Wingstop in Cleburne

nice and friendly, nolan is a great man for the job. talkative and he let me know what was happening, he let me know I was only waiting on my fries. fast and great hot food. id recommend this wing stop to all my friends and family. great nice and clean business.

Coming from someone that was in the food industry for a long time, the service here was abysmal. We sat there for 32 min for two sets of fries and wings. The one that took our order made it plain she hated her job, one was walking around licking her fingers like she was eating in the back while customers were waiting for their food, and when my husband finally approached after the 32nd min, the fryer, I assume, handed my husband our food and preceded to ignore him after he said “thank you, have a good day”. I understand because I’ve been there, but this was just beyond ridiculous.

Great food, awful service. Owner should hire more people and focus on quality of customer service.

It took 40 Minutes to get a 8 PC combo ready. They werent very busy. Terrible, I wonder where was the manager? I been to other wingstop in much bigger cities where they had better and faster service.

Ordered our food online- waited the given time to get there and get our food, we pull up and every single one of the employees are just sitting around talking and laughing- literally no one was cooking, cleaning, anything. At all. My boyfriend goes inside and asks for our order and they let him know it will be 10 minutes (since no one started anything yet. Plus the other 3 parties waiting before us for their orders as well.Not impressed. I’ve been to other locations with a thousands time better service and employees. It’s a shame how lazy workers ruin a great chain .

Wings were tasty 😋 and fries were good too.

This place is horrible the staff is not friendly the food is so salty and soggy. They wont fix anything and we got sick last night from eating here never again...

Went here last night July 9th and the service was horrible! The food was not cooked right and the service was ridiculous. The two woman working one working the register and one cleaning the bathrooms were rude and non responsive when talked to. The one cleaning the bathrooms started yelling at another customer for no good reason and using very foul language. Even following them out in the parking lot to start a physical fight. Will not be back!

The place is filthy. How can anyone eat in there? If you own this restaurant you should be ashamed of yourself. I know you might be short staffed, but this place needs a good scrubbing.

Walked in, register worker turned straight around and walked towards the back,Every light was off outside, the cook asked out. Did you cut off the lights? I don’t want anyone in here till I get off tonight, they were still processing to go orders which was very few. And didn’t look busy at all. There was one table with one person inside. After waiting 10 minutes I decided to walk out. This was at 8pm, they close at midnight. Guess the employees get to pick their own (working hours).

Walked in this evening because I had a taste for those Cajun wings but I was ignored standing at the front while multiple employees stood around. In fact there was a guy employee with pink hair who was more interested in watching the Boston Celtics game instead of taking care of customers; standing right in front of me. I just wanted a wingy. Guess that was too much to ask.

They didnt even toss the sauce with my wings, they just drizzled it on top.

Everything was so delicious and clean and the staff was amazing!!! Joleigh in particular was amazing!!!! She was friendly and helpful and we will be coming back for her service alone!!

Busy place... But more expensive than Wings in Fort Worth.

Sadly this place went from good to Cleburnite’d and set for failure. The last couple times I’ve gone in around opening time, the floors and tables are dirty and disgusting. Customer service is poor and not really friendly… also, Wingstop has never been fast, but the wait for an order is horrible at this location. I don’t really intend on returning to this place for a good while… they’ll need to find some new man to help get this place cleaned up and structured.

Came for lunch and saw the manager handling food with her bare hands without washing them after walking in and out from outside. Almost don’t even want to eat my food now. 🤢 Do better, Wingstop. We’re in a pandemic. Wear some gloves.

The last 3 times we have had wing stop we said we will never eat there again so this is to remind myself to never eat there and if I make the same mistake again. Not to get Hawaiian flavored thighs, boneless parmesan was eh

20 minutes past our pickup time, and our order was shorted, and I had to return, to correct it and was given dirty looks and no words of apology. They were fully staffed, with many waiting and little customer service, at any point. Last time for me, as the previous trips werent any better.

Will not return. Bad customer service the cashier did not want to be there and it showed service was slow random people kept coming out of the back (with a babyfound hair in our food the cashier was rude so I ended up just walking out and leaving everything there one of the worst experiences every

Love this place. Best wings and french fries EVER. Last time we were there they forgot the seasoning on our fries twice but its still worth it to go! Wing stop is the place to go for all your wing cravings for sure. Recommend them to EVERYONE 😁

The wait time was extremely long. I mean we placed to order online it took us 35 min to arrive. We thought it would be ready by then. Nope! We still had to wait 15 more minutes. One of my husbands wings wasnt cooked properly & gave him food poisoning. The fries were too soggy. Idk what was going on in there but its obvious they need more help.

