The service was pretty nice and the food is good. My concerns are that the place could use some remodeling and that the place is cash only??? It is 2022. Please find a card system and join the rest of society. You would probably gain more traffic this way.Good food though.

Tried the strawberry and rhubarb stuffed French toast and it was yummy!Prices are reasonable.Cash only, but theres an ATM inside.

My girls been coming here for 17 years. Linda knows her order by heart (the Deep South). Great neighborhood breakfast spot for good old fashioned comfort food.

One of my favorite places. Best Breakfast Sandwiches in Albany county. Ham and Swiss Omelette is superb as well, great people , highly recommend.

Dont adhere to social distancing. Nothing was wiped down after customers left, waitress poured me a cup of coffee in the cup that was left by the last customer, then asked if Id like to order. I loved to order except thats not my coffee cup, so I appreciate it if you cleared the table and brought a fresh step up.Oh I didnt know. Plus they keep the silverware set up laid a cross the counter for another place for cross contamination. Oh and then my bill just had a total on it, nothing added up no prices on food or tax just owe 23.00 ? Very unprofessional ... Limited menu. Probably the only place in the area for locals. Sorry for them

Great little cafe for breakfast and lunch. The menu sticks to the basics. I had a hamburger with fries here recently and paid about the same as the burger chains charge, but the Windowbox version is so much better that there is no comparison. Highly recommended.

Small, hole-in-the-wall appearance from the outside but always clean and welcoming. The stuffed french toast specials are amazing and far better than youd find at any chain restaurant. Only downside is its a cash-only establishment, but prices are very reasonable.

Awesome. Best breakfast value i know if in the area but dont tell anybody, i dont want to have to wait for a table in the future. They close at 2pm. Breakfast &lunch only

Great Food prepared and served by a great staff

This is one of our favorite places for breakfast. They always have interesting specials. Service is excellent. I appreciate that they hire and train a lot of high school students. Everyone seems to have a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Great little place to eat. Food came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious and had no complaints at all. It is a smaller venue, but it just adds to the diner feel of the place. All in all, a good place for breakfast and lunch.

There is nothing quite like their burgers. I really cant quite describe it but theyre delicious. The home made cornbeef hash is also fantastic. These are the only two things Ive had here so far, but good lord both are worth coming back again and again. The only problem is that their hours are hard to make if you dont live or work near by. They close at 2. Also, cash only establishment.

Its nice to know the name and face of the owner, the cook and the server.You can get used to this home style country diner and the high quality ingredients in all they prepare. I come here with my dad every time Im in town. Had a very good bacon cheeseburger today. If youre looking for a family style diner, this is a great place to try. Reminds me of Cheers, except not a bar.
