Beautiful flat tree lined,spring growth,lovely walk plus playground,bird avery and the dogs loved it..plus ducks in a few flooded bits

Beautiful park, my toddler loved it lots of space to run, amazing wee playground. Lots of room for a picnic and the aviary is so cool!

Pretty garden setting for a picnic but I recommend bug spray for the sandflies 😉

The weather was hot the pool was just right for the children and it was a good family day all round

Not sure I want to talk about Woodham Park because its my favourite secret spot. Really gorgeous and private garden and parks. Very relaxing. And theres an amazing aviary!

Great place for family picnics, has paddling pool for the kiddies and a playground

Place can be quiet beautiful. The park is fun there for little children and the pool is definitely for little babies. Clean tho. LOVE the bird avery. The reason for the 2 star gone is because it can become an unfriendly family environment very quickly and its very random so that can ruin a good time unfortunately.

Lovely, a real hidden gem. Playground, paddling pool, aviary, bathrooms lovely sectioned off areas in a beautiful setting.

Great park! Playground is a little old so could use an upgrade but everything else is lovely. Has a nice avery for kids to see birds. Nice wee paddling pool for small children. The park is massive, lots of places to hide. We like go here to hunt for rocks. Great place for a game of hide n seek!

Great place to share time with family and friends, was a great afternoon for my girl birthday. The weather was good to held out for us, which was even better.

Pleseant little spot, small park has a nice little kids paddle pool with a playground next to it and an avery as well. Saw three locals on the raz and well gone by 3pm. Saw another dude taking a slash in plain sight, he was well chopped too, classic Tues arvo.

Beautiful park tucked away off the road. Very tranquil and has a bird Avery . Perfect place for a family picnic and with the added bonus of a kiddies swimming pool in summer.

Pool and good playground. Exquisite mature trees. Playground matting gets far too hot. I had my babys first birthday there in November. We all loved it and my large family :and dogs

The birds are back.Thanks to the Christchurch City Council they have done a revamp.Playground and Pool for the kids.Lovely picnic spot.

Lovely park with a playground suitable for kids of various ages. Our boy is 1 year old and had a great time. The paddling pool is great and beyond the playground the grounds are lovely. A great picnic spot and judging by the number of people there a much loved place to visit. Would happily recommend and return.

Great park! Plenty of things to see and do for little kids. Paddling pool, playground with equipment for small children, aviary, and lots of large shady trees to picnic under.

Was great for the wee girls. A paddling pool to cool down in and a playground plus a bird aviary. Kept the grandchildren happy for ages. Oh and lots of shade to sit in.

Great wee spot for familys, would gave 5 stars if there were more picnic tables to go round, instead of just the one that familys had to share. Theres plenty of room for more

Not a half bad wee spot, lots of shade, cool wee knee depth pool for kids, play ground is pretty neat too. Parking is reasonable

Easily missed but well worth the time this park is full of mature trees ( some of which are loaded with hibernating Monarch Butterflies a bird aviary & a great childrens playground.

Love this Park. Has a spaceous bird avary, with lots of variety of birds. My granddaughter loves to look for the painted rocks. There is paddling pool and a nice a playground. Lots of trees and grass.

Such a beautiful big park with plenty to see and do. A paddling pool, an aviary with a variety of birds, a playground with many types of equipment, and plenty of green space and trees for walks and picnicking. There are also facilities like toilets, picnic tables, and a rotunda with a ramp and seating. It wasnt the most tidy park, but there were city staff on site caring for it while we were visiting today. I was very impressed by it overall.

This is a magical park suitable for all ages! Will definitely visit it again! Gorgeous trees, fabulous fenced paddling pool for the young ones, lovely calming environment . a hidden gem for families!