Employees have the memory of a goldfish. Had to ask for my order 3 times only to find out it was done and sitting for 25+ min., making the total wait time an hour for 20 wings. When I brought it up, the girl just turned and walked away. Didnt even get a receipt. Real professional.

I have recently, within the last few months, really been desiring wing after being introduced to the extra well done option. I hadnt realized this was a thing until recent. So being able to order that ahead so I dont run out of time for lunch has been a lunchtime game changer for me. The Wingstop app is a big facilitator and every team that receives the order on West Henderson makes it so right it feels wrong with how good lunch has become when treating myself to this option. We walk in, one girl is sitting at the register on a chair. No obvious reason why. Another girl in the kitchen is wear a red texas tank top, yoga pants, and sandals, ARM PIT HAIR FLASHIN (gagThe woman who ordered before us just got her food after we all sat around 20 minutes in their EMPTY dining room. Employees are standing around chatting... One of the booths in the dining room looks like one of the employees lives there. Just a terrible experience. Also had a roach crawl up on the table last time we were here.

Placed an online order at 6pm. Waited in the dining room that was busy, asked a young lady about my order she said it was in line. Twenty minutes later when I still didn’t have my food I asked again, she said I don’t have your order. At that time she told me looks like it’s another order that didn’t get printed. Another lady and I waited for over an hour to get food that we ordered online. The girls that were working the counter were rude and overwhelmed. Please get some more staffing!!!

Ive been waiting 45 minutes for my food, and theres no one else in here. The store is a mess and all the employees are in the back sitting around talking and cursing loudly. This place really needs some decent leadership that its obviously lacking. I dont usually post reviews but this is ridiculous.

Worst Wingstop Ever first we ordered online went smoothly then when I get there not ready yet (no problem its a big order and busy friday nightwaited 15 minutes saw 2 people order then sit down and 1 of them got there food and walked out finally got my order get it home to realize what is supposed to be garlic parm with lemon pepper was the most disgusting Cajun and lemon pepper mix ever to the point it was inedible and the regular wings were cold. Decided to call because it was 13 of the 30 some odd wings we order waited on hold over 8 minutes just for them to answer and ask if I could hold finally said screw it after being on hold over 15 minutes hung up and wrote this horribly managed... Good luck.

Like how you go in they asked to wear a mask which is fine but everybody has to share the same paper towels. They got her order wrong after waiting 35 minutes when I asked the lady about it she said they were busy and would talk about it later. They never came to us to fix our order. I wont be back!

This place is the absolute worst!! Not even one star. Horrible service, only customers in there, still took 35 minutes. My food was ice cold, my husbands was hot but he ordered bone out n got bone in. Never going back!

Waited 10 min for a pickup order that was in part incorrect. Chicken was great but fries soggy. They seemed under staffed 3/28/21 8pm.

Worst experience. First off they gave me someone elses order and which I only discovered when I got back to the house. So I went all the way back and they gave me these for boneless wings. There is no meat just fried pieces of chicken crust. Disgusting

Would’ve given it a 5 stars but I ordered on the app. And it said like 30-40 mins n im like cool, so I get it all the way 0 n go in n said it would be another 15 mins but it’s okay, just thought someone should know, but given it four star cause of the goat Rick Ross!

I just moved to the area and really wanted some wings but i always dread going to wing stop because they are slow and order is always wrong but i was like let me try this one out. I pre ordered online. I ordered a 6 piece and i did have to wait a while but they were extremely nice and even threw in extra wings to make up for it. so worth the wait and everything was hot and fresh!

The 1 star is generous, simply because the wings are good (when you receive them). I will say Im currently a manager at a fast good position as well as, management of other restaurants and fast food. So bear in mind I have plenty of experience dealing with people and the day to day of fast food. However this wing stop is by far the WORST fast food restaurant in cleburne tx. The management shouldnt be in management the entire time I was waiting to pick up my order not a single person had gloves on or washed their hands, the manager Ive spoke to was handling the food directly again NO gloves or a beard net, mind you multiple employees and crew members had full beards. Long story short I will not be going back, rather than trying to resolve the issues with my $50 dollar order I was put on hold multiple times as well as told I would have to wait after already waiting for over a hour and a half, so I called theyre corporate office in Dallas. And now im anxiously waiting for another call from both the owner as well as the corporate manager. I would not recommend eating here at all and have no intentions of going back.

