My chicken wings came half cooked, I order through DoorDash, very disappointed

I Loved what I got here! It is a perfect grill/pub for anyone looking for a little spice in their lives. If you are looking at wings, I cant help you much there because I cannot do spice. However, if you are more a burger man like me, I have to recommend the loaded cowboy burger! This burger looks like a dare from a friend as it is MASSIVE. I loved every bite of it. I will say there are some good things on it as well! When I went they were really understaffed (2 waiters on a busy Sunday afternoonbut that did not by any means dampen the spirit there! Everyone there is amazing! I didnt attend the pub so I cant help there. But this is an amazing place for a good Sunday afternoon get-together. Definitely go here if you want to add a bit of spice and grande burger tone to your life!

We came here for dinner and our waitress was very kind, and got our order taken quickly. The food came out fast and hot. They only loose one star because their sauce is kind of watery, but it’s not just Muncie, it is that way at all of the Wings Etc, locations I’ve been to. But overall the food is good! And I love the Jalapeño cheese poppers!!

Was looking forward to a Homewrecker for National Chili Dog Day. Will have to go elsewhere. No one there seems to know how to answer the phone.

My boyfriend and I went today for a date and had the best customer service experience ever. The food and customer service is usually pretty great but today our waitress Lisa was PHENOMENAL she had an amazing personality! She was very kind, very attentive and we absolutely loved talking and laughing with her. Truly an amazing experience with an amazing woman and I appreciate her a lot. Thank you Lisa.

It was ok but I will be going to bw3 the next time. Fries were really good.

Always good. Wings are large, sauces are good. The only reason they didnt receive a 5 is sometimes the service is not the best. My friend and I go here on lunch and it will take quite sometime to get our check. To the point where we have to ask about it. Normally very good though. I recommend it highly as the quality and size of their wings definitely beat the competition.

Was not a good experience. It was our first visit there. Only one waitress at lunch time. People had to seat themselves. Not blaming her, thats management fault. After we were seated, it took awhile for the waitress to make it back. We decided not to order and left. Wont go back.

Haven’t had these wings since I lived in StLouis and they were horrible there, now there horrible here in Muncie . I ordered online to Eliminate the wait that I may have had just walking in, mind you I only live 7 minutes away. Anyway came and got my food went back home and the wings were has cold has Ice and the fries cold and soggy , I also requested more fry time let’s just say 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me for giving them another chance . There won’t be a 3rd because I’m not going back, I’ll stick with Applebees wings #SORRYNOTSORRY

Staff was very accommodating and friendly Moriah and Cole served me throughout the evening and it’s some of the best service in Muncie I have ever had will definitely be coming back more often

Great sports bar atmosphere. Lots of TVs but felt quiet, suitable for a family dinner. Food was delicious (the pretzel bites with beer cheese is delectable!and the prices were fair. This was my first time here and Ill be likely to return.

My boyfriend got wings and they were good. I got a wrap and fried pickles. I should have checked my food better prior to leaving. They were way overcooked and not good at all.

We bought the 50 wings and we love this place and love the sauce but the wings could cook less time because they are too crunchy and alot of the drums are just dry. I been cooking wings for years Im 59 and 3min less would have made them where the meat is not tough. Just a suggestion.

Theyre wing are pretty mid tier not gonna lie. But everything else is amazing, my favorite is their ultimate nachos and fried pickles🤤 very kind staff and not a lot of waiting for your order. Id recommend

Brought my family here for dinner on a Thursday night. There were 6 of us. For the most part we were all pleased, except for those of us that ordered the boneless wings.The wings almost seemed store bought and like they were cooked in an air fryer. I had the garlicky parm and I went in expecting them to be like B-dubs, but they were nothing of the sort. Their garlicky parm sauce was almost like a salad dressing and on a scale of 10 I give the sauce a 3.Aside from the wings everything else was great though.

