Wood Colony Plaza in Riverbank

Mot sure about tjr limit of area they have but the places that are in thr pictures are grar to go and just good place to rest if you need jt

Ive only been here for In & Out, but next time I plan to stop at Cali Burger. They seems to have a decent menu and reviews looks encouraging

Started at 99 cents store. Picked up a few things they have lots of great things for Halloween 🎃

It seemed okay for a plaza. No major faults. Plenty of options as far as businesses. Something about sign placement made it a little hard to tell where some businesses were, but it wasnt too difficult.

Just went to the drs.

Postal Annex is a very pleasant copy and print shop, even gave me a couple extra copies for free. Person behind the counter was a good conversationalist, too.

In n Outs back gotta be hurting holding up this plaza. Its the only thing in there worth visiting.

Parking was hard to find on my visit.

Notary place here open til 6pm. Great staff.

The north end gets crowded, Costco, Lowes, etc. Go there for Panda, JPs Asian and World Market.

This shopping center is mostly packed with traffic flowing, so be careful when walking especially with kids. Usually people driving in a hurry, I have almost been hit a few times in this area.

Had great service had a good young man thoughtful waiter food was good accommodated for adults and two children and we had a great time

The Wood Colony Plaza is Modesto’s premier party place. So many great memories of this safe space. Bought my first Judy Tenuta T-Shirt from a little Vietnamese lady in the In N Out parking lot. I also attended my first Wet Yoga class here. Yogi Hervanna Mikdomblintz taught me the virtue of being a able to fold my genitals while holding my breath for 33 Lunar Seconds. She should be canonized as a saint, bless her heart. 5 STARS!

Nice Plaza for getting a quick bite to eat. Taco Bell, In and Out, Subway Poke bowl all great places a quick meal.

Went there to take my dog to the Veterinary clinic. Would not go back to that shopping center again.

Vickis Nails is in this plaza. Excellent place to get a mani or pedi

Save Mart boarded up. Few restaurants, massage, salons, cutlery, jeweler, yogurt shop remain. Shades of its former vibrancy. Always busy around In n Out Burger! Parking lot is bit of a maze for easy access via directional traffic lanes.

why is this center empty..3 largest spaces are empty and boarded up...sad reflection on property owners...prime real estate in north modesto...

Its just a shopping center and as close as Ripon can get to an international food court. Not worth a special trip.

One of the best things about it is it has a Taco Bell and an ice cream shop for your favorites

Visited the In & Out in this shopping center. It also has a Starbucks. Needs another grocery store to help round it out since Save Mart left. That store stands empty.

Many of the people driving through the parking lot are imbeciles; Ive come close to being hit numerous times. What I do find sad is all the empty stores. It needs an remodel perhaps?

First time visit to In n Out Burger. Great cheeseburger and fries with small vanilla milk shake. Employees helpful and attentive .

Very busy place, everything from you to nuts.Be careful, traffic is nasty, just drive defensively and you should be ok,worth it.

Well now that I kno this Wal-Mart has Wal-Mart to Walmart til 9:45 I will b coming here!!! No more Plaza Parkway Wal-Mart bc their Customer service needs ALOT OF ATTENTION!!!!

SMOKE ZONE is a neat store with various items from gifts to smoking needs (all kinds of smoking). Very helpful and friendly staff!

Since they lost their key anchor tenant, InShape has left. Foster Freeze, RiteAid, a Thai restaurant and a mexican restaurant still make this place home. I miss Cartridge World for my ink fill ups, but found places online to buy.

The staff is always friendly when I go there. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. I like to buy makeup at this location.

Waited in truck for meet point to get grandchildren from their parents. Cannot give honest review

The owner of Wood Colony Plaza needs to take better care of it. It’s a nice strip mall with lots of little restaurants and a few fast food eateries. Everything looks worn-out and dated. A Save Mart was here until a few years ago and the owner still has not found a tenant. Fortunately, the Rite Aid still anchors the mall but its isolated on the southern end of the mall and cannot help attract to co-tenants.

Nice mall. Good food court, stores you would expect. Pretty clean.

Love Foster Freeze, In n Out, Me n Eds, etc. Needs a small grocery there, Revitalize!

This place has lots of different places in it. Easy access in and out from both main streets. Ample parking. Kinda old and dated looking.

It has Yogurt Mill, Chevron, Vietnamese noodle soup, nail salon, massage spa, and In-N-Our burgers. Yorgurt Mill had good service and yogurt. Chevron was not busy. Vietnamese pho (soupwas delicious but not the chinese food. I do not recommend having a manicure or pedicure at the location here; they are over price for the service and quality of product. As you all know In-N-Out is always busy but delicious burgers for the buy.

My lady and I love to stop in here at Vickys Nails, Yogurt Mill, and top it off with an in and out burger Double-Double please makes for a great date day. Yahoo

This shopping center died a painful death when SaveMart departed for greener pastures. In and Out burger and a Taco Bell is all thats left.

Since SaveMart moved across the street, this Plaza has been losing stores. Now its also a place where car drivers meet up every weekend ( fast and furious style)

The shopping center is located in Southwest Modesto it is really old and rundown the businesses there are really great. Four Seasons Buffet is delicious I refuse to eat at McDonalds the smaller shops in the area are also very convenient.
