the people are always really nice and the food is always really fresh and delicious. Its good to have a reliable place like this to order from.

Disappointed in the Italian grinder and garden salad we ordered last night. Veggies were not fresh. Bologna on the Italian. Ive heard nothing but good reviews from this place my dinner wasnt good sorry my opinion.

Already stopped ordering food from this place because theyre way overpriced for the quality... Only thing they had left going for them was their milkshakes (which are also a little pricey)..... Until I just paid $10 for an APPLE flavored one that absolutely was the most tasteless thing Ive ever drank.... Maybe a slight vanilla taste, MAYBE.

I have traveled numerous times from Medway Massachusetts to get 🍕 as it is the best! However last night I decided to also try the meatball grinder, and I have to say it was absolutely terrible! The meatballs were blackened and plain as the sauce was scarce and taken up by the bread so very dry tasting. Had to throw it out. I just cant seem to find a good tasting meatball grinder really anywhere.

I agree with all the negative comments Woonsocket is not known for its dining venues as most are old dirty and even Bettys diner written up for not complying with safety protocol masks etc the standards in Woonsocket are not raised very high. The owner sounds most defensive and truly does not know how to keep his customers happy or do anything to compensate them he just finds continual. Excuses to deter from the truth of his inconsistent buisness most people dont know good from bad when they. Have been eating bad forever they think its good not even close. Woo picketers dont wander outside their comfort. Area very much so they dont know good from bad. Sad

I ordered ONE sandwich and fries to be delivered. It took nearly 2 hrs to rcv it. Sandwich was just ok, and fries were ice cold. It cost $18.00 plus a $3.00 tip. So $21.00 for something that wasnt worth 50 cents!

I use to love Woonsocket Pizza Palace. And I am sad to say the experience I had last night was was horrible. Horrible food and horrible customer service I was told I could not speak to a supervisor when asked and Told I was lying This was horrible my son was choking on a whole onion peel it makes no sense a whole soggy union peel was inside of the calzone and the food was so burnt and greasy I spent $21.00 not counting delivery fees and tips on a large steak bomb calzone. I even took photos and he wouldn’t allow me to come show the proof said there is nothing they can do. I am very disappointed. I wish I could post them here to show but I cannot find the option.

Honestly some of the best pizza in northern RI and south of 495! Disregard most of the 1 star reviews dragging down their score down, most likely some local degenerates who dont know how to order food.

Food is usually pretty good. Can’t comment on it tonight cause it’s been just under 2 hours and it still isn’t here. An hour + wait isn’t abnormal either. Not worth the wait. I’ll be going to bed before the food actually gets here.If you’re guna take so long at least give an accurate estimate.

Great chicken finger basket, large portion, tasted great. Steak and cheese sub was good too. But the onion rings were a little weird....almost like they were made with diced onions inside and not "onion rings" covered in batter....they were crispy on inside but the "onion" on the inside was like mushy and weird. Besides that I enjoyed the rest of the food!

This place closes at 12 AM which is a great time for if you want to eat on the late night but I had the worst experience on the first time ordering from this place the food was disgusting I placed the order for delivery and I had to call back one hour and a half later for them to tell me that they were closing so then I was forced to get up out my bed and go pick up my food I ordered a large steak and cheese with everything on it except for hots I also ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra feta cheese they made my steak and cheese wrong and it look like they made it earlier just steak and cheese in the sub was just laying there because the meat was really dry when I contacted them after closing time since I just made it around 11:57 PM to obtain my food they told me there was nothing that they can do and that they made it exactly how I ordered it I go to local pizza shops in my area and everyone knows me to where they know my order I have been ordering the same thing for years the manager in the owner are extremely ignorant and do not deserve buisness I really feel like they rob me over $23 so petty I’m not posting this to try to make people not use these guys but I’m just letting you know if he was to ever run into a situation like I did it makes you feel low and belittled by people that are supposed to be community workers I do not recommend this place For my family but you are more than welcome to use them on your own hopefully these guys get it together and learn better customer service

Beware!!! I would have gladly given 5 stars. Ordered delivery for lunch today and the food was absolutely awesome. The problem was the driver wasnt wearing a mask. When I called the store I was told he had asthma and couldnt wear a mask. I have asthma, COPD along with a blood disorder. I wear a mask everywhere I go to protect myself. This young man might be in the wrong job.

