Very poor customer service. Ordered 20 wings plus fries. 1 couple that ordered about 10 min after us got there food before us. Due to it taking over 30min to get our food had to switch from dine in to take out. Then they were mad that we requested to change it to take out

Placed an order online with an estimated time of 32-28 mins to be ready. Got there a little early so I expected to wait a little while. Sat there until it had been 50 mins since my order was placed. While sitting there the employees asked me my name 4 times. Finally the 4th the cashier found my order on the top shelf that I saw them out there over 20 minutes prior. Needless to say my food was cold by the time we got home.

If you love waiting In lines, this is the place for you!! Even though I was told the food would be ready in 30 minutes, a FULL hour after I ordered, they had not even started. 26 people were waiting, just like I was. Yeah, I counted. Somehow I found the time.The only thing this place is missing is a doorman who literally slaps you in the face as you walk in.

Very slow service. Only people In here. We ordered ahead of time, was told 15 minutes. Say in the car a few minutes before coming in. Came in paid, was told it would be right up. They were working on it. Over 20 more minutes sitting in there waiting on food that was suppose to take 15 minutes, that we actually waited over 30 minutes for. There’s a bag that’s been sitting on the rack done for 3 minutes already. I wonder if it’s our order

So I’m gonna start off by saying Wing Stop wings are great….but the customer service at this specific Wing Stop is absolutely trash. Many different times I have ordered from here online and it says my food will be ready at “X” time. Every time I show up I have to wait another 30 min at least. This time around I placed an order at 5 pm and to have it picked up at 8 (figured a bigger heads up would help). Nope. Once again I show up and all the employees look super confused and then tell me it will be about another 20 min. Not sure who oversees all of this but it’s a super bummer. Once again I love the wings and that’s why I keep coming back but the staff NEEDS to do better.

Wingstop food is always on point ! Unlike their internet connection. Which caused them not to have my order already ready for me to eat. Their entire system was down and they were only taking cash payments. I went there and was told it’s gonna be an additional 10 to 15 minutes and I was like you know what, bet. So I sat there and waited an additional 20 minutes and when I went back up to the counter they have forgotten so I told him cancel my order and I walked out they were still dealing with trying to get their Internet connection back up and running and unfortunately Wingstop Corp was refusing to send a technician which would’ve cost them $300 so they can fix their Internet connection and they can have their business up and running in no time so I’m pretty sure they lost a lot of customers and a lot of money that day. Hell my order was $20

It was an average Wingstop visit. No one was inside as far as customers. That was a plus. Staff was friendly. The restroom was clean.

Forgot my large fries on my delivery thru the app. Tony said it’s cool though we’ll catch you next time. 🙄. No deliver my fries now. They suck. Always mess up my order. New review 6/12. Forgot two orders of veggie sticks, fries weren’t seasoned and large ranch half empty. Don’t go here

This Wingstop is trash man. Makes no sense why it takes so long for CHICKEN. You would think that they would have chicken prepared to go while especially during busy hours but nope. Just a bunch of confused workers looking around while chicken is being fried. The preparation here is horrible and it’s like this every time I come to this location.

They served a friend that came in after us, before those of us who were waiting. We all got the same order. And the manager decided to tell us “it’s cause bone in and boneless times.” We all got bone in, and the same order size. Lied to our face. We had been there for 30 minutes, and our friend got food within 10. Incredible that they’d lie this way. Not too surprising to sigh, they completely skipped my order in the past. Avoid if you want to have an actual meal.

Order on the phone before you come in. Employees are slow to move. My 20 mins wait became an hour. Would’ve been longer if I didn’t follow up on it, because it seemed like they forgot.

The food is good but the server/cashier is giving us cranky attitude.

Always busy. Personally I dont like having to get my own drink when Im taking out. They give you a bag with an empty cup. And look at you like your on your own buddy. I have no intention of doing anything more for you, dont even ask me any questions. Figure it out.Im taking one Star back on account of that look.

So I drove from Killeen specifically to this location because the service and food is normally always better.....but most definitely not....the lady who took my order Lycellis was not paying attention to what I was saying...I gave my order plain easy and clear as possible she still ask me questions that I already answered and I basically had to repeat myself 2 more times....at this point we had already pulled up and I can see here on the phone taking my order looking half sleep ...then when I get in there it was confusion about the order because they asked my name but I told them she never asked my name just my # and I have them that and when the order was read back to me it was still wrong....then the sign on the drink machine said out of ice but there was actually ice in the machine so Im guessing they didnt want to have to fill it back up and the same employee got a attitude when someone else came in and asked for sweet tea but it was out so with attitude she says I will have to make some more but she didnt she told the lady to get out what she could and she would take the cup in the back and get her some more then when my order was finally ready it was still wrong they gave me both of my combos lemon pepper when one was supposed to be half lemon pepper half hot which was clearly stated on my receipt smh and it was really messed up how the employees are in the back talking bad about other employees when you got customers up front in your lobby but you cursing and bad-mouthing them smh.... This whole scene was ghetto and very disappointing but at least my food was hot even though they piled the whole bottle of seasoning on it

Third poor service experience today. If you order online, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the store. Employees are slow and un-aware of the artificial problem they are creating in a store that is never really busy. Today I ordered online, showed at the store 15 minutes later to then wait an additional 30 minutes because the cashier never checked if my order was ready after I paid. It wasnt until I asked if it was ready did she hand me my food. I got home and my food was not only cold but also poorly put together. Very little sauce on my wings, soggy fries and the boxes werent securely closed. Poor service, bad management and I recommend you avoid.

