Wishing Well - Clear Lake in Dauphin

A nice place to enjoy the lake from. The gardens are beautiful. We would recommend trying to get here for sunset. It is a sweet spot to get some stunning sunset photos.

Such a beautiful spot by clear lake. I like the little garden, statue and wishing well there. Particularly it is the best spot I think for watching the sunset. Spectacular scene! Strongly recommend it.

A very nice little garden on the shore of Clear Lake with the Boggy Creek running through it. Its a quaint, tranquil experience that can be taken in within 15 minutes of you were in a rush. Theres a picnic area with a few tables (no BBQ/firepits), wood carvings of animals, a bathroom, and a sizeable parking lot.

Please don’t miss this side of Wasagaming (Clear Lakewhile you are in Riding Mountain!

Its just like Bannf with the idling tour buses.

Small little area to enjoy the flowers, stream and the wishing well.

The wishing well is a fairytale-esque stopping point just off the beaten path. The fresh air off the lake and the babbling of the little waterfalls will relax you as you take in the beautiful greenery and flowering plants. The day we went was a little windier which made it too cold for us to lunch at the picnic tables but it was, and will always be worth the visit.

A very serene spot and absolutely gorgeous. Very nicely maintained. Lots of parking. Great view of the lake as well. Perfect spot to take photos.

Lovely little garden. Saw a river Otter running around but it was too fast to get a photo. Could hear some loons too.

Hype was high, but I truly find the garden too small.It was not a place to stay and hang as there were too many people. We went twice and place was pretty swamped. The picnic tables are present but maye a wider garden would made the trip a bit more worth it.The wishing well is not the typical well that one may expect.But if you are a completionist and wants to find all the red chairs in the RMNP, then youll find a pair up there.

Good place for a small gathering of friends and relatives even if you dont own a boat. Haha.Boat rentals would definitely be a plus. Must go.

A charming little place. From the parking, you can easily bike with a10 years old kid to the beach.

The park and Clear lake are beautiful. The well is a small one by a clear stream flowing to the lake. While embracing the splendid sceneries, it is delightful to have a well that brings good lucky.

It is a lovely spot within RMNP. Visit here often with our mothers (late 80s and early 90s); bike out to the Wishing Well from Wasagaming; its a great place to picnic; and to watch the fish spawn upstream from Clear Lake.

Beautiful location. If you are in that area pls dont miss the sunset from the dock... Good location for taking picture. All the coin from the well goes to children hospital as donation.

My wife and I discovered this little nook on our first visit to Riding Mountain National Park. The gardens surrounding the well are beautiful and very carefully maintained. The small bridges cry out Romanticism and beg couples to stop and just enjoy the moment. Feeding all the plant life and the lake is a natural spring you can hear bubbling up over the rocks. We were sad to see one small feature had changed, which was the fairy garden. Tiny ladders going from one natural inspired house to another, you could see the delight it inspired in people of every age by the offerings or additions people left behind. There were toys, painted rocks, semi precious stones, items from distant countries. We had even left a token, and were curious if it was still there. All that remains is a bird house and miniature garden with none of the whimsy it inspired. My next endeavor will be to track down a photo from that first trip.

Kids loved it. We even had are afternoon lunch here. Beautiful flowers.

The wishing well is a serene, tucked away gem near Clear Lake golf course. Always worth the short drive to view the lovely garden.

Tons of fish (not sure the kind, maybe carpswimming upstream this time of the year. It was inspiring to see them go against the current. Nice small place to have a picnic too.

Very nice small picturesque park site with picnic tables, flower gardens and wishing well at eastern edge of Clear Lake beside golf course and near summer boat launch. Good destination for a bike ride or run from Wasagaming.

Well (!), we got married here, so were a little biased.Its a relatively small area, but with beautiful landscaping and scenery (including a great view of the lake).We visited the first time in early May, and were able to see quite a few fish in the stream that runs through the area, but none of the flowers had filled in.Overall, theres not a ton to do here, really, but its definitely a quaint, peaceful area perfect for a little picnic (there are a number of tables in the area, and lots of open, shaded areas), or, you know, a wedding (it was perfect for us).If youre in the Clear Lake area, its worth a stop. You probably dont need more than 15-20 minutes in total.

Nice place for wedding pictures. It is a mini park with garden and little bridges. It will be a perfect place to relax as well and catch some fish from the shore. The lake is just a few meters away.

Beautiful place to stop, walk and relax. Our camp came here as a group to sit down and do some painting. Youll also find 1 set of the red Adirondack chairs at this location.
