It heaps more variety than any other Woolworths store I have been inwas very astounded as they so much more variety than any other Woolworths

This particular Store is a disgrace! Shelves half empty, and what is there is so u tidy you can’t find anything. Fruit and veges are old and wilted. Staff are unhelpful and abrupt. Checkouts are never open unless you make loud noises. Absolute disgusting store compared to your sister store at the plaza. Very pleasant environment to shop in, staff are lovey, checkout waiting times reduced, shelves stocked and neat and tidy and the floors are clean.Bunbury forum get your act together. I won’t be returning there!

Missing lots of items I wished to buy

Went for lunch.fish and chips not up to the usual standard.very greasy.staff are however very courteous

Cut through Dalleyup on the way home from work so stop in at Woolies to grab the Boys their Vegan sasauges for dinner. Easy, yeah right! Woolworths seems to think it is acceptable to make a Vegan walk through a morgue full of dead babys body parts, just to find their Plant Based (Veganrange.Unacceptable!I keep the Dalleyup Woolies for desperate times.

Like all other Woolworths layout products etc. Its a grocery store so you need it or their competitors for the same reason. One has to eat, they sell food what else is there to say?

Take the time to clean the shelves while they are empty, the freezer doors are so grimy I dont even want to get freezer items. I only shop here because of proximity otherwise the Woolies in the city of Bunbury would absolutely get more of my money.

Some staff choose to continue to talk to their friends (customers whilst other customers are waiting to be served!

Its a Woolworths supermarket not sure how a specific to one store review can be helpful but....Bunbury forum Woolworths is the only Woolworths in Bunbury and surrounds (that Im aware ofthat has its own sushi bar. Its awesome.

My wife and I shopped here today. Disappointing. Fruit and vegetables poorly labelled, prices not in the right place or not at all. Some not the freshest, appreciate there are supply problems.

There is nothing unusual about this store. I used to shop here a lot but found my vehicle had been broken into or damaged in the carpark. On this occaision it was nothing more than a short stop as l was on my way home.

Wednesday, 23 June, 2021. Well what a surprise. Well worth the 4 bus ride from South of Bunbury to your supermarket. To have fresh supply and wide variety of fruit and vegies, is a delight. Incredible culinary choice of Woolworths pre prepared meals filled my shopping cart. I ogled your interesting pre prepared salads. Wow. Not in other stores. Clean store, friendly and helpful staff and enjoyable experience in professionally organised surrounds. I will return. Well done management and staff.😁

Very nice , shelves welstocked but only 1 staff on till and 1 at self serve, not good.

This supermarket is OK. There are often no manned checkouts open and if there are it is only one.This is defiantly not as well ran as the Woolworths at the Plaza.

Shocking customer service. No wonder you are loosing customers.One lady was amazingly nice but the check out lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable.

I usually pick up my groceries from here but decided to do in-store shopping and found everything with ease and if I couldnt find something the staff was very helpful.

Always excellent service, I will not use the self service area. I like to be greeted by a happy face, which is always the case at this store.

I went to this store on Sunday night, bought two containers of ben and jerries ice cream, the tubs were covered in frost and the lady at the self service checkouts asked me what I was going to do with the ice on the tubs, I replied nothing. She then looked at me made the action of snorting drugs and said I hope youre not going to do this like every one else in this town. I was so upset, and all the manager could say was that she was having a joke with me and offered me a bunch of flowers next time I go there. I will NEVER shop at Woolworths Bunbury Forum ever again.

Great store. Convenient. But customer service from one of the staff is really bad(rude). She looks like Asian.

Checkout staff all polite, efficient. Store needs upgrading. Looking worn out and not as clean as others as very old and tired.

Items are generally easy to find, store is nice & clean & I managed to get in & out with my few things fairly quickly. I could see the lines starting to build up as I was leaving though. Needs more checkouts open.

They NEVER have donuts in stock, regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. Same with dare triple espresso and a whole list of items that is too long to mention.

Got a pretty good deal on a ps4 here today. I was expecting to pay around $400 and ended up paying $250. Plus they have afterpay in-store which is handy.

Yeah mostly a good exp,Biggest gripe though most of the time I go there and they have no watermelon.Otherwise all good..Keep up the good work.
