Best wings in town! Whether you choose hot, mild, lemmon pepper, buffalo, etc..youll love them! Perfectly cooked! If dinning in, take a sweater!! Its crazy cold inside. My daughters and I were too uncomfortable eating, too cold. Everything else is awesome. Great and friendly staff! Prices might be a bit high but all good for the area. Highly recommended!

Food was ok, reason I gave it a 3star on service was because at the moment they called my name I went too go pick it up ,it was given too another person by the same name only difference he gave Fred as his order name,turns out we both are Alfredo and thats the name I gave for my order. They called him too bring the order back since it wasnt his ,which I rejected and had my order re-done!!!

Keep your expectations low. They cant even afford to give a water cup when you buy food...

Too expensive for what you get. Almost $13 for 6 piece boneless “wings” combo that’s closer to 6 chicken nuggets. Fries were soggy and the nuggets weren’t even that great. Add a close to 20 minute wait for your order and that seals the deal for me to never return.

My first experience at this location was very poor. The young lady that took my order was very rude and unprofessional. When i had received my order I confronted the same person who took my order, Genesis, I explained to her that my order wasnt correct. Yet, she wanted to argue with me and tell me thats not what I had said/ordered.. Then an employee I didnt even interact with barged into the conversation to tell me what I had ordered as if she would know. They wanted to charge me extra for the sauce because the young lady taking my order didnt want to admit she took my order wrong and she couldve easily just given me the hot sauce to make it correct. Its not like I wanted a whole new order, I literally just wanted my sauce to complete my order. Even our fries were soggy when we asked for well done fries. Very disappointed in the service and treatment of this visit. 0 stars if I could. Spend your money elsewhere.

Its a fast paced restaurant. Take out was very fast and affordable. Its a definite score.

Wings are my favorite, but for some reason this time they were not up to par. They we smaller than usual and dry, my guess is they cooked them longer than usual or they were just small and caused them to be dry. I dont know, but I will go again.

Cuold have better service, but the food is good.

Always a great choice in Eagle Pass, TX. Good food, fast service. They always have a flow of customers when I go pick up my order.

The worst customer service - the cashier was very rude. She even treated the girl she was training rude.

If i could I would give -5 stars. There was a dead fly in my chicken wings. Absolutely disgraceful customer service I must say. Food is sub-par but the customer experience is dog water. so free.

This wingstop has got to have the worst customer service I have seen around Eagle Pass. They made me wait in my car for twenty minutes on top of the hour that I waited after calling in my order, just to find out my order was ready and right next to the cashier. Other than the people that work there it is a good place to eat.

Its more the food rather than the servers. Customer service was great as always. A lot of the flavored wings are very weak from what theyre labeled to be and a little too expensive for what you get.

Love the mango habanero. Doesnt taste like Buffalo Wild Wings mango habanero but still delicious. Wish they would serve fried pickles tho. Sometimes does get crowded but I usually go there when they first open up.

Good place to eat from. Great fries n many delicious flavors that they have on the menu. They have two tvs to watch from. From sports to news they got u covered n keep u up to date on whats on. Sitting area is small but when ur food is ready u just go n enjoy ur food instead. Go with friends or family n have the best time getting messy eating them chicken dinner, chicken dinner as they say.

Everytime I call to place an order im put on hold for 10+ mins. Pretty ridiculous. Today I was on hold for 7 minutes. While I was on hold I called from my cell phone and got right through and placed an order WHILE I was still on hold on the first phone... wth is that?
