Currently pregnant and have a emotional craving for chocolate mud cake. Specifically the one from woolies. Went to buy one on 12th and they had all been sold very quickly, was seriously about to cry when my sister spoke to a really lovely baker. Turns out he was the man making the beautiful chocolate mud cakes. (They are the best mud cake Ive ever seen in any wooliesHe assured us he would make them the next day and we could pick them up at 2pm. He proved and even picked us his two best looking cakes. I did end up crying over the pure kindness of this worker, he deserves a massive raise.

Busy doing renovations and will look good once completed. Like Coles, has a lack of products on the shelves.

My go to shop. Still not afraid to go to opposition. Keep me interested.

Love shopping here when Im after something different. Just needs shelves restocked so I can actually see what all they have.

Shelves are empty. Regular stock is not stocked. Have to drive 50min to get to Karratha to get the things we need, that Woolworths Wickham wont stock and Karratha doesnt have it. Forget about buying healhty items. Stock is lessening. They get a product on the shelf and constantly sell out. Then they discontinue it.

Store could do with some additional help on the team side of it. However they provide a solid offer with what team they are able to get. The shop has a few opportunities, however needs a refit and support.Team are great and the whole store gives such a family vibe!

Very impressed with the service here on our travels. Katerina was so friendly, cheerful and helpful assisting us to find some of the more unusual things to help us with our special dietary needs. Great service with a smile even recognizing us on our second visit when we she provided us with good service again. Also Jai who was most observant and helpful when my wife and I were discussing what brand of coconut water was suitable. He pointed out a cheaper option when buying a pack of 4 instead of loose. Appreciate your excellent service guys. Thank you.

The shopping centre is mostly ok. I suspect rentals are horrible which prompted me to put these photos in about the ladies public toilet near Target. It beggars belief that in a city like Karratha, we have to put up with such substandard toilets.

Coles product inventory listing on their Karratha webpage is absolutely useless - will not bring up even some basic foodstuffs

It’s a nice big woolies but a lot of products missing, shelves empty and most packaged vegetables within a day of expiry. A few locals were also commenting on how poor the situation was. Hope it improves.

Honest and one of my hardworkest mates was going in your shop just to by some chocolate and directly got search. This crimination needs to stop.

Always clean & tidy, keeps you on your toes by changing things around. Staff are always polite & courteous.💜

Its got a decent range of food stuffs considering its remote location, staff are generally helpful and check out service is pretty quick also.

Prices on most stuff was quite reasonable. I think I would go the butchers shop for meat though.Its the only Woolies Ive ever seen that sells frozen bread and frozen fishing bait.

Sharon was amazing when it comes to customer service. I wanted some food from Deli/ frozen section and could not find any. So she went and had a look in store and also at the back.

The distribution is kind messy also they dont have a big variety compare with port hedland store.

Great variety for Karratha but looking at the centres in big cities, difficult to keep up due to the sheer distance away from Perth or Adelaide.

Very disappointed that there has not been any caviar , black or red in the Karratha store. I was also told not coming in stock either
