Wolf in Luzern

Waitress spoke amazing English and was so friendly. Explained everything to us in English and gave fantastic service.We had nachos for starters which were so good, two burgers, fries and two drinks and bill came to €65-70 wasn’t too bad.We had one beef burger which was huge and a chicken burger which was big as well.The burgers were spot on.We had to visit again before we left Lucerne, different lady had the wrong burger but the food was still great.

35 bucks for a burger, fries and a coke. The burger was fine but nothing really outstanding, there are better places to go

Hidden spot in Zug, food and service are not bad, make sure to book as seamed busy. Decent prices

On 8th of August, we had our dinner here at around 7pmFood is more than delicious 🤤 but the staff behavior was not that much …maybe they were tired!!Today jana and here colleague changed everything! We stopped at Wolf after a long hike. The burgers were delicious and the beers plentiful. I had a flight which ticked all the boxes. The prices were a bit high, but that was the case throughout Switzerland. For four adults the bill was 190€ (4 burgers, two sides, and four drinks).

Well it seemed nice , didn’t get a table though , I just saw it’s highly rated for stake so thought of giving it a try , so anyone going give them a call before hand OR make a booking online if possible , one of the hostess seemed full of herself “ NO U CANT GET A TABLE , YOU CAN CALL US IN HALF AN HOUR , NO POINT WAITING HERE “ so I passed and moved on the rest next to it for stake

Delicious burger, great staff, and ambiance! I visited here on a Saturday night and there were people swing dancing in the center, which gave a great vibe. The wait staff were all so friendly and accommodating- I showed up with no reservation and because it was just me, they worked to find a place where I could sit and enjoy a meal during a packed night. If you are craving a great and filling burger in a great part of town, this is a fantastic place to visit.

Wet had an amazing lunch at Wolf. Kicked off with the run and gingerbeer. A caesar salad and the classic wings. The wings were truly the bomb coated with a red chilli spice. Followed that up with the classic burger in dark bread and the Wolf steak. The steak had a coating of this red chilli paste that was superb. The fries were good too. And finished it up with a tiramisu. But the crowning event was our waiter who was funny and smart! And made our meal so much fun.

We had a great dinner here. I read the reviews before hand and several people mentioned that the burgers tasted like they had pork in them. I think it’s a results of grinding the meat down very fine which results in their burgers having “sausage-like” texture. To me this was not negative thing. I asked for my burger to be well-done and it was cooked through as I asked. Also, based on the reviews I asked for the wolf sauce on the side instead of on my burger. I would recommend doing this. The sauce was great, but because it’s smokey and bold it’s better in small quantities so you can enjoy the other flavors. The bun was good and fresh. My only suggestion would be to change how they serve the fries. By putting them in the cup this way they get soggy from the condensation. But otherwise the sweet potato fries were good too. The service was very friendly. All in all, it was a good experience.

The jalapeño burger was amazing, the spicy sauce on it was excellent. Also had a chicken quesadilla which was also amazing. The staff was so kind as we spoke with several of them. One told us all about Lucerne and his travels to NYC and another told us all about Mt. Pilatus. Wonderful experience and highly recommend

So a group of 4 of us went in and waited 1 hr and 30 mins for our food to be delivered to our table. The food was just plain awful. The 4 burgers fries and drink came to eye-popping 180 chf. Do not go here overhyped expensive and long wait not worth it.

What an incredible find! Our waitress spoke English very well, they had an English menu, she was also very kind to us and our three kids. The food was pricy for a burger but it’s 100% Swiss beef and the flavors were outstanding! We were so lucky to find this place and would recommend over and over.

I was disappointed! Very expensive & tasteless! We had the classic & the master both were awful!The only good thing was the chicken wings!It cost us 80$! Dont even consider it.

Very good hamburgers and crafted beers.Place if full and adviced to book ahead.Though the host managed to arrange a table for 8 in minutes.

Hands down best burger is swiss

We ordered food via UberEats. We ordered two burgers thinking the 55 francs we paid would include fries. Nope! No fries, contrary on what you see on the picture. So I would say expensive and the burger patties are also not what they could be.

The burger were really good. The fries too. Crispy.The guy serving us was friendly.The bad point is there are some cold air currents passing each time the door opens.

This place was awesome. This was actually the first burger Ive had in a few years and it made a great impression. I got the fresh burger and it was super tasty.Also the staff is veeeeery fast. It was packed the night we went in and we got our food within 10 mins of ordering.Id definitely recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars...Just had lunch here, and the service was disrespectful. The waitress asked if she could take away our ketchup, while we were using it, because they didnt want to go inside to get another one for another table. They also accepted our reservation for 13.30 even though they close at 14.00. We could only finish our meal because we arrived early.We ordered 2 cheese burgers (rare and medium). They were both overcooked - grey and tasted like the meat came out of a vending machine. It may have been propper beef once, but they had managed to completely massacre it.The best things about this place are the ketchup and the bathroom (clean and neat).Theres a McDonalds just around the corner and they deserve your money more than this place, based on our experience here.

Great experience! Although there was no space available outside, we got our table inside with our kids. From the great flexibility when taking orders to having high chairs available and the great burgers... Yesss what great burgers 😁The only reason I could consider to take away points was the price, but it was worth it for sure.

I was lucky to be able to have a table on the terrace on a busy Friday night and absolutely no regrets. The food was simply amazing. Their Wolf sauce and spicy BBQ paired awesomely with the smoked pulled beef and chicken wings. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Luzern to try their Wolf steak and burgers!

Fresh ingredients and some unique offerings. Fries were still crispy, the way I prefer them, with a good distribution of cheese (bechamel sauce was even put on the bottom of the dish which deserves an immediate +⭐🙂). The halloumi burger is on the saltier side. Perhaps having something acidic on the side would help offset that.

Great burgers. Yes, theyre crazy expensive, but everything in Switzerland is expensive, so at least youll get something tasty and filling for your money. Awesome burgers and craft beers from local breweries. They have a extensive burger menu and 3 different types of buns including a gluten free one. I ordered the truffle beef burger and the loaded fries and it was delicious. Atmosphere is nice, modern and a little hip and the staff is friendly.

Try the black Angus 42 CHF. Awesome place for meet lover!!! The red wine Terrino 9.5 CHF/glass from Toscana match the Angus perfectly.

Do not order the wolf burger! Its not worth it. The burger is fine but the steak slice is very small, may be only 3 bite-sizes. See the picture. The steak size compare to the cheese! The steak is on top of the cheeseNot recommended at all.

We are from Israel, so it was quite difficult for us to get food that will satisfy our expectations in Switzerland, and this place was almost perfect! Meat was very good. We ordered steak and hamburger. Salad was ok. We ordered business lunch, so it even was not expensive.
