The floor staff in the food shop are helpful. You have to time yourself well because stock is an issue at times especially for fresh produce, fridge items, baked good and items on special. I can almost never get everything thats on my list.

Its wheelchair accessible and there is a lot of little shops near by I love that you can buy clothes and food at one time so Ill rate it a five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great Woolies for a quick in and out shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Would appreciate the Winter stock to have been available for a bit longer as here in the Souther Cape its chilly till end of year. But see this is a problem with all the mainstream stores... no winter warmies when you really need them.

actually I was visiting Truworths, good customer service but had to wait a bit longer since they spent too much time on one customer but I dont blame them since they want customers to be satisfied I think they need to add staff if possible

Location is very good with ample parking. Well laid out store. The clothing section always has something that catches the eye. As much as the food section is neat it not very comfortable to shop. It seems like its now the norm at Woolworth to have their isles cluttered with stuff waiting to be unpacked or the assistant are busy packing the shelves, fridges etc. No space for shoppers to move around freely.

I was very disappointed with this store as i travelled 25km to this store to buy a treat for my 89 yr old diabetic mom who had just come out of hospital, and to my absolute disbelief woolworths Cbd do not cater for diabetes...there was NOT even one small item they could sell me, not a sweet or even a chocolate. I will never waste my time going there again

Very friendly, helpful and neat staff. Shelves well stocked . Im a pensioner and use a crutch -- there is always a friendly staff member to help me load my shopping bags in my car.

Food got crazy expensive as a regular client its easily noticeable in also merchandise especially fresh bread apart from white bread does not seem to be on shelves like before. I also ended up buying my rusks and biscuit at better prices at Loeries bakery next door to Woollies. Pet food got totally ridiculously priced.

Woolworths is always a stunning shopping experience as the stores are very neat. Prices are a wee bit high especially when one looks at the label and it says, made in China. One can get cheaper things at other stores but Woolworths has a good selection of lovely things.

Always a pleasure buying good food. However, I would personally prefer the cooked chicken to be more underdone to allow reheating at home, otherwise they end up a bit dry.

Friendly, with nice selection of food and clothes across the board, BUT.... Please arrange your shoe section to include a seat and a mirror so we can try on shoes with out hopping around in one spot. Thank you 😌

Like all the other Woolworths shops I have visited, this one is clean and neat with friendly and helpful staff. They have quiet a big selection of clothing and a smaller section for the food department. I could get everything I needed there.

Woolworths in George CBD for me is always pleasant to go to to. The service is really good right from the security who takes your temperature and santize your hands who always greets me so friendly to the welcoming smile you get at the till to the manager who assists in stocking the store with products you find at other branches if you ask for it. Well done. 👏

Small but effective. Management very active during the holidays. The manager today, a lady didnt get her name packed my bags and was very pleasant and observant. Lines move here. I will be back. Tellers great too. I was expecting less but got more. Packers also observed to respect customers. Great job guys.

Absolutely amazing retail store with extremely friendly staff. This store has both a food market and a very versatile clothing department. Have a nice variety of styles and also have a beauty department. Very nice size food market for a small city like George. Well located and close by to a taxi rank and bus station. Ample parking and very helpful parking attendants.
