Wingstop in Reno

Never go here their compleatly trash their soda machine is always broken so you have to pour yourself soda from a 2 liter so gross and they compleatly messed up my order i ordered a medium buffalo bone in with blue chesse, and they gave me bonless bbq nuggets with ranch not one thing in my order was correct and when i called to ask if i can go back and change it even though i havent eaten anything and was willing to return the order they hung up on me two times.

Excellent wings!! Much better than the Wing Stop on South Meadows. My wings were well done as ordered, and the cajun corn was fresh and juicy! The staff were friendly and attentive, even for a pickup order. Its been hard finding decent wings out west. I guess theyre too far from Buffalo lol. But, this Wing Stop is awesome!

Waited over an hour for the food and it came out cold. Seemed as if there was no coordination whatsoever between the cashiers and cooks, as some orders went out within 5 minutes while others took even longer than mine. Inconsistent service, would not recommend.

The first time I went to this place I bought an order of forty pieces 20 boneless habanero mango and 20 with bone of the hottest and the truth is I will not spend my money again on something that tastes so bad and without any flavor

The punk as* kids working there need to be managed or fired! So rude and have no respect or work ethic! Wheres the manager?! The kids at this location are a disgrace!!

Gave me the wrong order. I ord ordered thighs not wings, what a waste.

The food was excellent but the service wasnt so much took a minute to acknowledge us, seemed impatient as we ordered

It can take a looooonnng time to get your food when its busy, but the fries are great and the wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings, hands down!Very filling though! Youll feel bloated and full pretty quickly.

Ive been going to this Wingstop for about a year now if somethings messed up they definitely take care of the issue great customer service and great food

Had to wait for my order for an unusually long period of time. The girl at the counter appeared to have a very hateful attitude towards me as I made my order she was very rude in her responses, actions, and and failed to tell me why my order was taking such a long time. The Spanish gentleman who put his order in directly after me got his food within minutes while I waited at least another 10 to 15 minutes on my small order. Dont know if it was because of my ethnicity (African Aor it had something to do with the girls attitude towards me as I made my order. All in all this will be the last time I will ever order food for myself at this particular Wingstop. Simply due to bad and questionable service.

Fast service, but maybe a little too fast because my parmesan wings didn’t have any Parmesan on them.

Bunch of kids playing loud music charging people for items they didnt ask, for and no respect. Recommend a different location.

Its the food is so delicious the place that its awesome good and the restrooms are not that good

Exceptional service by Carlos at the Mae Ann location in Reno. I had a concern about my chicken not being fully cooked. He made sure is was perfect! Thank you!! Best wings I have had than to Carlos.

I order from this store all the time. I always get my crispy wings, but this time I forgot to put extra well done on my order.When I called the store at first they told me because I didn’t check off the well done button they couldn’t help me, but after talking with them the manager said they’ll remake my order and he will personally deliver it to me.A mother at home with her kids I don’t have a car this evening and it really was a lifesaver.I appreciate that manager so much and I don’t remember his name but he works night shifts.I had also ordered boneless wings that didn’t need to be replaced but he ended up replacing my entire order. Again a wonderful experience.

Good chicken oversalted and semi burnt friends crew was cool manager not so friend or apologetic over mistake couldnt give me a dollar ranch for my problem with fries definitely will go to another location one piece of boneless so big was all breading

Maybe it’s just this location but I’m never going back…I’ve ordered takeout from here twice and both times they shorted me a few wings and got almost everything else wrong. I tried calling to let them know and I was left on hold without anyone picking up.

Absolute trash. Put in an order through doordash and not even 20 or so mins later it got canceled. Tried to call them but as soon as they answered, got told we are no longer taking orders and immediately hung up. Dont make business with this Wingstop location. DONT GO TO THE MAEANNE STORE

Meh, messed up my order got the wrong flavor. The young lady on the phone was nice about it and offered to have them comped next time. Still hungry tho...

I’ve usually had a good experience with Wing Stop, but these are the driest wings I have ever had. I got 2 different “Wet” style sauces. They looked and tasted like they were under a heat lamp ALL DAY! Terrible.

FYI the bone in wing have something called collagen they are rich and full of collagen. If you know what collagen is it good for your fir your skin! I place an order for wings but I place my order wrong. My order turn out to be boneless wing. My review is on the boneless wings. I am a fan of the original wing which are bone in. Well here is my chance to evaluate the boneless wing. First the bread is bad because it absorbs all the grease or what ever oil is used to fried with. The boneless chicken is dry and the juice you think you get when you bite it actually oil. I thought they were just terrible though I may think so other met like the boneless wings. These boneless are really bad and taste awful and are high in cholesterol.

Place was great in the beginning. Over the last two years or so has gone downhill. Dry wings even when you ask for them wet. Not sure if there is a sauce shortage or something. If you’re in to dry wings this is your place.

When we got there about 10 people were there a group of 3 ordered in front of us we placed our meal for two order and were told it would be about 20 min before we would get our order. We chose a table sat down and watched group after group get served 6 or 7 doordash ordered the group that ordered before us got their order and were cleaning up and leaving and I figured Id go up and ask about our order and the kid said O here ya go I forgot. Our order had been sitting there for about 10 - 15 minutes. Ill definitely be ordering doordash next time we want Wingstop..

I love Wingstop. I love that when I call to place an order they ask me if I want the same thing I got last time. I love that they have boneless options when I just don’t feel like working for my food. I love that my kids all love it. I love their French fries. But my favorite thing is that they have a Freestyle machine. Today I stopped in for soda and “accidentally” also got wings. =)

Solid spot for some decently quick wings. The spice levels are kinda of off base but still good for each flavor. Mango Habanero is really good!