Love wings and have always enjoyed Wingstop, its sad that every location is so different. The quality of the food was not up to the Wingstops I know. The personnel lacks customer service. Hope these review will help adjust what is need for this Wingstop. I will continue to visit I think Wingstop has a great product and a personal taste you will not find anywhere else.

Its ok. Chicken is chicken, other than all the flavors they have. Price is too high. Last employee gave me the discount that I didnt know about on Mondays and that was wonderful! Love their soda station!!

Saturday night, Around ten early teenagers and four adults, were celebrating a birthday girl. XV year old, The restaurant personnel behaved rude and they had a really bad temper because our kids were laughing and having a good time. We do not plan to return and much less recommend them. Bad services.

I went for lunch to get a few wings to tide me over till dinner. They fried some tender and juicy wings cooked to order. The people that were attending to my order were dynamite. Kind, attentive, professional. I wish I knew their names so I could give them their props. One was a petite Caucasian lady and the other gentleman was tall and possibly biracial but they were on point. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Ill be back.

Not a wing fan... or am I? Well, Im not. At least not anywhere else. But here? Its fantastic! I was shocked that I actually liked wings somewhere. They have a lot of options to try on the menu and the staff is extra sweet and gives great suggestions on top of the good eats! Go there!

The wings were so horrible the sauce was so watery that it was dripping down my hands. I did not taste any flavor. I ordered the mild and also the garlic Parmesan all I got was the watery taste. Also the drinks tasted like they were old and watered down, and the cups had lint in them..... I couldn’t even enjoy my wings and my drink, So I would recommend y’all to not eat at this wingstop.

Me and my friend were passing through Cleburne, we had been traveling from stephenville and was really hungry but we decided on Wingstop. We come inside everything is great. Up until the moment we went to order. My friend went up first to order her wings and the lady copped an attitude and her using her manners called her ma’am. She said you don’t have to call me ma’am. With a serious attitude. She had even gotten an attitude with the lady who came in to pick her order up. Well after she corrected my friend on the word ma’am , she went on with her disrespectfulmess. I told my friend let’s just go somewhere else because the service here is ridiculous. As I was leaving I overheard her saying really rude things about us.I’m not sure if it was just a wrong day to go to this Wingstop or what. But I’ve never in my whole entire life had such rude, disrespectful service anywhere accept here. I’m glad we left when we did there’s no telling what she could’ve done to our food!

Before I left my house I tried calling in my order was placed on hold and no one ever picked up. Upon arrival I was still on hold walked in and asked if they ever answer the phone. The manager informed me that they had just had a big order and pointed to a group of people 7 total and stated that was why they didnt answer the phone. I placed my order and that manager stated " thats all you want" very snotty. So if you want crappy service this is the place for you.

This is the worst Wing Stop I’ve been to. They’ve been open a couple years and you would think they would have it together by now; they don’t. We placed a simple order, dinner for two to go, we sat there over 30 minutes waiting on our order after the employee said it would take 15 minutes. Every customer in the building was having to go up and ask about their order. Go elsewhere unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a 15pc wing meal. We will go to BWW in Burleson or WS in Crowley from now on.

Never been at this location before. first impression the restaurant was very clean. The cashier was friendly but the manager or shift leader not sure his position was very rude to my family. No friendly greeting whatsoever. We will not be returning to this location.

Came in after 10pm .. the gentleman that took our order was very nice and helpful. After genuinely talking he was in on his day off but still in good spirits! He kept the dining area cleaned and was attentive even when a co-worker left him midshift to run an errand. The food was really good too!!

First time i went there, they totally screwed up our to go order of chicken strips.....they didnt have half of our order in the bag. ....had to get back in the car and go and get the rest of our order. The manager tried to make it right and gave us coupons for 10 free strips....went to use them tonight and was told we can only use them on wings......why would i get wings when i order strips......what a joke.....we wont be back and i will share my experience.....and its not good. Have a feeling this place wont last, they suck!

Worst staff ever!! Waited 50 minutes for a small order. I might have understood if it was busy but there was only a few people in the place. When I got my order home...no surprise the entire order was completely wrong. Every time I visit this location Its a disaster. Drive the 20 + miles to another location of you want Wingstop. I really was really hoping that Cleburne would get this one right...I was dead wrong!

Love the food, but the staff needs to keep working on it. I have not had any issues with the food. Staff inattentiveness is the only real issue at this location. Be careful placing orders online for pickup as the computer interface on their side has some issues(Im trying to cover for them after what I was told by a staff member). Make sure that they read off everything on your order and check the bag before you leave. If you dine in, youre sure to have a great experience.