We usually order from here 2 to 3 days a week and today chicken to hard no honey mustard fries under cooked no house dressing on the salad 🤔🤔🤔 will rethink this for awhile. Sorry front st. Just aggravated especially for the money we pay.

Pizza is good no doubt. But I ordered a large pie with mushroom and onion and grabbed a 20oz coke and when cashing out, the guy rang me up by calculating the price of the top of his head and came put to 19 dollars even. Ive order the same thing before with the soda and the price was given to me after the food was calculated in the computer and no where close to almost 20 dollars for a large pie and a small soda. I found that odd.

The best pizza and wings in the city. I just love their Palace Special. I crave their bbq wings everyday. Their delevery drivers are so nice too. I would recommend to everyone.

Ordered for the first time new to the area. We got lg cheese pizza, sm buffalo chicken calzone, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, greek chicken wrap, stuffed shells came with garlic bread and salad, fries with nacho sauce and bacon. We laid it out and tried a little bit of everything. Was very disappointed the steaktips were sold out. There was a black 2 inch hair in the fries. Eh hair happens sometimes..... Everything was delicious. So very good all that food was only 70$ extremely fair priced. We loved every bite. We have found our place. The calzone was the best buffalo chicken calzone Ive ever had. The wrap was perfect. The poppers were perfect bit into them and the jalapeno didnt slide out of the crust like everywhere else. Super friendly . delivery was prompt and polite.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I ordered two salads, paid for it and then more than 15 minutes later, get a random email telling me my delivery time had moved to over 2 1/2 hours. When my husband called them, the person on the phone was very rude. When I tried to cancel my order, I was told to go online and fill out a refund form. Seriously?????Worse than that, the food was horrible!!! We ordered 2 steak salads and the steak was spicy it was inedible. This place is not worth your time and definitely not your money. Run away as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their food is good but I dont understand why they take so long with orders. I ordered one thing; the chicken finger dinner. They’re a five minute drive down the road, waited an hour and a half and i still never received it. Please fix this problem, its very aggravating!

Workers are not wearing masks or gloves or distancing. We are about to have a giant second spike of covid because of places like this. They also charge an extra $1.50 to pay with a card instead of cash. No mention of that on the menu or on the phone when i placed the order. I would have loved to have left a 1 star review for those two combined but i cant. The food is awesome. Just pay with cash. And personally I wont be back till after the pandemic. Way too risky.

I ordered through DoorDash because of pandemic, grocery shopping, my escape and with quick shopping and limited items I needed an alternative...Take out. My kids normally get a take out night, but mom needs a day to clean, eat and be free from kids during these remote learning days. I send them to my in-laws, along with my husband 😂. I order myself a well deserved meal and it was spot on!! Seafood salad sub ( I only tried recentlyis my go to and Ive ordered from everywhere. The Cape up to here woonsocket and its the best! I love subs and so does my husband. Kind of a passion for its versatility and we will be doing our regular take out night here.

I will NEVER order from these people again! I spent over $60 on pizzas online to have them wrong and when I called the customer service couldn’t be any ruder! They didn’t and wouldn’t offer me anything for there mistake better yet told me I did it wrong online. Funny how I paid the extra money for my order to be specific.

The pizza is great to bad the staff is rude and not friendly. I worked in a pizza shop in Providence many years that was way busier then these guys and they pretend there so busy . They pretend so they can be rude. No smiles no thank you making me feel like I need you . Owner please remind your staff that with out the customer there is no business and so they should be treated with respect when they go to your shop to spend there hard earned money !!! A fantastic crust. Not to greasy. Any pizza I order has never left the dreaded greasy bottom of the pizza box. Plenty of cheese of every pizza and a nice tangy bbq sauce if you get an item with it.**Massive props during this quarantine. You guys have kept us all full and happy. Your wait times incredibly low even during a rush on a Friday. Thank you guys for being awesome.

