It is good guest house in AungLan. Staffs are very friendly. Besides the hotel, there is car parking lot.

The price is affordable. Double bedroom with air-conditioning but not toilet and bathroom is 10000MMK. You can have a common toilet and bathroom on each floor. Double bedroom with air-conditioning, toilet, and bathroom are 18000MMK. The room is not soundproof.

Stayed here on 17/11/2019 on a bicycle tour. Paid 35,000 for a double room with aircon. We were offered the choice between a twin room with window or a double without window. Chose the double without window because the room with the window seamed noisy. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We were concerned about not having fresh air but that was not an issue in the end.They stored our bikes in a room in the back.

Good ac room with fridge and clean bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness of room could be a bit improved but was still more than ok. No breakfast. 25000kyat for single room, 35000 for a double (as a foreigner).

SMOKING ROOMS!!!!If you are a non smoker and allergic to tobacco odor, stay away from this hotel. Hotel rooms are full of cigarette stale air. There is no interior ventilation systems. I lost sleep and got headache and fatigue in the morning.

Cheap price with good service.The Guest House is in good location. The rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. So, overall is great!
