Wingstop in Marietta

I went in to place my order for season fries. They were overly seasoned I really never had their fries before but I dont like the sweet and salty taste and I wont be back.

Had a terrible experience with DoorDash not delivering my food, called the location 10 minutes before they closed to get an update on my order as doordash hadnt responded or contacted me. The amazing crew understood my frustration and offered to make my food even though they were about to close. Shotout to the staff (Tyler, Kimora, Terry and Moniqieyou guys were so nice and awesome, thank you so much!

Had a great first experience. Dee took my order and was so sweet and patient. Definitely be back. I felt important and I loved it.

We placed our order online at 10:45. The wait time said 63-69mins therefore we had arrived around 11:40-11:45. Got our food and it is cold and soggy. This place needs to adjust their wait times when it’s not as busy. Our food was probably sitting for over 30 mins. First time visiting this location and probably will not go back. Do not recommend this particular location.

The wings are very good. I really dont have too much to complain about. I got wings and fries for $12

Told us it was going to be a 45 minute wait for 10 wings Then somehow lost our order wouldn’t refund us so we waited another 45 to get the wings

I ordered a WING COMB plus fried corn it came out to 17 dollars and change. I was hanged a drink, 8 wings and corn for $17. The corn was super soggy and salty as hell. So overwhelming I couldn’t eat it. They’re trying to give you high blood pressure. They need to use a measuring tool because it doesn’t make sense to pay and get over salty corn l

They don’t pay attention to your order especially in person. More than once they have me the wrong order. The workers don’t care and will leave at any time. Won’t be going back again.

The black female that was Inside was very rude she said we had to order online then took some white people order that is not right I spent almost 30.00 tried to exchange cheese sauce for ranch she wouldnt do it I will not come back to this wing stop ever again. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone. She needs customer service experience. fries was cold even though it was supposed to be fresh wings wasnt good they were hard.

Original order placed was messed up, so called and talked with female manager and she rectified the issue and made my order over-was inconvenienced having to go back to switch out my Order but she acknowledged the store’s mistake and handled it like it actually should have been handled. For her stellar attitude/performance this location gets 5 stars!

Shoutout to Miss. Shelia and Miss. Lady! Can’t remember her name! I was so frustrated with my online order and they helped me resolved the issue! Food was great along with friendly service!

I was overcharged. My wings were bone dry with no sauce. I paid for extra ranch and got zero ranch. Fries were literally burned. Drink tasted weird like Lysol! I’m not ever going back to wingstop after this waste of $40.

Be prepared for a long wait time here. Waited almost 40 minutes for a meal for 2 (15 wingsand when I finally got my meal the fries size was incorrect and soggy.Giving 3 stars because the manager seemed nice and replaced my fries.

I waited for over 40 minutes for my order. I could have gone to a real restaurant if it was going to take this long. The staff is rude to both customers and each other. The only thing this place had going for it was that it was clean, which shouldn’t be hard since they are not open for in door dining at this time anyway! Hopefully the food ends up being worth this long wait!

3 stars for the deliciousness. But -2 for not wearing masks. Not taking phone orders. And not taking in person orders. Online order only. I sat and waited in the dining room after placing my online order (i walked in wanting to place an order directly with the store. But no big dealthe phone rang and rang and rang. No one answered it.

I dont have a Wing Stop close to me, but when Im in the mood for good wings, I drive out of the way to go here. They have the best wings around. And that corn is unlike anything Ive ever had before. I love this place!

Solely based on the kitchen staff. No gloves or anything and handling a phone and scratched his face while handling food. He has facial piercings. A hoodie with long sleeves. The cashier had long hair that whipped everywhere. No hair nets in sight. Witnessed a male staff member exchange with a customer and it was rude and uncalled for.Overall. I’ll choose another location. Food is going in the trash.

RayMond waited on my boyfriend and I. He greeted us upon entering, took our order, repeated back and made sure we didn’t need anything else. Store was clean and our food was cooked fresh, served hot, and delicious!!! Great customer service!!!

I was headed back to Chattanooga, TN and was craving wings. Stopped in Marietta. Yafir gave great customer service and so did the cook in the back. The food was cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious!!! Definitely will visit this Wing Stop again. (I don’t understand the 1 star reviews… great customer service and food).

i had never tried wingstop before and i was craving chicken so my boyfriend and i went today at about 2:30 on a sunday! the wings were really good, i got boneless (i recommend lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, they were so goodand he got bone in (korean bbq and the one a spice level below it). fries are great, they put sugar and salt on them, the veggies sticks are fresh too!the only complaint i have is staffing, the gentleman there was working all by himself, kitchen and front counter. he did a spectacular job, was very apologetic and vocal, greeting us as soon as we walked in. i wish i couldve tipped him more (as ive been in the same situation when working fast food beforebut unfortunately i didnt have much cash on me :/ dont overwork and undervalue your employees!

