Ali bhai give a super fast service nd supporting person for food menu.

I . Love to eat cheese corn patty and worn torn soup but in some case the staff is not co operate with us and they dont give us extra chutney with patty

We had visited wok on fire Magdalla Road.on 9/10 /2022. Salad was finishhed. Tissue was not there. Service was so slow. I commended on reception tht diwali has not come to ye haal hai diwali pe kya hoga. Very bad experience

As far only place where one can find near to authentic chainese in entire surat. Tried Pot rice & shashlik sizzler. Pot rice is costly but qty is huge for 2 people rather 3 people can one pot rice. Sizzler was good but qty was less, veggies were enough but overall rice & gravy qty could have been improved compare to price they charge. They provide separate gravy in sizzler. Ambience is classy. Feels good to have meal at this outlet. Overall happy with service & food quality.

Food taste is average not as extra ordinary. One time vist ok.

It is just a value addition suggetion.The staff should be trained not to look/stare at those eating there in the restaurant. This will help eaters eat without being conscious of the staff.

Fresh veggies, tasty and wide varieties but certain dishes were expensive

Walk on Fire, as name shows it self, we can enjoy many Verity of Sizzlers with live fire flams... Good quality and inouf quantity...

I had very nice experience with @wok on fire adajan outlet.So we had 1. Wok on fire soup 2. Open bao - cottage cheese Schezwan 3. Shanghai Noodles 4. Choco Lava rollFood 8/10Staff service 9/10

So we went on a weekday at 4 in the noon and there were only 3 other tables occupied other than us. We ordered a sizzler (Rs. 695and they told us it will take 20 mins which we were fine with.After waiting for more than 40 mins and many reminders the sizzler finally arrives. There was no sizzle, no steam coming out of it with a hard cold cheese slice on top. Upon complaining they said "Cheese ko barf se nikala hai to thanda hi hoga na" and "Sizzle nahi hua to kya, mix karo to andar se garam hoga". Which obviously wasnt the case. It was barely lukewarm.Coming to the taste, it was pretty average. Bland white rice and noodles and very little manchurian gravy on top. So it made everything very tasteless. There were 3 pieces of manchurian which was literally breaking apart on touching and 3 small pieces of paneer which was very chewy.For Rs. 695 plus tax, the food was very disappointing and the attitude of the servers was even worse. Not going again for sure.

Good place and ambiance.Test is not bad.As per quality and quantity rate is may be high.

I want to share my experience.wid wok on fire....Had a great meal on wok on fire, taste & flavours were completely different... I was like to come every week once .....

The worst experience the table was not clean properly we ask the person to clean it he ask us to change the table rudely after that the main part the food was worst we ordered Manchurian that was too salty and there is very less stuffing in momos and the sauces were pathatic I would order momes from streets instead of here that will be more worth instead .

Great Chinese food I had the CC Steaky Sizzler & Red lichi Rice bowl... It was amazing. Highly recommended when in surat

I have made a review in 2017 on Zomato since then I was never reverted back from the restaurant as the restaurant management is taking care of the review we are giving as a feedback. So sincerely dont waste your time in reviewing the outlet as well as reviewing the chain.

Good service and polite staff.Serves as per our requests.Suggestion : they can serve meal in plate of customer needs it.

I didn’t really like so much of hakka noodles, there manchurian was overall good. The ambiance is fine, just be prepared to wait on weekends.

Paneer chilli is the best dish! Mocktails are good. Too

Very generous staff.. one of my friend came from Ahmedabad for his work and due to heavy rain we wont be able to step out till night for dinner, as soon as rain stopped we rushed towards wok on fire Adajan branch, the kitchen was about to close, But I request to Mr.Ali on the cash counter and they allow us to sit and eat! Im so happy for customers service! Thank you Mr. Ali :)

Perfect place to have indo-chinese cuisine.Their quality and taste is so perfect. Burmese soup is so unique and one of my favourite. You may find price is above average but its worth sometime.

I ordered momos and its taste worst than anything, i dont like it please dont go there , they didnt give me myonise.

Do not eat at Wok on Fire surat ever. Their food gave me food poisoning. I have been on injections/drips & medicines for the last 2 days. The taste wasnt even worth it. No wonder its vacant all the time.

Food is ment to be tasty but the drinks are also tasty.

Order 2 thing on Sunday & both things were too saltyI have observed that on Sunday food quality is very poor...With busy Sunday, there is only one service person who, cleans & servece at the same time...I recommend to visit on weekdays

I didnt liked this place !First of all I thought its a non veg restaurant..They ve not described the most important msg to be conveyed that the restaurant serves veg food.Plus the food is too costly in accordance to the taste and quantity.I was too disappointed after I lost 700 RS for just two varieties!:(

The items had to be ordered from the counter and not like regular restaurant. The food is well curated and tastes awesome with a perfect blend of all the chinese gravies. The taste is optimum of spiciness, sourness, sweetness and the green portions. Must try the rice bowls with gravies. Soups are heavenly and full of essential herbs and veggies. Best place for authentic Chinese experience. Service is friendly and decent. Place is well lit and ventilated. Prefer offbeat hours for calmness and peace.

Overpriced, not a bad taste but not according to the price of the items... ₹600-700 items,i asked for extra sauce/gravy as I felt it was too dry, they denied it and said that is what they serve.Expect to pay even 1 rs change if your bill is ₹1701. They will ask you to arrange 1 rs if you dont have change. On other hand small vendors are more than happy to leave 15-20rs in case you dont have change.

Good quality food however too costly and less quantity.