Its decent food & the inside of Wings Etc Is spacious. The service is friendly. The only thing about this place I dont like is the prices. I think theyre a little too high.

They started off really good but then I got to the middle and they werent cooked all the way, the waitress at the front was very helpful and help me make my choice. Very clean place and friendly staff .

If you like Buffalo wild wings, dont come here. You wont want to go back to B-dubs again. Good service. Really Great food. Real pieces of chicken and breading is outstanding. O ya, tons of tvs lol

Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our bartender was awesome! Very spunky attitude and always laughing and joking. The food was fresh and awesome. Didn’t take long to get our order out. Definitely coming back!

The wife and I had a date night last weekend, everything was amazing. The server was hilarious and food was in point!!! We will definitely go back soon!!

Tonight I came in and it was a little slow so I was waited on by to waitresses. Taylor and Briana they were extremely lively,friendly, and attentive. The wings were great and hot. After eating I hung out at the bar with the bartender Tamara and she was a blast. I felt very welcomed and taken care of!

The service was great and the wings were really great I recommend if your in Muncie to make a stop in.

A lot better service and better food than Buffalo Wild Wings. BWW has really went downhill big time. This is our new place if we want wings. Perfect service!Here again for Fathers Day. Love their chicken wrap and the pretzel bites with beer cheese. Again service is perfect.

Nice place, clean with good service and not very busy when we went. Good food and portions miss the dumpster fries.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. So glad this place has stayed and I will definitely return again and again. Customer service was top notch.

UPDATE: We visited again after their re-opening and things were much better. Food came a reasonable time frame and the food was very good.There has been some effort to correct some of the past mistakes.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have been here twice and both times took more than 20 minutes to get drinks and over an hour to get food. I ordered the Hugh Jazz Burger with everything on it (menus says 1 Lb. Burger Fresh, made-to-orderdouble-burger topped with 2 melty slices of American cheese). Attached is a picture of what came to the table and then I had to wait 10 more minutes for lettuce and 15 minutes for them to bring the cheese to the table. This place is going to need some serious help if they are going to stay open.

The food was very good, the beer was cold, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.

Pretty solid place, first time I went to it. The chicken was very crispy the food was overall rather tasty. Server was extremely friendly and even I who dislikes sports found something to watch on one of their TVs.

Good food, friendly staff... quite pricey though... for "pub food" over $50 dollar tab for lunch for 2(no alcohol)

We were glad they reopened finally and didnt close forever. First went on the original grand opening date and things were a little rough. Have been many times including twice now since the second reopening but only had wings. With so many sauces it takes awhile to try them all. Based only on appetizers, wings, and beer its great. Never had a problem with service there either but I also avoid going out during peak busy hours.

It gets two Stars largely because I loved to tater tots and coleslaw. Thats pretty sad because they probably buy both of these items outside of the store. The service was slow. The chicken wing sause was horrible.To make proper chicken wing sauce ... mix melted butter with seasoning (Tabasco, garlicand a little flour. This creates a roux which you mix with the crispy wings in a large bowl. You need the flour to thicken the sauce to get it to stick to the wings. Without it you cant really taste the sauce on the wings.The flour does not negatively impact the flavor of the wings. If you notice in the picture below the sauce is not sticking to the wings. It is laying in the bottom of the basket. Do they really serve these type of wings every day?BTW ... Go to one of the largest servers of wings in the country ... Buffalo Wild Wings. That is exactly how they do it ... not that soup you see below.

First time going there today. Service was a little slow, but food was amazing love the bbq boneless wings. Waiter was in training but was very nice and made sure we always had drinks. Good experience

I would put less than a star but it doesnt give you the option. Our server was terrible, always felt like anything we said was indifferent to her. It seemed like all she wanted to do was leave. The food was decent except that their fried pickles made me feel extremely nauseous. The prices were way to high for what the quality of food actually was. The restaurant just opened and we had never been there before, so getting a heads up on additional charges would have been nice, but in the end she said yeah those are prices so now you know.
