Windhoek Country Club Resort in Windhoek

I was therefor venue inspection in order to use it for AFTRA 10TH CONFERENCE NEXT year. I have never been to rooms. The service we EXECUTIVE members received when inspecting the venue was supper

This my overnight stay in Windhoek, on my way to northernmost Namibia and the hotels proximity to Eros domestic Airport made this hotel the right choice.The hotel is huge, offering a golf course, casino, a lovely pool area and other amenities I did not use.My room, 270 has balcony and views towards the garden.Air con worked super well.The bathroom is large and comfortable. The towels are very plush and so white!The bedding nicely ironed and fresh.Breakfast was included in the rate and the food choices were excellent.Every staff member was super polite and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel

Very well priced for a luxurious experience of stay. Very friendly staff and excellent restaurant facilities. Golf course with option to hire clubs to enjoy a round of golf. Safe and clean place to stay.

When we came half an hour early than our planned arrival we were told to wait till we can check in, we asked so what are can we do while we wait, the answer was and I quote - "I dont know sir". We then got informed that the pool is under construction, if that was mentioned online I would not have booked here... We were left to carry our own luggage to our room and then saw the room service trays stacked outside of our room, while the room was clean, when we returned from dinner five hours later the trays were still there... The rooms are slightly updated, but are small for the price you pay. I can honestly say I expected more from the facility and wont come back. Sorry guys you dont have my vote there are far better places to stay in Windhoek at less or similar prices. Customer is King, seems you forgot that!

Excellent service, great event hosts and surely a gem in the tourism industry..

All the posh atmosphere and service you would expect in an old world country club. Excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed dining on the patio next to the waterfall and working off alk thos heavy pastries in their excellent workout facility the next morning. The staff is courteous and helpful with anything from hailing a cab to recommending a game estate for the weekend. Don’t miss the little golfers cafe for a quick drink or outstanding omelette with a smile.

What a gem of a venue in Windhoek. Located out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, next to the golf course. A superb resort to relax and unwind. The conference facilities are very well appointed. Great choice of dining options on premises. Breakfast & dinner is buffet style and very well catered for all tastes.

At first, it was a business and I kind of loved my stay and the warm face of the staff from the housekeeper to the chef.... very lovely. Then, I wanted to extend my stay for a day or two and I ask the price unfortunately, the system (computerprice differing in the morning and the afternoon. When I ask why no one can explain to me, they only say "its whats on the system" I cant do anything. I still would like an answer though...

We were there for the Windhoek City Market and absolutely loved it! Live band, great food stalls and stunning venue for parents and their children.

Very nice resort center with beautiful features and facilities. Groups can have meetings, conferences, Workshops simultaneously at this venue. And most importantly, the location is very close to the airport which allows for business meetings of experts. I enjoyed my meeting here, so a 5star from me.

Spent 2 weeks here in June. Great stay, friendly staff. Very nice breakfast, rooms are cleaned nicely. Only issue I had was my chicken smelled & tasted like pork. They mustve fried it on the same stove plate, without cleaning it. I dont eat pork so felt very bad about it, but I shouldve told them in advance.

The menu is very limited and sometimes they dont have whats even on the menu. Would be beter if they change up the menu every 2nd week or so if they want to keep it limited.Staff is friendly and helpful. Room service is good.Overall great place to stay, especially for business trips.

A substandard hotel. Arrived today and leaving on Friday and I am wondering as to how I am going to get through the week. Changed a room because the corridors and room were smelling cigarette smoke even though it’s clearly stated that it is non-smoking and they blamed it on Chinese guests. I mean you know the culprits why not address that? Could not get hot water to bath and the maintained guy who seemed nice said lots of people are taking a shower at the time I wanted to take the shower and I must wait until they are done. Seems covid also provided a perfect excuse to cut on some items like face cloths, shower caps etc.

Overall a very nice large 4 star property. Rooms are nice, bathrooms a bit simple and shower does inundate the bathroom.Service is very good.Food is also very nice. Not exceptional but rather satisfying.Would certainly recommend if you are looking for a convenient and reliable property.

Buffet meals are very nice. Same for location and area around swimming pool. Reminds of Sun City hotels.

If one doesnt understand the meaning of excellence, then this is a place which defines it better. I cant afford to say it all but this is a place to be.

This is an excellent place for a visiting tourist to Namibia, who is not too bothered about his holiday budget.It is also a good advertisement of Namibian safari and local arts.

A large resort with a beautiful garden and a golf course. The location is nice and quiet, but the breakfast is not good. The pool is small.but if you stay in the capital of Namibia for a short time, I would recommend it. Hotels need to know that acacia trees hurt peoples feet.

One classical hotel that is amazing with its standard rooms with an open bathroom that you can see from your bed. Out bathroom was like 9 out of Ten. The breakfast buffet is amazing. And I wished we had travelled in summer and enjoyed the pool a bit more. The staff was really always ready to help at all times.

Definitely my accommodation experience was 5 star. Everything was setup professionally, clean and available and functional. All on point you can feel the professionalism there. Food.... I didnt eat there as I was at an event so cant comment..

Excellent overnight choice for that massive Cape Town-Etosha drive. Big, smart rooms, lovely grounds, and very good restaurant (though overpriced, with burgers starting around R110). I love video poker too so I was looking forward to a casino visit and it didn’t disappoint. I won! Almost enough to pay for that burger.

I had a rather great experience but I suggest you get more staff to work at the golf course especially during lunch hours. I also suggest you make sure basics are on the table for meals such as tomato sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper.Maybe add a little more meals with different flavours to the menu. Otherwise everything else is fine and the staff is super friendly 👏🏾

A bit out if town, good service, comfy rooms with all the niceties. I wasnt impressed with breakfast buffet menu. I had one the best beef rolls ever.

Very nice and friends place. I loved the green surrounding. A bit difficult to find, as there are many new roads around.

This is always a nice place to visit. Good in the main restaurant was always pretty good (breakfast & dinner buffet). Look forward to return sometime sooner rather than later