Please, dont order online for delivery. Delivery person runs around with your food, delivered 35 minutes late, bag is open and then the manager Giselle tells you they cant process your refund and that you need to contact door dash. Meanwhile you have no food. Worst customer service ever.

Manager at this location is very unprofessional. She refused to correct a simple mistake. I honestly didnt get what I paid for and i spent $50. She either needs to be replaced or more manager training. I hope upper management sees this and contacts me.

The manager at this location is very sloppy and extremely unprofessional. I asked for a corporate number to make a complaint to and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another employee and I heard in the back ground the managers voice saying JUST HANG UP!! Are you serious? I dont get tempered up but this place make me so angry. Im gonna hunt for the corporate numbers and make my complaint.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are a delivery persons worst nightmare. They are consistently late on orders, and today I waited over 25 mi items past the promised time. Delivery drivers are no different than the actual customer standing there waiting but we are treated like our orders don’t matter. This location has the poorest customer service of any restaurant in Coopéras Cove, by far.

Placed an order via the Wingstop app. Receipt states 45-47 minutes for delivery. App tracker said food was delivered; nothing was left at my residence. Called the store, they said they saw the driver take my order for delivery. I was told there’s was nothing they could do, it was in doordash. Spent two hours on hold with doordash to cancel order & get my money back. NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM WINGSTOP! You will never get it!

So the sweet was not empty; she just added wayer more tea bags and sugar. The app said my food was ready at 814. I didnt get my food until 830. Why is the flavor just on one side of the chicken? So, I am upset with this meal today. The owner needs to get the manager retrained.

Wings are very good. It gets very busy during lunch time and dinner. Use the app and place your order with 40 min during those hours.

They got a whole new staff working at wingstop, and took about 45 mins for a simple order. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you don’t mind waiting!

Pre-ordered at 1345 for pick up at 1845, trying to be pro-active and still waited an 1hr after pick up time. Whats the point?

I usually like Wingstop but I guess on Super Bowl Sunday they were either overworked, didnt care, or had new people. I ordered a Pre Super Bowl snack and I was disappointed. All of the wings were overcooked and with little lemon pepper seasoning.. I contacted the corp headquarters for a refund, no response.

Placed an order online, twice and never got it. I dont know what happened today at this place but it was a disaster. I know we are living difficult times. However, managers or supervisor need to come up with a plan and be proactive. 2 hours later, nobody knew where our order went. Definitely lack of organization. Just organize your store and assign people specifically for door dash, specifically for pick up and dinne- in. I guarantee you, they will not get confused.

Ordered a 10 piece meal payed like 17 bucks for it the wings and fries was cold and the fries was very soggy the manager said they would replace the meal after i sat on the phone for 20 minutes and having to call back because they hung the phone up on me!! Now in calling back to get my meal replaced and Im again on hold for 20 minutes for them to ask the manager!! Either this manager is just extremely busy at all hours of the night or they just dont really care worst service Ive ever dealt with!! Not to mention their grease is very old

Watched the only white woman that works in there answer the phone with an attitude told me to “stop calling” when the store closed early and they still had their sign on. the professional thing to do would be to turn off the sign and not answer the phone with an attitude before the customer has a chance to say anything. will be having a word with the manager. don’t know why she’s upset about having to do her job

Ordered on doordash told me you would be ready at 7:08 wasnt ready until 7:38. came home had a bug and one of the wings.

Everytime I have to call they put you on hold and never pick up again. I even tested it by sitting outside the store and called. She answered the phone and put it back down and went to the back of the store and chatted with the other employees. That’s just gross. May as well unhook the phone

I ordered 10 pieces and l asked them if l could please get fresh Fries And that is exactly what I got I was so happy it was delicious,thanks yall.

Wings were disgusting they dipped the wings in so much sauce it was like I was just eating the sauce. Fries were burned and veggies look old and rotten. I will NEVER order the this WingsStop again!

Doesnt offer dine in, ordered the small 6 piece with fries and was left STANDING in the lobby for 45 minutes, they werent busy. Got home and open the bag to find wedge fries. Haha I didnt even know they had those. Wont be back!

