Wok Box - Leduc in Wetaskiwin

I never take food from this place again, propotions of food that were shown on the pictures were way bigger than we got. And it was the worst won ton soup i ever had. Now i understand why this place is empty during lunch time.

Worst Thai curry rice I have ever tasted

The most disgusting place to eat. Every single table is sticky, the food is undercooked and it is over priced! The bathroom smells horrible and is very unsanitary

Have a very pleasant experience. Customer service was at best by Pragat Singh. Store was clean and have awesome deals on food. Definitely will go there again.

The best spot for some great food in leduc. Specially the staff, PRAGAT is very polite and professional about his work. Will be visiting this place again and again.

Loved their service. Neat and tidy place to eat. PRAGAT SINGH, cheers man. He manages the store by himself , seen him couple of times working alone. Positive vibe and smile on the face always. Delicious butter chicken😋. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I been there many times, the food is best, I buy food alot of times. And the cook there was amazing. his name Pragat. he always have a positive vibes to every customer. Thumbs up for this man.

I love Wokbox but not this location. The lone employee was distracted in the back on his mobile device. We had to yell to get his attention and eventually be served after waiting a few minutes. The bathroom was very filthy with no paper towels etc. He tried to upsell us on numerous items we did t ask for and then the restaurant has the nerve to ask for a tip on their payment machine.

I will never order fromThis place again . Ordered skip , waited an hour and as my driver gets there to get it … all of a sudden they cancelled my order and told skip they were out of items. Then when I called to ask why they ordered it , RICK said that he made it and skip cancelled. Well when I asked if I could still come and get something ( this is 10pm and they close at 11pmhe said it would take at least 45 min as they close at 11 and he still had lots of stuff to do before they close. I’ve never heard an employee blatantly say no to a customer . Oh well I’ll never order here again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know what the business practice is around here.

I ordered from the Leduc location 2 meals on April 2nd 2022 at approx 4:30 pm.I ordered the “build your own chicken fried rice” and added ginger beef to it.My fiancé ordered chicken pad Thai to go.Both items were prepared poorly. My meal (the ginger beef & ricewas completely mush in appearance. It was bland with almost no flavour whatsoever. I ate less than half and threw it in the garage. I took a photo of how poor it looked if you wish to see.My fiancés chicken pad Thai the noodles were very soggy and the meal overall was subpar at best.I nearly spent 30$ on the 2 meals and frankly it was horrible considering the quality of food I received. I will NOT be going back ever!The worker did not offer me a receipt when I was in store nor was one provided in my bag with the “food”.

Second time weve ordered in the past six months and it was the second time weve gotten food poisoning from this restaurant. Avoid at all cost

Great restaurant! First time at Wokbox last Sunday, and wasn’t disappointed. There was one cook with a red hat that made delicious food and was really friendly. I appreciated that a lot! Made the whole experience worth it. Will be coming back again soon.

I really used to enjoy coming here. They have some amazing deals weekly and the food is really good. I had almost made it through the whole menu actually.Every time I come in the past few months the staff are so grouchy it seems. It’s terrible to feel like you’re a burden when you’re ordering. I’ve since been frequenting Edo Japan down the road but even their service has seriously dropped.

Food quality was poor to say the least. Waiting around 20 minutes for two rice dishes and spring rolls. Basically rice and sauce with some battered chicken chunks and no veggies. If I wanted rice and sauce I would have stayed home. Spring rolls were completely soggy inside and under cooked. Thats pretty insulting considering the $40 bill i had to pay! Will not be returning. Have given this place a few tries and its always been less than expected. Do not recommend.

Wow. Ive been standing here for 11 minutes while he served 1 person. Not a "hello" not a "Ill be right with you". Nothing then its my turn he says "ya what ya want?" I tell him my order and he points to the debit machine. I will not be coming back here and no one else should either.

Been going here for quite a while now. I like there butter chicken and kung pau noodle box. Its hot and lot of variety to choose from. Winter time must go here.

