Seems theyve reduced the size of their nuggets and the chips were incredibly bland, couldnt get through them. My order was supposed to have sweet potato chips but mustve not been available. Pity cause these guys were awesome.

Amazing!!!! The portion sizes are huge and the food is top notch. Well priced and worth a visit if you visit Ballarat. Only complaint would be the Nashville hot chicken should be hotter 🔥 but thats not really a complaint.

Fantastic service last night! The happy hour with a great selection of beers was an awesome surprise too.I loved the banter you had with out table too!Huge serves too.We share the wing bucket between 3 and i couldnt believe how satisfied i was.The different coatings on the chicken was on point. The BBQd broccoli salad was on point, youve inspired me.Again- your service was amazing. Thats sometimes even more important than your awesome food. We will be back! Thank you.

Love it! Its been our go to every Wednesday for more than 12 months. Simple food done extremely well. Burgers, chips & mac & cheese are the go to.

Get the chicken sandwich! That was bomb! The sides are really yummy too 🙂 but the chicken... not great. I went in thinking this will be a better kfc, and was sadly disappointed. The chicken is so heavily coated that you can take a bite and only eat the outer coating. Which you would think would be wonderful, because who doesn’t love that crispy, crunchy outer coating? Well it just kinda tasted like oil, so sad about that, Tried to add some extra flavouring by dipping with the sauces and it honestly didn’t make it taste much better. Tried on two occasions, to the same effect. I really wanted to like their chicken but it’s just not great. Stick to the sides and sandwiches if you choose to dine here.

Not only is this the best fried chicken Ive had in Ballarat, this may be the best fried chicken Ive had in Australia, Period. Even after a 15 min drive home to the dinner table, this was some crunchy chicken. Not to mention the awesome popcorn cauliflower we had for my vego partner.The people behind the counter were helpful and friendly, and service was great even just for takeaway. Definitely will be coming back.

Service is excellent, staff were attentive and friendly. The in-house tamarind and lime soda was really quite nice. Chicken was a little disappointing to be honest. I dont really know what I was expecting but the chicken just seemed to be lacking some oomph, that would set it apart from KFC. We really didnt enjoy the boneless dark meat pieces (what even is that?). My husband who is prolific for eating everything and is loathe to waste anything, could not finish those bits of chicken. They were really the let-down of our experience. Also confused with the vibe this establishment is trying to achieve, in that they had Monsters Inc. playing on a projector and then explicit rap music playing over the speakers. Pretty average overall.

Chicken was good- but no belle’s (given they have the same format).Had the four wings but received 6 drummets!Doesn’t really add up in my books. Asked for an explanation but was told thats whats they are doing.... no offer of a refund or a better explanation! - poor. Wont go there again. Will stick with belles when I’m in Melbourne