I went to Wing Stop on the wk end and tried to order the 25 boneless wings with 3 sauces and a side of ranch. I explained more then once very slowly that I did not care about cost that this is what I wanted. The lady (olderproceeded to talk very fast and behind a mask no less to the point she was very hard to understand. this went on until I was so frustrated with her trying to tell me what I wanted instead of ringing me up, that I walked out and the store lost an order. I have never had this issue and due to this our Company has switched to Chic Filet in Copperas Cove to order chicken. Very aggravated.

I ordered online from this copperas cove location and waited over an hour for them to tell me they lost my ticket.... right after they charged me for it. I returned 15 minutes later to see if they "found" my ticket and they said nope, but theyll get on that right away. another 30 minutes later and Im sitting in my car missing my cheese fries and veggie sticks, my rolls hard and stale and the wings are cold. but the fries are on point! Im not coming to a wing place for cold wings and hot fries... $42 I was charged for this experience. never again.

Not sure if they change their seasoning or not. But it has been awhile since I been there. To go and hate the taste of the lemon pepper wings was hurtful. Very strong taste that it gave me a slight headache

Wings were great! However, the real gem in this meal was the Cajun fries!! Absolutely the best fries Ive ever eaten. Cheesy with a nice cajun zipto it. I wish I had.more??!

I ordered for delivery 2 weeks ago. When food came the fries were unseasoned, the wings and flavors all mixed together. Called the restaurant and spoke to Melissa or nina the manager about it. She had stated that I could bring the wings back and I explained its 5 mins to closing time and that I live 15 mins away. Part of the reason I was ordering delivery in the first place is because I have 2 small children and they were in bed So that was not going to happen. She then said I could have the remake the order just call and have them drop the wings... She took my name down and phone number. Fast forward to today I call to have my order remade and its conviently not in the "books" and can not make my order only waited an hour and a half for them to say this. Do not recommend going here since they dont have the integrity to honor their word for their mistakes.

I have been purchasing my wings from this location for years! I usually have a positive experience, and the food is usually perfect. The last few times I have gone the cashiers have been extremely rude! I even had one snatch my card out of my hand!The food has been even worse! The boneless wings we’re not crispy, and were very oily.I use to love this location, but because of recent visits, I will be not be coming back.

NINA the manager is unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!! Food was cold, not fresh & then I was quoted a different price from a new girl which is what the manager Nina said just now on the phone.....just blamed it on the new girl and I also tried calling to add to the order but there was a busy signal every time and then overcharged. Poor quality and service. Also the manager, NINA was very impolite and rude just now after calling. Tried to resolve last night but a busy signal. I also had to ask her what her name was about 4 times because she was rudely talking loud and over me. Finally she gave me her name!!! Would not recommend or go back!!!!

Ordered a ten piece bone in tonight! Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, well they only did lemon pepper and the rest was just plain fried. Plus I didnt get any sauce for the chicken, i had a coupon for free fries since it was my birthday, well they were cold and hard. When i tried to call them they kept hanging up on me 3 times! I need to get ahold of their headquarters, I wont go there for this type of poor service! Im not a complainer but the lady that waited on me was rude when i asked her about the dipping sauce.

Ordered online to pickup since they were only during takeout during Covid. Asked for utensils and associate mentioned normally they only put them in Door Dash orders. Seemed reluctant to give me any. It was a 30 pack meal deal too. I mean they are all to-go orders not sure why Door Dash orders are given preferential treatment from other paying customers. The mango habanero also tasted off from other locations Ive had it at and Blu cheese was oddly watery. When Im in town again Ill steer clear of this location.

The good is good and the manager is awesome at making sure they provide you with the freshest foods. The cashier at the front had an attitude because I needed a moment to look at the menu a moment. When I felt rushed through it, I got flustered and this irritated the girl so much. Thanks for that experience!

The service was good, the washout wasnt very long and our food was made to order. My wings were swimming in sauce and I didnt like that at all. Some may like a little extra sauce but mine was way more than just extra.

In the area, you have four main places to get wings: Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Hut, and Pluckers. Of the four I would honestly rate Wingstop in fourth place for the simple comparison of quality to cost. You can get 10 more wings from Pizza Hut for cheaper and 5 more wings from BWW for slightly more. While the quality of the wings arent bad, I ordered Mango Habanero which has a sweet flavor with good spice, but I still prefer BWWs version more. The other thing to note is that I ordered boneless wings but received bone-in. Something I only noticed when I got home. My recommendation is if you really like wingstop, then go for it but there are definitely better alternatives in the Killeen/Cove area.

Worst wingstop service! Waited for my order 18 min, got home the entire order was completely different. Called, returned order and was given a dry cold *** replacement order. Good thing I checked. The guy tried to say I grabbed someone elses order that he called another name not mines yet he couldnt initially pronounce my name properly. He couldve just called out the receipt number. No real apology given , no customer service courtesy just the blame on me. Requested my money back. If i could give less than a one star I would.