Usually I love Wox Box but this location has been disappointing.The past 3 times that I have ordered my favorite dish (Lemon Grass Curry with Tofuthe food has had giant burnt flakes. The last time I ordered the food smelt and tasted like burnt residue.With COVID Ive been ordering for pick-up and did not discover the state of my food until I got home. Be sure to check your box before you leave.

Terrible food uncooked steak dont go there save ur money

Picked up some takeout Oct 27 around 11:30am and the gentleman working was quick, offered me side options and my food was delicious! We got the lemon chicken and the Pad Thai... best Pad Thai ever.. didnt catch the guys name... but good job!! Thank you for the delicious lunch. ☺️

Awsome staff, the food is delicious, we make a point to stop in when we are in leduc.

Just had delivery to our office not sure what the deal is but for 3 containers measuring 3x2x2 inches and 3 pop. The bill was over $60. Now the best part is they forgot the pop. I could have bought a whole tenderloin at super store for that amount. Thats beef! Not worth it but I guess when you add in the skip the dishes fee you best take your lunch from home

We decided to support local, as we had not been out for at least a week.We used an Admazing voucher off my phone app, and the employee scrolled his fingers down my cell screen! Absolutely WRONG to do when public distancing is in effect!I left for 5 minutes and when I came back, 3 young girls were standing in the entry and didnt even move. Why isnt staff enforcing distancing either??HERES the worst: Our food is barely edible! Noodles are so overcooked, theyre MUSH, and he mixed up the orders and made my husbands mild and mine extra spicy...OMGWhat a waste of money, time, and we will never be back.

Best fast food experience Ive had in a long time

I ordered the Korean Beef Bulgogi and although the rice was cooked well and the sauce delicious, the vegetables were way undercooked and the customer services nothing to write home about.

Got the Singapore cashue and got 0 cashues. I knew I shoulda gone to oddle noodle.

Ordered my Singapore cashew with double meat and udon noodles and a side of spring rolls for delivery. Got my food and the spring rolls weren’t cooked. Doughy inside. My Singapore cashew was 90% noodles even tho I paid an additional 5$ for extra meat. Would hate to see this dish without the extra meat. Way too much sauce too. With tip included I paid $40 to get this “meal” to my door and it was terrible. Seems lately it’s hard to find a good quality place to get food in Leduc. I’m running out of options, hopefully the new airport mall will have something decent. Unlikely, but maybe.

I love the food! Its fresh, hot and served fast. Its a great place thats a nice change from fast-food.

I rode my bike and ordered 2 noodle soup dishes plus other items to go. I told the associate the order had to fit in my backpack for a bike ride. Not only did he double bad the soups but before placing them in the bag he taped down the lids. That extra effort plus the great menu selection and excellent, cooked right in front of you behind the counter makes this a five star restaurant!

Ive ordered and eaten in here about a dozen times and every time the rice is way and vegetables are always way over cooked if it wasnt for that the food would be great

They deliver, its cheap and the food is always great. I struggled to find a decent pho soup after moving from Vancouver. Wok box makes the best pho ive found in Leduc. 2 can eat for $25

Not a great meal experience. I was really looking forward my meal, and was unfortunately disappointed. Probably wouldnt eat there again.

I placed an order for delivery. I called back after an hour and they said they forgot to take my phone number so they didnt bother trying to deliver. So at that point they finally left to deliver the food once I gave them a phone number (they had the address and my order already so Im not sure why they didnt try just delivering it in the first place?When the food arrived they gave a $10 coupon to compensate which was great. When we sat down to eat however, my Noodle box was filled with rice (I ordered a teriyaki noodle box). Just really annoying from start to finish.

Ive had delivery twice from them so far, awesome every time, always still hot, great taste.

Gave me food poisoning. Spent 8 hours straight vomiting. Should have ran when I saw the cook handle raw meat, use the computer, handle money and continue to cook without washing his hands.