First time ordering from this place. Ordered 1 large Veggie Pizza, 1 Large Palace Special Pizza with Hamburger, Pepperoni, Sausage, Onion, Green Pepper, Mushroom. Large Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken extra Greek Dressing. Total came out to almost $50. We ordered in since was on the drive home. Order took about 20 minutes to be ready. Which was responsible since they were having a lot of orders for delivery. The pizzas are a typical house pizza size. Meaning not small like Dominoes. The Greek salad is HUGE! The pizzas were under cooked, all wet underneath, soggy. Kids were not fans! The toppings were fresh, which is great. Light sauce on them as well. But eh, I wouldnt be going back for the pizzas personally. Lets get to the salad which was my dinner, and lunch the next day, plus the rest thrown out. Yes, it was that BIG!! Fresh salad all veggies were green and delicious. Lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, onion, green peppers, fresh feta cheese, Greek olives, yellow peppers. The griddled chicken was so tasty. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. Large chunks on top of the salad. Served with Greek salad and pita bread. Honestly well worth the $9.95- might of been more because I added the chicken. Overall was a good experience would we try this place again. Absolutely Ill ask for well done on the pizza if the family wants to give it a shot! I know what Ill be getting again 😂 Yes.. the salad!!

How do you raise the price like you did? Calzones arent even full! Respect the name of business you bought . Nick had loyal customers and he earned that. I have ordered several times and it only got worse now

Ive been ordering from this place for many years (almost exclusively for pizza). I think it may have changed ownership because of the new people there. Also the way they made the pizza was different, like skimping on toppings. The last three times I have ordered from here they have gotten my order wrong. I will be looking for a new favorite pizza shop.

It was okay. I can’t tell the meatball from the hamburger pizza tho. I prefer the cheese pizza here. Toppings are a bit nasty. Pizza is a bit greasy and salty. But other than that it’s okay. Drinks are a bit overpriced tho i would recommend bringing your own.

Ive been coming here to eat since I was so little...Im going to say about 40 years and to this day I will say they have the best pizza Ive ever had ever....❤..so I left this review about a year ago..well last night I ordered after a couple of months and the food was horrible we had to send four of the six items back and get fresh they added oil to my grinders when I asked them not to the mozzarella sticks were so over cooked the cheese was non existent and the steak and cheese looked like it had been cooked hours ago which I did wait an 1 1/2 for my food which has never happened in the past...so the new owners really need to step up their game when it co.es to standard of food cause the Greek family that owned it for decades before you had pride...I am sorry to say that I will no longer order from here after 40 years of what I thought was the best..😢

Definitely the best place to grab a pie and have a seat in a booth while you order it. You can either take it to go, or grab a seat at table or booth! Theyre French fries are killer the prices are good and the pie is great and crispy crusts. Dont forget their subs which are to die for and loaded to the top with whatever kind you decide on getting! Id say if youre in the area and need pizza Id suggest this over dominos pizza in a minute.

Placed a huge order was told 1/2 hour for delivery was over 45 mins. When we got food, the food was terrible. Pasta was under cooked they said over cooked wrong.... Seafood was mush and fries were terrible. When spoke to the manger he offered to remake food but who wants to wait when u have already waited that long. I was hungry and wanted my food that order right then not 3 hours later. He didnt even offer to refund us our money. Only out to make a buck. His excuse was they were busy and they had new type of containers for there food. Dont waste ur time. GO ELSEWHERE....

Best pizza in woonsocket.Had the meatball pizza is so good. Meatballs had so much flavor. Also the chicken wings are super good. Very Crispy the best way. Prices are good and very good Portions. I will order again there.

Finally tried the palace lol. Lived here all my life never had it. If you want hand tossed greasy pizza like you got when you were a kid before the health craze. This is the pizza for you. The sauce is great the toppings are fresh and the grease drips just like a pizza should! It is the best place for a pizza around