I tried this spot few times but this is my 3rd time I got my order wrong and yes that was my last time being there. It really does not matter if you order online or in store, they will mess it up and make you wait another 30 minutes to make it right.

Ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wing combo received a 8 piece lemon pepper wing combo.. They added extra lemon pepper seasoning and everything was delicious and hot.

Waited 15 minutes for an extremely tiny chicken thigh. The disrespect amazes me.....

I placed an order on the app early just for them to cancel my order at the time it was supposed to be delivered.. so I called DoorDash and they told me that Wingstop cancelled my order because they gave my order to the wrong person! So then they were supposed to be issuing me a refund that was requested on 6/18/21 and now it is 6/25 and still no refund and no one is picking up the phone.. this location is awful, never ever again

Ordered food in store, took it home (4 mins away). Wings were cold, fries were soggy and clearly not fresh. One employee looked and acted like he was on perscription drugs.

It is Saturday 5/15/21, 11:20pm there is an African American male and female working. Wingstop closes at 12am. They would not let me order online and they wasnt picking up the phone. So I just decided to make my order in person just to be told they were done taking orders for the night at 11:20, but I sat in my car and watched two other people go in and get their order taken. I would not recommend this place, well at least not at night , they have very lazy employees at night, and very poor customer service skills.

place was clean as always . recently i went to order my food here. The GM is not too professional. As I came into the store I was not greeted at all. While waiting on my food I happen to be looking in the back of the store & tha GM & one of the male employees were very touchy feely with one another. I was very uncomfortable with that . I would give no stars if I could !

If I could give this place zero i would. This is the third time coming to this establishment and every time is horrible. The first time was early last year and then the summer of last year and again during Christmas. Each time was trash. The food is okay if you like Luke warm wings and freezing fries. The male manager I think his name is Brady or Brandon is rude and disrespectful. This place will never survive with that type of management. They need to be shut down.

First time I went- LOVED IT!The second time....!! I ordered 2 orderes of 2 strips (one garlic parmesan and one like Korean bbqtell me why my k bbq sauce one barely had any sauce on it😒 and my fries...were not cooked thoroughly enough...the cheese saice was hot though! ....And I ordered in-person....so, they didnt sit there foreverThe parm. tenders were good.I want my money back lol😅

service was good, fries ok, but I didnt care too much for the boneless wings. the wings had a weird texture and some fries were soggy. other than that the restaurant is a pretty solid place if hungry.

I have been to this location twice this year since they opened back up after COVID. Staff did not wear gloves or masks while preparing food or interacting with customers. The one staff person that did have on a mask on was wearing it below her chin and she was coming out of the restroom slapping her wet hands around the lobby and went straight to the register. This location is always blasting rap music too loud and staff are generally rude and non responsive when you bring things up to them like being out of straws or napkins. They put out one roll of paper towels for everyone to use? All in all it has been a horrible experience ever since COVID. Do not recommend.

I’m not sure what happened after COVID hit, but this wing stop food and service has gone down. They give you a little bit of fries with your chicken and you can barely taste the sauce that’s supposed to be on the wings smh. Definitely not going there anymore and I’m very disappointed with them.

I like my wings well done. They never cook them well done. Staff has always been friendly though. **Fell victim and went back again for like the 10th time hoping to get some wings that werent raw and gummy. They failed again.

We asked for 2 boneless wings combos but they charged us for regular wings. When we told the cashier that we asked for boneless, she answered with an attitude. Another employee (Dextercame later and apologized but said they couldnt do anything about it and ended up giving us the wrong order anyways. Although he was polite, he wasnt wearing his mask and touched his face before proceeding to touch the containers with our food inside. Overall, bad service, good food.

Its hit or miss with Wingstop. Some days they have the best fried chicken wings ever but if its a popular game night you may not get the best food or service. The manager at the Doxie location "Dave" is always personable and does his best to accommodate all of your chicken craving needs. It depends on who is in the kitchen on whether your fries and wings come out just right. There is not much space to dine in but there are some tables to sit at while waiting on your order. There are plenty of TVs to keep you entertained and the fries are pretty darn good. Throw in a yeast role or two if youre really hungry. Good eats overall.