I prefer going to this one over the one in north valleys. The staff is much more organized and efficient. Mango habanero is the best flavor, by the way. And the all-in-bundle is a great deal

This wingstop needs serious work. Everytime I go, I order online, and never seem to get it right ! Always an item missing. I remember when wingstop use to check every item out the box, not just say it to you and read it off your recept. Wings are cold. Not enough sauce . Fries or wings always missing. And this is the 3rd time . Im not going back to this establishment. And wingstop has the nerve to fill out a survey and hand of free fires ? Really? Thats it ? Let alone your prices have increased over the years ?I would recommend going to a different location or simply a different wingstop. Shoot. Or even better make your own wings.

so upset how lazy these coworkers are! Me an my daughter are so sick even two days later! My daughter is only 2 years old! Then so you served ous chicken that made ous so sick!we wore both inch away from going to the emergency room. Throwing up blood and slept 24 hours straight! Never again!

It was good didnt know why people raved about it. Ordered wings with bbq sauce on side, because of a picky eater in the family. Wasnt given sauce & then was charged for it. Spent $80.00 dollars there. We tried it & might try again later.

Ordered the 8pc combo. Was ok, more then likely I would order from them again. I had asked that the wing be cooked longer and that did not happen and the sauce (mildseemed slightly diluted/thinned. Ranch is the good stuff though. Im really loving these rolls, I added them at the last minute so happy I did. Delivery was early that was nice and the driver was friendly.

Love the wings and service usually good. The only thing is when I order ahead of time online for a scheduled time, the wings arent as hot. They make them too early and then they sit.

This is THE WORST LOCATION. I ordered my food over the phone and got there 1 minute after 18 minutes quoted. My fries were soggy and the wings had bbq sauce poured on top. AT LEAST MIX IT AROUND AND MAKE IT LOOK PRESENTABLE.THE SOUTH MEADOWS LOCATION IS AWESOME, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR EMPLOYEES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.

The staff is really and approachable. They cook the food properly and over delicious.

Great wings, fun staff. Call as head or order on line e to skip the 20 min wait. Save the environment and bring your own beverage container. Still have to pay for soda, but the earth is happier because of coke freestyle machine.

Love this location! Everytime I get wings here they are out fast and delicious. Their sides are great. Fries and veggie sticks are always fresh and tasty, plus they make their own ranch and it is fantastic. Good flavors and some with a good amount of heat at the high end. I always get the boneless and they do not disappoint.

Not consistent in the way they cook the wings-some days better than others-but still pretty good wings. I do wish they had something really spicy though. Atomic isnt enough.

Got to the spot after 10 pm and the place was hopping! Love they were open til midnight because no one else was. The staff was friendly and the wings were delicious. Made a full day of travel worth it!

Probably my new favorite wing place. Service was excellent, wings were cooked well and sauces were delicious. Great prices and fries too. And you get a decent amount of nice thick ranch dressing for dipping. Will definitely be back to try all the flavors.

So easy to give Wing Stop a good review! Boneless wings, or classic style.....its all good. Sweet flavorful french fries done right. Its not fast food. Remember, good tasting food takes time. Expect 20 minute wait times. They have a good selection of flavors, and heat levels. Myself? Im good with the mild level! The only complaint I have is that there are never enough tables. I guess thats a good thing. If you have never tried them, youre missing out on a great food. So, take your date out for some wings before the movie! They stay open late.

Theyre usually great. Im only dining then a star because we ordered for pickup at noon and they didnt have it ready by 12:20 (when I arrived). They found the order in with the 2:30 orders and got right on it.

Great wings. We dont come here often because it is so far away from home but it is always fun atmosphere here. The employees are great and they know the food well. Even help suggest flavors for my wife who has trouble making up here mind. Great job guys.

First time ordering there. Best wings by far. We loved the flavor choices. 30 pieces gets you three flavor choices. So you can sample different flavors. Loved the Cajun Corn. Would like to try it without extra seasoning. Other wise too many flavors on your plate. But still enjoyed it

This place has some amazing chicken. All their chicken are made to order which means if you order, they make it fresh and you have to wait approximately 10 minutes for your food. My advice would be to order via phone, website, or their app and wait seven minutes before going to pick up your food. Theres a good chance you will not have to wait. I am a spicy food lover and I can tell you their atomic bomb sause it hot. Very hot. Lets just say it goes it spicy and will definitely come out spicy

Food is amazing every time. The wait is generally on the long side, but only because everything seems made-to-order. Certainly worth it in my opinion, but not appropriate for a quick stop. At busier times the seating can fill up, but the dining area is nicely themed and kept clean.

They have a larger variety of flavours and the offer "wings" without bone (therefore the are nuggetsbut they are really tasty. Their fries really bring it home. Some of the best fries I have ever had.

We have gone here about 4? 5? Times and every time our order gets messed up. But like, COMPLETLY messed up, not even what we ordered/ 6 wings turn into 4 messed up. We just got back from this location tonight and mine and my friends order were completely switched (flavor AND number of wingsswitched. Should really fix the ordering system. Other then that we love Wingstop, the staff are super welcoming and friendly every time we come in, always spotless

Wingstop has very good wings! Very meaty and tender with so many different flavors to choose from. Nice beer selection if you want to drink a beer with your wings. I would have given them a higher rating but we wanted to eat there, but the dining room was a horrible mess. They were busy, so i can understand it to a certain extent, so we changed our order to be to go as there were no clean tables. The staff was very friendly, courteous and pleasant.

Good food, good service, great prices, my family and I get wingstop at least once a week most of the time 2 times.

We have been going to that location because of Darvis and Jonathan. It is not my closes location but the BEST Wingstop in the Reno area. Friendly service, food cooked to order with no problems. This is were we go for our favorite lemon peppered, well done wings with a large side of baked beans.
