Plaza with lots of bars and restaurants. I would recommend squadding up with friends and arriving after 10 pm, when the party starts to get lit.

Awesome tasting wings at great prices. Drinks are also cheaper than other bars and restos. Place is quite new so expect to see some ongoing repairs. Nice view upstairs and heavy and consistent breeze going. Flies are a problem though as theres a nearby vacant lot with debros. Service is friendly and place doesnt get too packed yet.