Ordered online and was ready super quick. Good prices and good wings. My friend had thr original flavor and the other half was cajun. He liked the original flavor more. I had the garlic parmesan with seasoned fries and they were both great. Dipping sauces are perfect sizes too. I would recommend for some good wings! 🍗🍗😎😎

Just got my order delivered. 5 wings not the 6 I ordered. Plus they did not bring both sprites only one. Ive been trying to call the last 7 mins and the number is not working! Im absolutely angry and want my money back for my soda and missing wing.

I went here the other night about 11pm, I waited about 30 min for 2 boneless wings combo, when I got home and opened the bag up. I literally had a bag full of grease, and a bunch of burnt fries. While waiting for my food, I went to get a drink, then I noticed that the tea had no top on it. Ewww, germs!!.. I wont be returning back. I only went there because my daughter wanted to try it... Ughhh NEVER AGAIN!!

Customer service is good, theyre very pleasant. But there were a couple of things I didnt like that will probably deter me from visiting this location again:They dont wear glovesThe Cashier also touches food after handling cash and credit cardsThey didnt post their food scoreThey sweet tea didnt have a lid so it was exposed to anything

Placed 50 wing take-out order at counter, then waited 30 minutes before it was "done." Checked it and found that they forgot 4 out of 5 of my sauces, and 3 of the 4 orders of fries, as well as the extra side of cajun corn I paid for. Waited another 15 minutes standing at the counter while they fixed all that. Got everything home and boneless wings were over hard and dry, while fries were soggy...very disappointed. Cashier seemed completely inattentive to the phone ringing off the hook the whole 45 minutes I was there. Kitchen workers didnt seem to care or understand what was wrong with my order until cashier explained it twice.

First time here and was unimpressed. Wings would have been much better had they provided me with the sauce I requested upon ordering, but it wasnt until I got home that I realized they failed to include that in the package. Wasnt worth the trip to drive back up there but I doubt Ill be back with some many other options within a stones throw. Hard to mess-up a single order of wings with sauce but they somehow managed.

You can never go wrong with the lemon pepper wings. Im not a fan of boneless but I have eaten some boneless lemon pepper wings and they were horrible. Just salty. So of you do get wings get the bone in and the fries are really good.

1st time visiting this location. The cashier was really sweet. We I got home I realize I didn’t get a 10 piece. Not sure If the cook can count or not but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only customer this has happen to. So of course I called she remember me. All she said was she was sorry go figure. I told her I be back to that location I’ll ride to the other side. Everyone just check your chicken count before leaving!!

The cashiers are some of the best ones I’ve ever came into contact with. The wings are good, just expensive and not as flavorful as other wing places. The wait is always dreadfully long. I’ll probably never use an app to order wings ahead of time so I guess that’s my fault. But 15-20 minutes is very long for 15wings.

40 minute wait when we were the only customers in the store (one person got a take out order). Hot Sauce was ok, but no seasoning on lemon pepper, just oil. Sugar on the fries was unsavory. Wings were small, but cooked well.There is ample seating area with many chairs, but absolutely no trash cans if you dine in. Be prepared to walk out to your car with trash in your hands.Tl;dr: stick to sauces, not rubs, avoid the fries and do not dine in.

I went to this Wingstop today 2/2/18 as I have done atleast 4 times since they’ve newly opened. I got home ate the chicken and into my 4th piece I saw that I bit into chicken that was raw and bloody. I had to drive all the way back to the location to make them aware of this. The manager (whom I wanted to speak withwas not there, however the employee at the register was very helpful, and gave me my money back. It’s not a good feeling to know that you ate bloody raw chicken. I hope they will better train their cooks and I am praying that I do not get sick.

First time visit. Wings were fresh, hot, and tasty. The lemon pepper is the best m, mango habanero can be a little hot. Ordered online and took a little longer than estimated but was able to interact with multiple employees. Will be going back. The ranch is also great

Lemon pepper was good but they should put some salt or seasoning first. Original and Hawaiian wasnt all that. I love "N wings and N burgers" across the street better and the fries werent hot

Chicken had no seasoning or flavor. Nor did the fries. I basically just had fried chicken. Im not sure if its because they just opened, but please please add more flavor to the chicken. I wanted flavored wings not fried chicken. Disappointed b/c wingstop is my favorite. Hopefully they get better with time. Ill try again to see if it gets better.
